Abstract

BWI-SU existence in waqf plays a very important for developing or not all waqf property. Nazhir assigned the duty to maintain and administer endowments objects, where this sense then in Indonesia developed into a group of persons or legal entities entrusted with the task to maintain and take care of charitable objects. In addition, Nazhir also have an obligation to maintain, develop and preserve the benefits from property for people who are entitled to get it, means that the function and malfunction of an waqf  depending on Nazhir. This paper aims to determine the effect of the variable perspective of Nazhir namely managers in BWI SU against the odds increase endowment fund. The authors conducted a survey on the BWI SU. Sampling method used is convenience sampling method on 20 Nazhir or managers of waqf. Writer using multiple regression method. In this study the variable perspective endowment managers at BWI SU consists of professionalism, socialize, network and data base where these variables is the source of the increase in endowment funds. So the goal of the author that in order to maintain the professionalism, continue to socialize and build a network line and further increase in the application database.

Abstract

Artikel ini berawal dari penelitian Hossein Askari dkk dari tahun 2010, tahun 2016 dan tahun 2017 yang telah membandingkan negara-negara yang selama ini mengklaim negara Islam terutama Indonesia yang memiliki jumlah warga negara beridentitas Islam dari awal penelitiannya sampai tahun lalu 2019 dan dibandingkan dengan 2018 Indonesia berada di peringkat 64 naik menjadi 52 dibandingkan negara tetangga Malaysia naik di peringkat 30, Singapura naik peringkat 17 dan jauh dibawah Australia diperingkat 11 memiliki tingkat islamitas yang tinggi dan yang mengejutkan negara Hongkong indeks keseluruhannya di peringkat ke 26 namun di indeks ekonominya di peringkat 1, bila dilihat tingkat islamitasnya dengan mengukur empat indikator yaitu dengan merincinya pada tiga poin utama, yaitu landasan konseptual atau argumen yang digunakan untuk menjelaskan doktrin-doktrin yang digunakan dalam pengajaran Islam; metode pengukuran indeks, meliputi indikator pengukuran dan hasil indeks tingkat islamitas tersebut, di mana indikator-indikator yang digunakan dan diambil dalam al quran dan Hadis yang dijadikan pedoman dalam memproyeksikan dan menimbang kualitas keberislaman di 153 negara yang banyak dijadikan protes dan diskusi yang panjang hingga saat ini.

Abstract

Every year, companies publish financial reports that can shows the company's financial condition is good or bad. To know whether Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia commit fraudulent report finance in 2020-2021 and analyze the gaps used inThis fraud was researched using the banking sector. Because this sector has many stages in the business process, there are gapsto commit fraud is considered greater than other sectors. This research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach using eight variables Beneish ratio index and M-score based on Beneish's discovery in 1999. The eight variables are DSRI, GMI, AQI, SGI, DEPI, SGAI, LVGI, and TATA, which are used for detection companies that manipulate or commit fraudulent financial statements. The research results show that all sample companies do not do so financial statement fraud, namely PT. BCA Syariah Bank, PT. Mega Bank Sharia, PT. Bank Victoria Syariah, PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah, PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah, and PT. Bukopin Sharia Bank. Detection Fraud is carried out by calculating the eight Beneish ratio index variables 10 sample companies and compare them with the industry average value to detect potential fraud.

Abstract

This study provides valuable insights into the perceptions of Silou Paribuan Village residents regarding halal certification, enhancing the understanding of consumer behavior in rural settings. The research analyzes how these residents perceive halal certification when purchasing packaged food products. A qualitative descriptive method was used, drawing on consumer behavior theory and Sharia economic principles to explore these perceptions. Data was gathered through interviews and surveys, with 96 individuals selected from a total population of 2,375 using the Slovin formula with a 10% margin of error. Simple random sampling was employed to ensure representative participation. The data was collected via a questionnaire that utilized a Likert scale to gauge respondents' attitudes. The analysis applied consumer perception theories, including attribution, gestalt, product quality, and marketing communications. The results revealed that the perception of halal certification among Silou Paribuan Village residents is generally positive, with an average score of 74%. Most respondents recognized the importance of halal certification when choosing packaged food products. However, the study's focus on a single village may limit the generalizability of its findings to broader populations or different cultural contexts.

