Abstract

The research was titled “Pengaruh Tingkat Margin Terhadap Keputusan Pengambilan Pembiayaan Murābahah di BMT UGT Sidogiri Cabang Waru Sidoarjo” is a a quantitative research to answer the questions whether the margin influence on customer’s decision-making margin murabaha financing and the extent of influence on the decisions-making murabaha financing at BMT UGT Sidogiri Waru Sidoarjo. This research uses a purposive sampling method with a sample of 90 customers who take murabaha financing. Questionnaires were tested for validity and reliability of the 20 customers prior to the collection of research data. Test equipment used in this research is to use analysis prerequisite test including normality test and test heteroskedastisitas. For data analysis used a simple linear regression analysis. The analysis of this study concluded that the level of margin positive and significant impact on the decision-making Murabaha financing as indicated by the value of the correlation coefficient (R) of 0.989, the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.977.

Abstract

Pekanbaru City is one of the cities appointed as a National Strategic Area. Therefore, urbanization and changes in land use occur in Pekanbaru City. This study aims to decide on land-use changes, obtain information on the direction of physical development in Pekanbaru City, and decide the suitability between physical development and the Pekanbaru City spatial planning plan. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive, digitizing on screen to make land use maps and overlaying in 2017 and 2023 to see changes in land use. The direction of physical development is obtained using a standard deviational ellipse. The suitability of land use with RTRW was obtained using the intersect overlay method.  The results of this study are 1) Changes in land use between 2017 and 2023 are dominated by settlements, industrial areas, and trade and services. For other land uses, there are also changes but not too significant. 2) The direction of physical development from the city center to the suburbs with a south and southwest direction. 3) The suitability between physical development and the Pekanbaru City Spatial Plan 2020 - 2040, as much as 33,6% is by the RTRW. Areas that are not following the RTRW are 63%. For areas that do not follow the RTRW, the figure is 3,4%. The conclusion of this study shows that most areas in Pekanbaru City have not been realized by the Pekanbaru City RTRW 2020-2040. With the increase in population, it is hoped that development will be achieved through the established development plan.

Abstract

The rapid digital transformation in the financial sector has prompted micro-entrepreneurs to adapt to increasingly complex financial environments. However, many micro-entrepreneurs, particularly in Indonesia’s furniture sector, still face significant challenges in financial management, a lack of structured planning systems, and limited digital financial literacy. These constraints hinder their ability to adopt digital financial services effectively and weaken their competitiveness in the digital economy. This study addresses the issue by examining the influence of financial literacy on digital financial literacy, with financial planning and control serving as a mediating variable. Using the theory of planned behavior as the theoretical foundation, the research explores how attitudes, perceived behavioral control, and intentions influence financial decision-making in a digital context. A quantitative approach was applied, involving 127 micro-enterpreneurs in the furniture industry as respondents. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that financial literacy has a positive effect on both digital financial literacy and financial planning and control. Furthermore, financial planning and control positively mediate the relationship between financial literacy and digital financial literacy. These findings imply that improving financial literacy alone is not sufficient; it must be complemented with structured financial planning and control to strengthen digital financial competencies. Practically, this suggests that training programs and policy interventions should integrate financial education with digital adoption strategies to enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of micro furniture enterprises. Theoretically, the study contributes by extending the theory of planned behavior to explain financial behavior in the digital transformation era.

Abstract

Pendidikan tinggi memainkan peran penting dalam pengembangan potensi siswa untuk menjadi individu yang kompeten, kreatif, dan berdaya saing, serta membangun karir di masa depan. Namun proses ini tidak terlepas dari berbagai tantangan, seperti tuntutan akademik yang tinggi, jadwal yang padat, dan ekspektasi dari lingkungan sekitar. Kondisi tersebut sering kali memicu masalah psikologis, salah satunya adalah Academic Burnout, yang dapat menghambat perkembangan siswa baik secara akademik maupun pribadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh academic burnout terhadap tingkat kecemasan mahasiswa di UNIMED. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Ada dua teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini: SBI dan PWI-SC. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara academic burnout dan tingkat kecemasan mahasiswa. korelasi yang tergolong sedang yaitu 45,8% menunjukkan bahwa meskipun ada hubungan yang signifikan, masih terdapat faktor-faktor lain di luar academic burnout yang mempengaruhi tingkat kecemasan.

Abstract

Abstract

 Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) apakah terdapat pengaruh pengawasan terhadap semangat kerja pegawai pada Disdagnakerkop UKM Kabupaten Karanganyar; (2) apakah terdapat pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap semangat kerja pegawai pada Disdagnakerkop UKM Kabupaten Karanganyar; dan (3) apakah terdapat pengaruh pengawasan dan disiplin kerja terhadap semangat kerja pegawai pada Disdagnakerkop UKM Kabupaten Karanganyar. Pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai yang berjumlah 110 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 86 orang pegawai. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji prasyarat analisis dan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS v25.0. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengawasan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan (thitung 2,868 > ttabel 1,988 dan signifikansi 0,005 < 0,05); (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap semangat kerja karyawan (thitung 4,423 > ttabel 1,988 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05); (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengawasan dan disiplin kerja terhadap semangat kerja karyawan (Fhitung 31,060 > Ftabel 3,11 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05).Kata Kunci: kuantitatif; metode korelasi; pengawasan kerja pegawaiAbstract: This research aims to determine: (1) whether there is an influence of supervision on employee work passion at Disdagnakerkop UKM Kabupaten Karanganyar; (2) whether there is an influence of work discipline on employee work passion at Disdagnakerkop UKM Kabupaten Karanganyar; and (3) whether there is an influence of supervision and work discipline on employee work passion at Disdagnakerkop UKM Kabupaten Karanganyar. Quantitative research approach with a correlational method. The research population is all employees, totaling 110 people. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling, with 86 employees as the sample. The data was collected using questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique used the prerequisite test and multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS v25.0. The results of this study explained that: (1) there is a positive and significant effect of supervision on employee work passion (tcount 2.868 > ttable 1.988 and a significance of 0.005 <0.05); (2) there is a positive and significant effect of work discipline on employee work passion (tcount 4.423 > ttable 1.988 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05); (3) there is a positive and significant effect of supervision and work discipline on employee work passion (Fcount 31.060 > Ftable 3.11 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05). Keywords: correlational method ; supervision on employee; quantitative
