Abstract

This study aimed to determine the influence of owner’s knowledge, business scale, busines life partially toward the success of business performance and also to determine the influence of owner’s knowledge, business scale, business life partially toward the success of business performance with using of accounting information as moderating variable. The population of this study is SME’s (Small Medium Enterprises) owners of Banyumas specialty food. Sample determining is using purposive sampling method. The respondents consist of 64 business owners. Hypotheses testing of this study use multiple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the research result and data analysis using multiple linear regression and MRA show that : (1) owner’s knowledge has positive significant influence to the success of business performance; (2) business scale has positive significant influence to the success of business performance; (3) business life has positive significant influence to the success of business performance; (4) using of accounting information moderated positively toward the relationship of owner knowledge to the success of business performance; (5) using of accounting information moderated positively toward the relationship of business scale to the success of business performance; (6) using of accounting information moderated positively toward the relationship of business life to the success of business performance. The limitation of this study are: (1) independent variables only focus on internal business factors such as owner’s knowledge, business scale, and business life; (2) situational factor which is used as moderating variable in this study only one situational factor that is using of accounting information.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of relative advantage AAOIFI accounting standards, compatibility AAOIFI accounting standards, complexity AAOIFI accounting standards, trialability AAOIFI accounting standards and observability accounting standards AAOIFI partially to the adoption of AAOIFI accounting standards in the ex Karsidenan Banyumas. The population in this study is the accounting staff in the ex Karesidenan Banyumas. Sampling using purposive sampling method. The number of respondents in this study is 32 BMT accounting staff in the ex Karesidenan Banyumas. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis method. The result of the test and analysis using multiple linear regression method shows that the relative advantage, compatability, complexity, trialability, and observability have a positive, significant effect towards the adoption of AAOIFI Accounting standard. Limitation of this study is (1) independent variables used in this study only pay attention to internal factors adopter that is characteristic of innovation just like relative advantage, compatability, complexity, ease to try and ease of observation.

Abstract

Education is a process of activities to transfer knowledge from educators to students. Until now, education is carried out online, so there is a need for application programs to support learning programs, one of which is the Google Meet application. The google meet application is one of the learning support application programs that can be done audio-visually. This study aims to provide information related to learning opportunities and challenges during the pandemic through the google meet application. This research is a field research with qualitative research methods and based on a phenomenological approach. The phenomenological approach is an approach that is based on the experience of human life. The research subjects are high school students, especially in Sibrama Village. The data were obtained through interviews conducted through google forms which contained questions related to the phenomena that the authors studied. Apart from this, the author also obtains data from documents or previous research related to what the author is researching. The author analyzes, describes, and summarizes some of the data obtained. The data analysis method used is qualitative data analysis with descriptive-analytical techniques. The results of the study show that special students in Sibrama Village still rarely use the google meet application by educators for learning, while the application that is often used is the WhatsApp Group application.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia memiliki kontribusi signifikan terhadap perekonomian negara. Namun, hingga saat ini masih banyak pelaku UMKM yang menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan nilai jual produk, salah satunya adalah ketidakmampuan dalam memperoleh sertifikasi halal. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya pemahaman mengenai proses dan pentingnya sertifikasi halal. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada pelaku UMKM Binaan UCIC Cirebon mengenai pentingnya sertifikasi halal dalam meningkatkan nilai jual produk. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah penyampaian materi dan diskusi interaktif yang melibatkan partisipasi aktif pelaku UMKM Binaan UCIC. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaku UMKM kini lebih memahami pentingnya sertifikasi halal dan proses pengajuannya, serta mendapatkan pemahaman lebih dalam mengenai persyaratan dan prosedur sertifikasi halal yang diwajibkan oleh pemerintah melalui BPJPH. Dengan demikian, diharapkan para pelaku UMKM dapat secara mandiri melakukan proses pengajuan sertifikasi halal, yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan nilai jual dan daya saing produk mereka di pasar.

Abstract

Mata pelajaran bahasa Inggris seringkali menjadi mata pelajaran yang menakutkan bagi siswa karena Abstract : Bahasa Inggris bukanlah bahasa asli mereka. Bahasa inggris terkesan sulit dan tidak asyik bagi siswa karena tata bahasanya yang memiliki banyak rumus, ditambah cara penyampaian materinya yang kurang interaktif sehingga membuat mereka tidak tertarik dan mengantuk. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dari pengamatan guru SD Negeri Nusamangir terhadap siswa-siswanya saat kelas bahasa Inggris sedang berlangsung. Saking tidak tertarik dengan mata pelajarannya, mereka hanya bermain dengan teman lainnya saat guru sedang mengajar. Dari pengalaman tersebut, guru bahasa Inggris SD Negeri Nusamangir mencari ide agar siswa tertarik dengan mata pelajaran tersebut. Belajar bahasa Inggris membutuhkan praktik agar siswa lebih mudah memahami apa yang diajarkan. Oleh karena itu, guru Bahasa Inggris SD Negeri Nusamangir melakukan uji coba penerapan lagu dan permainan edukatif dalam menjelaskan materinya dengan harapan siswa menjadi aktif dalam belajar dan mudah untuk memahami materi. Setelah dilakukan uji coba pembelajaran dengan menggunakan lagu dan permainan, ternyata diperoleh peningkatan yang cukup baik dari tingkat kepahaman siswa terhadap mata pelajaran bahasa Inggris. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan lagu dan permainan dapat mejadi upaya dalam meningkatkan pemahaman materi bahasa Inggris siswa kelas 6 SD Nusamangir