Abstract

Objek penelitian ini adalah BRILife Syariah Cabang Gatot Subroto.Permasalahan penelitian merujuk pada fenomena bisnis BRILife Syariah Cabang Gatot Subroto.Tujuan penelitian dirumuskan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas agen asuransi terhadap loyalitas nasabah.Metode Purposive Sampling telah dipilih untuk memperoleh data yang dibutuhkan pada studi ini.Penelitian ini menggunakan 99 orang responden dan keseluruhan responden adalah nasabah BRILife Syariah Cabang Gatot Subroto.Analisis data menggunakan program computer SPSS 16.0.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk jasa dan agen asuransi berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas nasabah.Ini dilihat dari nilai koefesien determinasi (R2) sebesar 35% variabel loyalitas nasabah dapat dijelaskan oleh kualitas produk dan agen asuransi.Serta hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa Ha diterima.Kesimpulan akhir penelitian kualitas produk dan agen asuransi dapat direkomendasikan sebagai masukan bagi pihak perusahaan dalam mempertahankan loyalitas nasabah.

Abstract

Impulse buying behaviour is a habit that causes problems that must be controlled among students as generation Z perpetrators.  must be controlled among students as generation Z as the culprit. Therefore, it is necessary to control the importance of consumer psychology, utilitarian value, and rational choice. The purpose of this article is to determine the direct and indirect effects of consumer psychological variables, utilitarian value on impulse buying behaviour with rational choice as an intervening variable. This article uses a quantitative approach method. The types of data used are primary data, namely questionnaires and secondary data, namely supporting data from online media and supporting institutions. The data analysis technique used is path analysis (path) intervening. The findings reveal that consumer psychology has a significant direct impact on impulse buying behavior, whereas its indirect effect through rational choice is not significant. Similarly, while utilitarian value directly influences impulse buying behavior, its indirect effect through rational choice is not significant.

Abstract

The area of smallholder oil palm plantations is directly proportional to the amount of waste produced, the Maslahah Theory plays a role here as a way to overcome it. However, with the waste of palm oil skewers on CV. Agro Hijau Aek Torop can make palm oil skewer waste that was once considered waste into a staple material with economic value. This study aims to find out how the impact of the use of oil palm sticks on increasing the income of the community's economic welfare in Aek Torop District. This study uses qualitative research methods. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews and then supported by literature studies. Results and research show that waste from palm oil produces finished goods of economic value such as bags, plates, serving hoods & baskets and thus can have a positive impact on the surrounding community by opening new jobs for the surrounding community so that it can increase community productivity and reduce the unemployment rate.

Abstract

The Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program aims to improve abilities, soft skills, and hard skills. The purpose of this study is to develop the right strategy to improve the soft skills of Islamic banking study program students in the MBKM program. This study uses the SWOT analysis method to analyze internal (strengths and weaknesses) and external (opportunities and threats) factors for students that are the basis for determining strategies. The total active student population of the Islamic banking study program in this study amounted to 41 students. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. The results of this study show that the strategy carried out by the Islamic banking study program is a Turnaround or WO strategy, namely by creating a strategy that minimizes weaknesses to take advantage of opportunities with the strategy "Take advantage of MBKM soft skills and hard skills competencies as student capital to become leadership agents who have broad insight through Internships / Student Exchanges or Village Building Projects"

Abstract

Craft businesses in Binjai City do exist, but lack influence and coherence. Therefore, having the ability to innovate is very important for good management. The purpose of this study is to create a process in building a creative craft industry as an economic driver in Binjai City. We hope to build relationships between the creative craft industry and other economic sectors by assessing the potential of the City's creative craft industry and developing an action plan. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach using the Pentahelix idea. Data collection methods used include observation, interviews, documents, and literature studies. In addition, this study combines SWOT and STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning) analysis with the PentaHelix concept. Researchers produce research using SWOT and STP, it can be seen what strategies are suitable for developing a business, from the results of SWOT there is a suitable SO strategy to use so that the business can continue to grow, and from the results of STP, consumers who shop at creative craft SMEs are not impulsive buyers but shop according to their needs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of SAK EMKM financial accounting standards to UMKM in the city of Tanjungbalai. This research uses primary and secondary data. In this study, the population is 5,360 UMKM owners and using the Slovin formula in determining informants to be 98 UMKM. While the data in this study were collected using structured interview techniques and questionnaires. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the implementation of SAK EMKM in the city of Tanjungbalai has not yet fully occurred. Based on the data that has been collected, the obstacle in implementing SAK EMKM is that the preparation of financial reports based on SAK EMKM has a process that requires time, energy and sufficient accounting knowledge for UMKM to apply this standard. So from these obstacles, it is evident from the 98 UMKM studied, only 12 UMKM use these standards.
