Abstract

The spinner sharks are one of shark commodities that are utilized optimally from the southern of Nusa Tenggara waters, however, the scientific information is still limited. This study aimed to assess the growth pattern and condition factors of the spinner shark, Carcharhinus brevipinna in southern Nusa Tenggara waters. The research was conducted from January to December 2016 using direct recording of the catch data. Information on length, weight and sex determinations were collected by the enumerator. The data was analysed descriptively with the shark condition was determined based on the relative condition factor obtaining from the length-weight relationship. The results showed that growth patterns of the spinner shark, both males and females, were allometrically negative. The relative condition factors of the catch of male sharks were ranged from 0.206 – 2.225  and females from 0.237 – 3.361. The condition factors of spinner sharks were not different between sexes and time of fishing, but they were different in length classes

Abstract

Saat ini, Komunikasi jaringan wireless merupakan alternatif pemanfaatan bandwidth. Namun demikian, jaringan ini memiliki kelemahan jarak dan penghalang sehingga frekuensi atau kekuatan sinyal menjadi lemah. Dalam penelitian ini, analisa jaringan wireless sangat di perlukan untuk mengetahui frekuensi atau kekuatan sinyal hingga ke pengguna. Dalampercobaan ini, MOS pada QoS digunakan sebagai metode untuk mengukur kualitas transmisi audio. Berdasarkan hasil percobaan estimasi MOS dengan Metode E-Model (ITU-T G.107)menggunakan codec opus menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI) maka kualitas suara semakin buruk dan packet loss semakin tinggi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dapat di simpulkan bahwa kualitas jaringan WLAN di Fakultas Ilmu Komputer (FIKOM) Universitas Muslim Indonesia (UMI) cukup bagus walaupun masih mengalami kekurangan di beberapa titik access point. Dalam penelitian ini service Voice over IP berbasis Session Initiation Protocol di terapkan ke dalam Raspbery Pi3 dan diuji menggunakan parameter delay, packet loss, Jitter dan MOS. Hasil dari parameter delay dengan indeks nilai 2,8 (kurang memuaskan), packet dengan indeks nilai 3,6 (memuaskan), Jitter dengan indeks nilai 2.2 (kurang memuaskan), dan MOS dengan indeks nilai 3,04 (biasa).

Abstract

Soft skills are things that become part of learning outcomes in the learning process. This is related to the provision of the lives of students in the future. The aim of the chemical stoichiometry learning process with discovery-based community learning models is to improve students' soft skills. This classroom action research was carried out in 3 cycles with 3 meetings each cycle. The research subjects were softskills for students of class X Science-6 Pekalongan 1 High School. The results of the study showed an increase in students' soft skills from 67% (less) in cycle 1 to 87% (good) in cycle 2. In cycle 3 it increased to 96% (very good), with very good indicators of success. This increase shows that discovery-based community learning models can improve students' soft skills. Other results indicate a change in enthusiasm, activity, and motivation to learn to be better.

Abstract

The purposes of this research is (1) to know and analyse strategy of micro enterprises development in accelerating development of Palu city; (2) to know and analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the development of micro enterprises currently nature accelerate the development of the city of Palu; and (3) to know and analyze the development strategy formula that should be done by micro enterprises in accelerating the development of Palu city. This was a qualitative and quantitative research (mix methods) with 20 informants consisting of 16 businessmen in Palu, 4 employees of Cooperative Department and Micro Enterprises of Palu. Data analysis used was interactive approach and SWOT analysis. The research findings reveal that strategy form used recently for micro enterprises development in accelerating development of Palu is combination of strengths-opportunities strategies by optimizing strengths through the use of opportunities with action plan strategies as follows: (1) ease of capital access for bussiness scale development; (2) ease of access to capital for increasing market access; (3) the development of human resources to have access to new markets; (4) the development of human resources to have the potential to develop exports; (5) promotion development in order to improve market access; (6) development of business networks to protect businesses from certain types of business; (7) marketing development in order to access new markets; (8) development of partnerships to protect the business of certain types of businesses; and (9) improving access to technology throught the assistance of facilities and infrastructure development.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the management of inventory Blood Governments in Poso regency Regional Secretariat, referring to the opinion of Peter and Yenny (2001: 21) that, management is a process that includes planning, regulation and control as well as maintenance. This research is descriptive qualitative, based on data collected through interviews and observation and documentation, it was concluded that, management of inventory in Poso regency Regional Secretariat, has not met the aspects of planning, regulation and control and good maintenance. The tendency of every unit within the Secretariat Poso regency, in planning for the needs of inventory items adapted to the available budget, and not because of an urgent need. There are no regulations on management of inventory in the form of technical guidelines stipulated by local laws or regulations Regent. Dalamrangka control inventory management has not been effective even when applied to the way any room units make room inventory card  attached to a particular place which is easily seen. Maintenance of inventory items belonging to the region is still based on Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs No. 17 of 2007, due to the lack of regulation of Regent and Regent Decision on guidelines for the technical management of inventory belonging to the area. Still there are some forces in the work unit environment of the Regional Secretariat who do not know their obligation to report property maintenance area.

