Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas literasi keuangan di masyarakat wilayah Sumbermanjing Wetan tentang pengelolaan uang dengan bijaksana sejak usia dini sehingga anak-anak memiliki keterampilan dasar mengelola uang dengan baik dan benar dengan sasaran utamanya adalah para siswa-siswi yang sedang bersekolah. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di daerah Sumbermanjing Wetan utamanya di daerah sekitar BMT UGT Nusantara cabang sumbermanjing wetan. BMT UGT Nusantara cabang Sumbermanjing Wetan memberikan pendampingan dengan melatih pengelolaan keuangan sejak dini dengan menciptakan produk simpanan lembaga peduli siswa yang tentunya menggunakan prinsip syariah dengan akad mudharabah, dimana harapannya manfaat yang didapatkan dapat membantu dalam menyelesaikan pendidikan sekolah siswa-siswi tersebut

Abstract

This study explores gender justice within the framework of Islamic inheritance law, focusing on a comparative analysis between the faraid system and modern principles of gender equality. The faraid system, as a classical Islamic legal framework, strictly regulates inheritance distribution, including gender-based differences in shares. In contrast, the principle of gender equality demands equal treatment of men and women in all aspects of life, including inheritance rights. This research aims to examine how faraid can be contextually interpreted to achieve substantive justice for women while upholding the core principles of Islamic law. Using a qualitative approach and comparative analysis, the study finds that there is room for ijtihad in the application of Islamic inheritance law, allowing for a balance between normative Islamic justice and contemporary demands for gender equality.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative-quantitative analysis that aims to capture a value or view represented by experts and practitioners about problems, solutions, and strategies for developing SMEs in Palaan village. The analytical tool used is the ANP method and is processed using the "Super Decision" software. The selection of respondents in this study was conducted using a purposive sample by considering the respondent's understanding of the problems, solutions, and strategies for the development of SMEs in Palaan Village, Malang Regency. The problems and solutions that occur from the development of MSMEs in Palaan Village in order of priority are marketing problems, product development quality problems, and capital problems. Recommendations from this study require further research on the study of conceptual details of the solutions offered for the development of MSMEs.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the instability of customer commitment in returning financing funds at BMT UGT Sidogiri Pagak Sub-Branch, Malang Regency. The context of the research in this study is "what are the factors that drive customer commitment in returning financing funds", to analyze the factors driving customer commitment in returning financing funds. This research was conducted in the period July-August 2020, using an interview system and field observations in the data collection process. The type of research used is a qualitative approach, both approaches with BMT institutions and with customers. The results of the study indicate that several factors encourage customer commitment in returning financing funds. Among them are internal factors which include, the amount of the loan, the value of the guarantee, the repayment period, and the chemistry between the institution and the customer. While external factors include income or business turnover, dependents of other parties, and family dependents.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analysis the potential for halal tourism development at the Sumbermaron Nature Tourism Destination, Karangsuko Village, Pagelaran District, Malang Regency. This study used the descriptive-qualitative method. The results of the study show that aspects of tourism development are progressing quite well, as evidenced by the increase in the number of tourists visits each year. The potential for the development of halal tourism is analyses based on indicators from the Global Muslim Travel Index (GMTI). There are several indicators that have quite potential, such as the service aspect, where the existing services at tourist destinations are in accordance with the concept of service in Islam. As for the aspects of opportunities and challenges in the development of halal tourism, namely geographically located in the area of Islamic boarding schools, which can be used as opportunities in developing halal tourism, as for the challenges, namely the absence of halal labelling on food and drinks sold, related to worship facilities that are not yet in accordance with development standards for halal tourism, this is due to a lack of public knowledge about the concept of halal tourism.
