Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini membahas supervisi pendidikan Islam, arah baru supervisi merupakan tujuan utama pelaksanaan supervisi pendidikan Islam untuk mengembangkan dan meningkatkan situasi belajar mengajar yang lebih baik, dan memperbaiki kinerja guru. Supervisi pendidikan Islam menuntut peran seorang supervisor memiliki tanggung jawab berdasarkan tugas pokok dan fungsinya sebagai supervisor, namun sebagai manusia supervisor juga dituntut kreatif, inovatif dan dinamis dalam mengaplikasikan pendekatan-pendekatan dalam supervisi, dan harus dapat memadukan supervisi dengan menjaga nilai-nilai dasar Islam dan mengadopsi metode serta pendekatan baru yang relevan dengan konteks zaman. Lembaga pendidikan Islam perlu mengadopsi berbagai metode supervisi untuk meningkatkan kualitas SDM, termasuk pendekatan supervisi melalui 3 (tiga) metode; supervisi akademik, direktif dan klinis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research), fokus pembahasan yaitu arah baru supervisi pendidikan Islam. Data informasi dikumpulkan melalui fasilitas yang ada di perpus seperti buku, majalah, dokumen, catatan kisah-kisah sejarah atau penelitian kepustakaan murni yang terkait dengan obyek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pendekatan pendidikan di Finlandia merupakan tindakan revolusioner pendidikan sehingga yang baru menjadi yang terbarukan. Aplikasi supervisi disekolah atau madrasah dapat dilakukan minimal dengan dua pendekatan yaitu direktif dan non directif. Dampak dari supervisi pada perubahan disekolah atau madrasah adalah dengan meningkatnya indikator-indikator kinerja, kedisiplinan dan mutu. Arah baru supervisi dalam pendidikan Islam mencakup: usaha pembinaan secara Islami, arah perbaikan situasi pendidikan Islam. Pendidikan Islam adalah upaya usaha sadar yang dilakukan pendidik dalam rangka mempersiapkan peserta didik untuk mengenal, memahami, menghayati, hingga mengimani, dan mengamalkan ajaran agama Islam.

Abstract

This study discusses organizational leadership management. Supervision of Islamic education at MTsN 10 Bireuen is the primary objective of implementing leadership and supervision within the educational components, such as leadership motivation, efforts to foster motivation, supervision and development of MTsN 10 Bireuen teachers, and supervision within Islamic education at MTsN 10 Bireuen. Islamic education in the modern era must integrate organizational leadership and supervision, maintaining fundamental Islamic values and adopting new methods and approaches relevant to the current context. Islamic educational institutions, particularly MTsN 10 Bireuen, need to adopt various leadership and supervision methods to improve the quality of human resources, including the principal's approach to teacher supervision and development through three methods: academic, directive, and clinical supervision. Abstract

This study examines the increasing phenomenon of divorce filings among teachers employed under the Government Employees with Employment Agreements (PPPK) scheme in Blitar Regency. The issue has generated social, moral, and religious concerns, particularly due to work placement policies that often separate spouses and potentially weaken family resilience. Existing studies predominantly focus on administrative and employment aspects of PPPK policies, while limited attention has been given to their implications for family welfare and the objectives of Maqasid al-Shari‘ah. This research employs a qualitative method with a normative-literature approach, analyzing maslahah mursalah in Islamic law, scholarly works, statutory regulations, and relevant media reports. The findings indicate that although divorce is legally permissible in Islam, the growing number of marital dissolutions associated with bureaucratic and placement-related pressures reflects insufficient consideration of public welfare and family protection. From the perspective of maslahah mursalah, public policies should not only pursue administrative efficiency but also safeguard family stability as a fundamental social institution. The study concludes that PPPK placement policies require greater integration of family-oriented considerations and that strengthening family resilience programs is necessary to minimize the risk of household disintegration and promote socially responsible governance.