Abstract

Ekosistem terumbu karang merupakan kekayaan sumberdaya laut yang memiliki peranan penting dalam mendukung kehidupan berbagai organisme perairan. Salah satu organisme yang memiliki ketergantungan hidup pada terumbu karang adalah ikan karang. Hal ini dikarenakan ikan karang melalui fase hidup sebagian atau seluruhnya di terumbu karang, sehingga terumbu karang menjadi tempat tinggal, tempat mencari makan, tempat berlindung dan tempat berkembang biak.  Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei 2017, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui persentase tutupan karang hidup dan kelimpahan ikan. Serta hubungan persentase tutupan karang dengan kelimpahan ikan karang pada sisi Barat dan Timur Pulau Menjangan Kecil kedalaman 1 dan 3 meter. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode observasi lapangan, dengan metode sampling menggunakan transek garis (line transect) pada data karang dan visual census untuk data ikan sepanjang 25m. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Persentase rata-rata tutupan karang yang diperoleh pada kedalaman 1 meter sisi Barat adalah 73,39%, sedangkan pada kedalaman 3 meter adalah 85,97%. Persentase tutupan karang pada kedalaman 1 meter sisi Timur adalah 63,73%, sedangkan pada kedalaman 3 meter adalah 77,61%. Secara keseluruhan kondisi terumbu karang masih tergolong baik. Kelimpahan rata-rata ikan pada sisi Barat kedalaman 1 meter adalah 70 individu/125 m2, sedangkan pada kedalaman 3 meter adalah 232 individu/125 m2. Kelimpahan ikan sisi Timur kedalaman 1 dan 3 meter masing-masing adalah 49 dan 138 individu/125 m2. Hasil perhitungan indeks korelasi secara keseluruhan menghasilkan nilai 0,8415 dengan koefesien determinasi sebesar 0,7081. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pola hubungan persentase tutupan karang dengan kelimpahan ikan karang kuat (signifikan) dan positif (searah). Coral reef ecosystem is a wealth of marine resources that have an important role in supporting the life of various aquatic organisms. One of the organisms that has a living dependence on coral reefs is reef fish. This is because coral fish through a partial or complete life phase on the coral reef, so that coral reefs become a place to live, a place to find food, shelter and breeding ground. The study was conducted in May 2017, with the objective of knowing the percentage of live coral cover and fish abundance. And the correlation of percentage of coral cover with abundance of reef fish on West and East side of Menjangan Kecil Island depth of 1 and 3 meters. The method used is field observation method, with sampling method using line transect on coral data and visual census for fish data along 25m. The results of this study indicate that the average percentage of coral cover obtained at a depth of 1 meter west side is 73.39%, while at a depth of 3 meters is 85.97%. The percentage of coral cover at depth of 1 meter East side is 63,73%, while at depth 3 meter is 77,61%. Overall the condition of coral reefs is still quite good. The average abundance of fish on the west side of 1 meter depth is 70 individuals / 125 m2, while at 3 meters depth is 232 individuals / 125 m2. The abundance of fish on Eastern side, depth of 1 and 3 meters respectively were 49 and 138 individu / 125 m2. Result of calculation of correlation index as a whole yield value 0,8415 with coefficient of determination equal to 0,7081. This shows that the pattern of correlation of percentage of coral cover with abundance of reef fish is strong (significant) and positive (unidirectional).

