Abstract

Economic development in Indonesia cannot be separated from the very important role of UMKM in improving the domestic economy. The biggest contribution of UMKM is that they are able to absorb and provide jobs for many workers. But behind that, UMKM have other challenges such as lack of capital and financial literacy, especially in Banyuwangi Regency. Many UMKM players under the UMAMI association have not been disciplined in preparing financial reports so they have difficulty getting financing from banks. To overcome this, the Abdimas team held mobile application-based financial management training activities to help UMKM players improve their ability to record financial reports in a neat and structured manner.  The training method used in Abdimas activities is a participatory approach which begins with preparation of joint activities with UMAMI partners. The next activity is making a work plan which is followed by implementing activities in the form of training on the use of financial applications and ends with an evaluation to determine the effectiveness of using financial applications. Training in the use of financial applications has a positive impact on UMKM. Where previously training was carried out on financial management applications, 56% of UMKM players thought it was not very important. However, after the training, more than 70% of UMKM players felt satisfied and stated that this application was very useful for UMKM players in making financial reports neater and more structured. Based on the benefits obtained, UMKM players will continue to use financial applications on an ongoing basis to increase the awareness and ability of UMKM players in managing finances using technology.

Abstract

Organizations can apply organizational behavior if there are human resources who run it, by the knowledge and abilities possessed. Humans are still vital determinants and controllers of an organization in carrying out its work or business processes so that positive interactions between its human resources and the organizations that shelter it can make a symbiotic relationship of mutualism. Although, in this era of disruption some human roles have been replaced by machines and robotics. To produce and deliver the desired quality of human resources and be able to compete and compete comprehensively and holistically in this global competition. Of course, it takes the ability and knowledge of the organization in its management. Some factors affect organizational productivity to be able to compete and compete in their fields optimally, namely, the revitalization factor of the performance of human resources in the organization. The revitalization process of human resource performance greatly influences the success of organizational productivity in facing challenges and competition in various sectors and as an indicator of the existence of the organization in the future. Success and failure in the process of revitalizing the performance of human resources depend on the extent to which the organization treats its human resource assets. A good organization will always update and upgrade all the needs of its human resource assets to be able to provide complete services and become a productive, effective organization that has an output value both in quality and quantity

Abstract

One sector that can realize regional economic development includes the presence of financial institutions which are often considered the heart and driving force of a country's economy. This can be seen in the lack of banking financial institutions in the Singojuruh District area until now, so that it has an impact on regional income such as handling tax payments, salaries, pensions or other financial transactions related to bank financial institutions carried out in other areas close to Singojuruh District, Banyuwangi Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The type of method used in this research is field methods (field research). In this study, the data that has been collected is analyzed using the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and (EFE) Matrix. For identification in this research, the SWOT matrix is ​​used internally and externally. The conclusion is to expand a representative banking network, take advantage of regional, land and educational advantages with the availability of mobile banking services, optimize the performance of human resources to speed up the process of banking product services and information and expand the reach of banking services or units.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi strategi pemasaran direct selling dalam meningkatkan keputusan pembelian produk Tabungan Emas di PT Pegadaian Unit Pelayanan Cabang Muncar. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya literasi digital dan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap Tabungan Emas, sehingga diperlukan pendekatan pemasaran langsung yang sesuai dengan karakteristik lokal. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Informan terdiri dari pimpinan cabang, karyawan, dan nasabah yang dipilih melalui purposive dan snowball sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi direct selling diterapkan melalui edukasi produk, pendekatan personal, presentasi langsung, dan sosialisasi berbasis komunitas. Strategi ini efektif dalam membangun kepercayaan, meningkatkan pemahaman, serta mendorong minat hingga keputusan pembelian produk Tabungan Emas. Kendala yang dihadapi meliputi keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, waktu, faktor cuaca, dan rendahnya literasi keuangan. Namun, hambatan tersebut dapat diatasi melalui adaptasi strategi di lapangan dan peningkatan kualitas komunikasi tenaga pemasar. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa direct selling relevan diterapkan pada masyarakat dengan literasi digital rendah. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar PT Pegadaian memperkuat pelatihan tenaga pemasar dalam komunikasi persuasif, memperluas jangkauan sosialisasi ke komunitas belum teredukasi, serta mengintegrasikan strategi direct selling dengan saluran digital untuk efektivitas jangka panjang.

Abstract

This study investigates the effects of on-time performance, safety, comfort, and accessibility on electronic Word of Mouth (e-WOM) through passenger satisfaction at Cililitan Bus Terminal. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 270 respondents through a structured questionnaire and analyzed with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that on-time performance, comfort, and accessibility significantly influence passenger satisfaction, while safety does not. Furthermore, on-time performance and comfort have a direct and significant impact on e-WOM, whereas safety and accessibility do not. Passenger satisfaction serves as a mediating variable, strengthening the relationship between service quality factors and e-WOM. These findings highlight the importance of punctuality, comfort, and ease of access in enhancing passenger experience and fostering loyalty through positive word of mouth. Terminal operators are encouraged to focus on improving these aspects to ensure sustainable service quality and customer engagement.
