Abstract

Cooper (1997) the term "Supply Chain Management" appeared in the early 90's and this term was introduced by management consultants. Currently supply chain management is a hot topic, interesting to discuss and even invites extraordinary attraction both from academics and practitioners. Supply chain management is defined as a set of activities (within an entity/facility) involved in the process of transforming and distributing goods from the earliest raw materials to the final consumer. Based on this definition, a supply chain consists of companies that transport raw materials from nature, companies that transform raw materials into semi-finished materials or components, suppliers of supporting materials for products, assembly companies, distributors and retailers who sell these goods to consumers.

Abstract

Islam is order and harmony. The only teaching in the world that has a system and concept of a perfect arrangement of life. The completeness of these rules is in line with harmony with the characteristics and behavior of humans. Economics is an inseparable part of the concept of Islamic teachings. Islamic economics is inherently a logical consequence of the perfection of Islam itself. Islam must be embraced kaffah and by his people. Islam demands its followers to realize their Islam in all aspects of their lives including the economy.

Abstract

The culinary industry is growing in several regions. Famous meatballs are a regional gastronomic highlight. The Kutacane meatball company in Southeast Aceh will be assessed using SWOT analysis in this study. SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) finds internal and external aspects that can affect corporate success. In-depth interviews with business owners, staff, and customers are used in this qualitative case study research. This research found that the EFI Matrix score is 3.14 and the EFE Matrix score is 2.92. The famous Southeast Aceh Regency meatball business's SWOT Analysis, based on internal and external factors, yields four strategies: SO, WO, ST, and WT