Abstract

ABSTRAKSalah satu penerapan e-Government dalam pelayanan publik dengan penggunaanteknologi dan informasi yang saat ini sedang dilaksanakan dalam bidang pemerintahanadalah program E-KTP (kartu tanda penduduk elektronik). Indonesia dengan jumlahpenduduknya yang besar memerlukan data kependudukan yang akurat, untuk itupemerintah membuat program yang disebut dengan E-KTP. E-KTP merupakan cara baru jituyang akan ditempuh oleh pemerintah dengan membangun database kependudukan secaranasional untuk memberikan identitas kepada masyarakat dengan menggunakan systembiometric yang ada di dalamnya, maka setiap pemilik E-KTP dapat terhubung kedalam satudatabase nasional, sehingga setiap penduduk hanya memerlukan 1 KTP saja.E-KTP merupakan salah satu program nasional yang harus dilaksanakan olehpemerintah di setiap daerah, karena pelaksanaan E-KTP dipandang sangat relevan denganrencana pemerintah dalam upaya menciptakan pelayanan publik yang berkualitas danberbasis teknologi untuk mendapatkan hasil data kependudukan yang lebih dan akurat. EKTPmerupakan program yang telah dibuat oleh pemerintah melalui Kemendagri(Kementrian Dalam Negeri) sejak tahun 2006, tetapi baru ditetapkan dan dilaksanakan padatahun 2009 lalu dengan berdasarkan pada undang-undang dan peraturan presiden.Program E – KTP ini pada dasarnya telah dilaksnakan secara nasional pada seluruhkab/kota oleh pemerintah pusat. Khusus untuk Kota Ternate pada tahun 2011 telahmelaksanakan program E-KTP.Meskipun Pemerintah Kota Ternate telah melaksanakan program E-KTP tersebutdengan semaksimal mungkin, tetapi berdasarkan data observasi yang peneliti dapatkandilapangan dan berdasarkan hasil wawancara yang penliti lakukan, dalam prosesimplementasi terjadi beberapa masalah yang dapat menjadi kendala bagi pemerintah kotaternate yaitu minimnya fasilitas yang berperan penting dalam memperlancar pelaksanaanprogram E-KTP di kota Ternate yaitu tidak tersedianya ruang tunggu pada DinasKependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kota Ternate, Selain itu juga pemeliharaan yang kurangprima pada fasilitas pelaksanaan program E-KTP yang berakibat pada sering rusaknya alatscan sidik jari dan alat scan retina mata sehingga dapat menghambat pelaksanaan programE-KTP di Kota Ternate.Kata Kunci : Peran, Aparatur, Implementasi Kebijakan, E-KTP

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dengan berbagai tipe pola asuh orangtua yang mereka terapkan kepada anak sehingga dapat mempengaruhi pengembangan potensi maupun kecerdasan anak salah satunya yakni  kecerdasan interpersonal. Adapun masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pola asuh orangtua, bagaimana kecerdasan interpersonal anak serta adakah hubungan antara pola asuh orangtua dengan kecerdasaan interpersonal anak. Penelitian dilakukan di RA Perwanida 4 Palembang. Dengan menggunakan metode korelasional dan teknik analisis korelasi product moment. Berdasarkan analisis data dapat diketahui bahwa mayoritas pola asuh orangtua di RA Perwanida 4 Palembang menerapkan pola asuh otoriter sebanyak 21 (52,5%) sehingga kecerdasaan interpersonal anak di RA Perwanida 4 ini  masih banyak yang belum berkembang yakni sebanyak 17 (42,5 %).  Maka hasil korelasi diperoleh rxy = -0,380 pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 dengan rtabel= 0,320. Dari perhitungan tersebut menunjukkan  rhit> rtabel, maka Ho ditolak sehingga hipotesis yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara pola asuh orang tua dengan kecerdasan interpersonal anak diterima.
