Abstract

The objectives of this research include: to determine the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions of Caca cassava chips in Lahat City, to determine the effect of product packaging on purchasing decisions of Caca cassava chips in Lahat City and to determine the effect of product quality and product packaging together on purchasing decisions of Caca cassava chips in Lahat City. The sample of this research is consumers of Caca cassava chips in Lahat City, totaling 250 people. This research uses quantitative research, using data sources including: primary data, secondary data, population and samples. Data collection methods used are: observation, interviews and distribution of questionnaires to a number of respondents. As well as using validity and reliability measuring tools, analysis prerequisite tests, then using data analysis methods using multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing in the form of t-tests and F-tests. As well as correlation coefficients and determination coefficients. Data analysis in this study uses SPSS 23.0. From the research results, a partial t-test showed that the product quality variable had a calculated t-value > t-table value, or 3.812 > 2.661. Therefore, Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. This indicates a significant influence between the product quality variable and the purchasing decision variable. The product packaging variable had a calculated t-value > t-table value, or 4.049 > 2.661. Therefore, Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. This indicates a significant influence between the product packaging variable and the purchasing decision variable. The F-test results, with a significance level of 5% and a numerator df of 3 and a denominator df of 250, were 2.64. Based on the results of this hypothesis test, the decision was made to reject Ho and accept Ha. This means that the product quality and packaging variables collectively have a significant influence on the purchasing decision variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality and promotion on customer satisfaction for TikTok Shop products in Linggar Jaya Village, Kikim Timur District. The variables in this study were product quality (X1), promotion (X2), and customer satisfaction (Y). The data analysis methods used were instrument testing (reliability testing, validity testing), classical assumption testing (normality testing, heteroscedasticity testing, multicollinearity testing), multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test), and coefficient of determination testing. The results of the study showed that (1) product quality has a significant partial effect on customer satisfaction, as evidenced by the calculated t value > t-table (7.042 > 1.998). (2) promotion has a significant partial effect on customer satisfaction, as evidenced by the calculated t value > t-table (2.965 > 1.998). (3) Product Quality and Job Satisfaction have a significant simultaneous effect on Customer Satisfaction for TikTok Shop Products in Linggar Jaya Village, East Kikim District. This can be seen from the calculated f value > f table (66.806 > 3.991) and the significance value is smaller than the significance level (a) of 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). .

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction at CV. Abadi Steel Lahat. The results showed that (1) service quality has a significant partial effect on customer satisfaction at CV. Abadi Steel Lahat, as evidenced by the calculated t-value > t-table (7.031 > 1.988). (2) price has a significant partial effect on customer satisfaction at CV. Abadi Steel Lahat, as evidenced by the calculated t-value > t-table (3.224 > 1.988). (3) service quality and price have a significant simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction at CV. Abadi Steel Lahat, as evidenced by the calculated f-value > f-table (58.389 > 3.953), with a significance value lower than the significance level (a) of 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to determine how product completeness and merchandise layout partially and simultaneously influence repurchase intention at Indomaret Tanjung Jambu Muara Enim. The sample size for this study was 84 respondents. The sampling method used was incidental sampling. This quantitative study employed multiple linear regression analysis, processed using SPSS, resulting in a regression equation. The results of this study indicate a significant partial effect of product completeness on repurchase intention at Indomaret Tanjung Jambu Muara Enim, and a significant partial effect of merchandise layout on repurchase intention at Indomaret Tanjung Jambu Muara Enim. The F-test indicates that product completeness and merchandise layout simultaneously influence repurchase intention at Indomaret Tanjung Jambu Muara Enim.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of equity working capital on economic profitability at the Teratai Cooperative, Lahat Police Resort. To determine the effect of investment working capital on economic profitability at the Teratai Cooperative, Lahat Police Resort. To determine the joint effect of equity working capital and investment working capital on economic profitability at the Teratai Cooperative, Lahat Police Resort. The sample used was data on equity working capital, investment working capital, and economic profitability at the Teratai Cooperative, Lahat Police Resort from 2022 to 2024. The results showed that equity working capital significantly influenced economic profitability at the Teratai Cooperative, Lahat Police Resort. Investment working capital did not significantly influence economic profitability at the Teratai Cooperative, Lahat Police Resort. Both equity working capital and investment working capital significantly influenced economic profitability at the Teratai Cooperative, Lahat Police Resort.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how service quality and promotion partially and simultaneously influence purchase intention for Fortune oil (a case study of consumers at the S3A store in Sirah Pulau Village). The sample size for this study was 88 respondents. The sampling method used was incidental sampling. This quantitative study employed multiple linear regression analysis, processed using SPSS, resulting in a regression equation . The results showed a significant effect between service quality and consumer purchasing decisions at the Bintang Mulia Jaya Lubuk Beringin Manggul dealership. Promotion also significantly influenced purchase intention for Fortune oil (a case study of consumers at the S3A store in Sirah Pulau Village). The F-test showed that service quality and promotion simultaneously influenced purchase intention for Fortune oil (a case study of consumers at the S3A store in Sirah Pulau Village).

Abstract

UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah) Snack Aqila merupakan industri rumah tangga yang bergerak dalam produksi makanan pangan di Kabupaten Lahat, Sumatera Selatan. Mitra menghadapi berbagai permasalahan, mulai dari keterbatasan teknologi produksi, kualitas produk yang tidak konsisten, hingga pemasaran yang masih bersifat konvensional. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas produksi, branding, dan pemasaran digital melalui penerapan teknologi mixer otomatis, pelatihan pemasaran digital, serta pendampingan manajemen usaha. Metode pelaksanaannya meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan teknologi, pelatihan branding, penerapan digital marketing, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kapasitas produksi dari rata-rata ±10 bungkus/hari menjadi 25–30 bungkus/hari setelah penggunaan mixer otomatis. Mitra mampu mengoperasikan alat dengan nilai post-test 80%, serta menghasilkan logo dan desain kemasan baru yang lebih menarik. Dalam aspek pemasaran, mitra berhasil memiliki akun media sosial aktif dan memproduksi lebih dari 10 konten promosi digital. Program ini berdampak pada meningkatnya visibilitas produk, efisiensi kerja, serta kesiapan UMKM dalam memasuki pasar digital. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa teknologi yang tepat guna dan strategi branding digital dapat meningkatkan daya saing UMKM secara signifikan.
