Abstract

Seperti kota lain yang berada di pulau Jawa, Banyuwangi memiliki batik khas sendiri. Motif batik Banyuwangi juga memiliki keunikan sendiri, apalagi motif yang dimiliki sangat beragam. Sejarah dan filosofi dari motif batiknya sangat menarik terutama motif gajah oling merupakan batik tertua dan paling dikenal di wilayah Banyuwangi. Dimana generasi orang muda saat ini sudah tidak bisa mengenali motif batik dari daerah asalnya, dan tidak bisa mengklasifikasikan batik menurut filosofi, jenis, motif dan warna. Kondisi ini dapat mengakibatkan masyarakat luas  tidak mengerti sejarah dari kerajinan batik Banyuwangi. Selain itu juga masyarakat tidak tahu arti dari filosofi dari batik yang sering digunakan. Dalam penelitian ini dibuat mengenai klasifikasi motif kain batik khas Banyuwangi serta membuat aplikasi untuk mengidentifikasi tekstur dari beberapa jenis motif batik khas Banyuwangi agar orang awam dan generasi penerus mudah mengenali beberapa jenis motif batik. Berdasarkan referensi yang ada ketika mengidentifikasi tekstur motif batik Banyuwangi menggunakan parameter hasil dari ekstraksi warna RGB dari motif batik Banyuwangi. Dimana pengujian tersebut menggunakan fitur minimal dan maximal dari red, green dan blue. Algoritma  yang digunakan adalah K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) untuk proses klasifikasi suatu citra motif batik. Aplikasi tersebut diimplementasikan melalui aplikasi sistem berbasis android agar lebih mudah digunakan dan lebih aplikatif. Aplikasi ini sudah mampu mengidentifikasi motif batik khas Banyuwangi dengan akurasi terbaik yaitu sebesar 100%.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic that hit Indonesia had an impact on teaching and learning activities which resulted in the uptake of students' understanding at school on matters related to literacy and numeracy to decrease and not be optimal. This is because learning during a pandemic is carried out online or online. Conditions post-pandemic COVID-19 need to be rearranged, one of which is with the Teaching Campus activities. SMP Sunan Giri I Banyuwangi is one of the schools selected for the Campus Teaching Literacy and Numeracy program. Teaching campus activities help improve the literacy and numeracy skills of students at SMP Sunan Giri I where it was found that some students do not understand simple calculations and there are still many students with very low literacy awareness. The results of the implementation of the Merdeka Campus community service at SMP Sunan Giri I Grogol can be seen from the enthusiasm of the students in receiving learning about literacy and numeracy creatively and interestingly and making students feel comfortable in participating in a series of activities.

Abstract

Economic development in Indonesia cannot be separated from the very important role of UMKM in improving the domestic economy. The biggest contribution of UMKM is that they are able to absorb and provide jobs for many workers. But behind that, UMKM have other challenges such as lack of capital and financial literacy, especially in Banyuwangi Regency. Many UMKM players under the UMAMI association have not been disciplined in preparing financial reports so they have difficulty getting financing from banks. To overcome this, the Abdimas team held mobile application-based financial management training activities to help UMKM players improve their ability to record financial reports in a neat and structured manner.  The training method used in Abdimas activities is a participatory approach which begins with preparation of joint activities with UMAMI partners. The next activity is making a work plan which is followed by implementing activities in the form of training on the use of financial applications and ends with an evaluation to determine the effectiveness of using financial applications. Training in the use of financial applications has a positive impact on UMKM. Where previously training was carried out on financial management applications, 56% of UMKM players thought it was not very important. However, after the training, more than 70% of UMKM players felt satisfied and stated that this application was very useful for UMKM players in making financial reports neater and more structured. Based on the benefits obtained, UMKM players will continue to use financial applications on an ongoing basis to increase the awareness and ability of UMKM players in managing finances using technology.
