Abstract

The study examines the pentahelix collaboration model involving government, community, academia, business, and media in the tourism recovery and development of Mekko Beach, East Flores Regency. Despite its potential, the region faces challenges like limited infrastructure and promotional efforts. Based on Regional Regulation Article 12 Paragraph 2 Number 4 of 2015 from a siyasah dusturiyah perspective. The introduction explains the importance of the tourism sector for East Flores Regency and the challenges faced in developing Mekko Beach in a sustainable manner. The aim of the research is to analyze the role of each actor in pentahelix collaboration and the effectiveness of implementing regional regulations. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach with case studies, collecting data through interviews with stakeholders and document analysis. The findings highlight the importance of justice, public good, and transparency in effective collaboration. Although progress has been made, gaps remain between policy and practice, particularly in resource allocation and community participation. Strengthening coordination and enhancing local involvement are crucial for overcoming these challenges and achieving sustainable tourism development. Further research is suggested to explore innovative community engagement strategies in similar contexts.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk data menganalisis akurasi kemancetan menggunakan google colab  dalam mendeteksi kemacetan berdasarkan provinsi di indonesia, penulis mencoba menguji strategi dalam menangani Kemacetan wilayah indonesia, dengan memanfaatkan metode naïve bayes. Pada jurnal ini menerapkan dengan google colab. Penelitian ini memakai data yang bersumber dari crawling data di twiter. Penggunaan metode naive bayes dalam mencari Rute terpendek efesien dan tidak mancet. Penerapan Angkot Sekolah online menggunakan Metode naive bayes dalam Minimalisir Biaya Perjalanan menjemput Siswa dapat mengurangi macet, mengurangi kecelakaan, mengurangi waktu keterlambatan siswa, minimalisir ongkos perjalanan. Saran yang diberikan yaitu menjadi bahan evaluasi bagi pemerintah dalam menangani Kemacetan di indonesia, secara efisien, aman dan transparan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui : Pengaruh Pemahaman Perangkat Desa, Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi, Sistem Pengendalian Internsl Terhadap Akuntabilitas Pengelolaan Dana Desa Kecamatan Ranto baek secara persial dan simultan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perangkat desa Kecamatan Ranto dengan sampel berjumlah 50 orang. Dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda, dengan bantuan progran SPSS dan Eviews9. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Pemahaman Perangkat Desa terbukti berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa. 2) Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi terbukti berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa . 3) sistem pengendalian internal terbukti berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa. 4) pemahaman perangkat desa, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, dan sistem pengendalian internal secara bersama-sama terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa.

Abstract

Islamic legal authority in Indonesia is distributed among three primary institutional pillars: the Indonesian Council of Ulama (MUI), Nahdlatul Ulama, and Muhammadiyah. This research investigates their methodological frameworks of legal istinbāṭ until 2022 to address the persistent gap between finite religious texts and the infinite complexity of modern contexts. Employing a qualitative-comparative method through library research, the study analyzes purely textual data from official institutional records and academic publications. The findings reveal that MUI utilizes a hierarchical approach (Nash Qath’i, Qauli, and Manhaji) designed to achieve national consensus through collective legal reasoning. Nahdlatul Ulama maintains traditionalist identity through its tiered Qauli, Ilhaqi, and Manhaji methods, emphasizing school-based continuity. Conversely, Muhammadiyah employs a reformist Manhaj Tarjih via Bayani, Ta’lili, and Istishlahi procedures to prioritize rational evidence. Divergent legal outcomes appear in sectors such as digital family law and cryptocurrency. The study concludes that despite divergent epistemological foundations, these institutions increasingly converge on Maqāṣid al-Sharī’ah as a primary normative compass. This evolution facilitates a balanced “Indonesianization” of Islamic law within a modern pluralistic landscape.

Abstract

One of the social media that is popular today among the general public is the short message application. This research aims to develop a secure web-based chat application by applying cryptographic algorithms, especially Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) and Rivest–Shamir–Adleman (RSA), to maintain the confidentiality of messages. The increasing use of instant messaging apps raises serious concerns regarding data privacy and information security. This research uses a system development approach that includes the design, implementation, and testing stages. AES is used for symmetric encryption of the message body, while RSA is used for secure key exchange. System testing is conducted in a local network environment that involves multiple users to evaluate the system's functionality and performance. The results show that the application is able to encrypt and decrypt messages with high accuracy, supports multi-user communication, and maintains the confidentiality of messages during transmission. In addition, performance testing shows that the encryption and decryption processes run efficiently within acceptable time limits. The conclusion of this study shows that the integration of AES and RSA algorithms in web-based chat applications is effective in improving the security of digital communications. The implication of this study is that the hybrid cryptographic approach can be practically implemented on web-based communication systems to improve user data protection, as well as potentially applied to a variety of other digital communication platforms that require a high level of security.
