Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin cepat  menjadi tantangan berat bagi sebuah perusahaan ataupun lembaga pemerintahan, terutama pada pelayanan informasi bagi masyarakat. Begitu juga dengan kantor Kecamatan Prabumulih Selatan yang memanfaatkan teknologiinternet berupa website sebagai media penyampaian pelayanan informasi dan dapat memperkenalkan kecamatan tersebut kepada khalayak luas. Tujuan dari pembuatan sistem ini adalah untuk mempermudah masyarakat dalam menemukan informasi tentang pelayanan apa saja yang ada dikantor kecamatan Prabumulih Selatan dengan cepat dan terpercaya. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam pembuatan sistem ini yaitu metode Prototype, sedangkan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Pada analisa dan perancangan sistem ini menggunakan metode UML dengan alat bantu seperti use case diagram, activity diagram, dan class diagram. Website ini dibuat dengan menggunakan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman dan MySQL sebagai database-nya. Dengan adanya website ini masyarakat dapat dengan mudah mengetahui informasi tentang kantor Kecamatan Prabumulih Selatan.  Kata kunci—kecamatan, website, metode prototype, MySQL, UML

Abstract

Web-based information systems, such as promotional media, provide information services through promotions. The researcher's goal is to provide convenience in promoting goods. The purpose of the study resulted in several uses consisting of practical and academic uses. The method used in this study uses a quantitative approach method that is descriptive to describe and illustrate a variable, symptom, condition, or certain social phenomenon, and its development method is Waterfall; the analysis tools used are Use case diagrams, Class diagrams, and Activity diagrams. This information system is built to provide convenience for consumers in viewing the latest products to make it easier and faster

Abstract

The identification results show a phenomenon at the Rambang Kapak Tengah Health Center in Prabumulih City because it only has a few rooms with facilities such as AC in the pharmacy room and the management room. This problem makes employees uncomfortable in working and decreases job satisfaction. The results of this study partially (t-test) Facilities (X1) have a positive and significant effect on Performance (Y), and Job Satisfaction (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Performance (Y). While simultaneously (F test) Facilities (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) have a positive and significant effect on Performance (Y), the correlation between Facilities and Employee Performance is strong, positive (unidirectional). In contrast, the correlation between Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance is negative (not unidirectional). The coefficient of determination (R2) shows that Employee Performance is influenced by Facilities and Job Satisfaction followed by Employees. The rest is influenced by other variables, such as leadership, compensation, motivation, and other variables, on employee performance.Kata Kunci : Fasilitas, Kepuasan kerja, Kinerja Pegawai
