Abstract

Peningkatan kebutuhan semen mengakibatkan peningkatan jumlah karbon dioksida (CO2) yang terlepas di lingkungan. Alternatif penekanan penggunaan semen dengan dengan menggunakan material geopolimer berupa fly ash dan slag sebagai pengganti semen pada beton konvensional. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi rasio alkali aktivator dengan binder (Al/Bi) terhadap sifat fisis dan mekanis beton geopolimer berbasis fly ash-slag. Metode yang digunakan yakni metode eksperimen dengan sampel berbentuk silinder dengan variasi rasio Al/Bi 0,40; 0,45; 0,50; dan 0,55. Analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Pengujian kuat tarik belah sesuai SNI 2491: 2014 dengan sampel berdiameter 100 mm dan tinggi 200 mm serta pengujian daya serap air dan porositas sesuai ASTM C642-06 dengan sampel berdiameter 100 mm dan tinggi 50 mm. Hasil penelitian didapatkan beton geopolimer berbasis fly ash-slag variasi rasio Al/Bi 0,40; 0,45; 0,50; dan 0,55 berpengaruh pada nilai kuat tarik belah, daya serap air, dan porositas beton yang bervariasi. Variasi rasio Al/Bi optimal pada rasio Al/Bi 0,50 dengan kuat tarik maksimum sebesar 2,534 MPa, nilai daya serap air minimum sebesar 2,65% dan nilai porositas minimum sebesar 8,05%.

Abstract

Student’s cognitive learning outcomes in Mathematics subjects in SDIT Az-Zahra that has not met the minimum mastery criteria. The purpose of this study is to test the effectiveness of PBL model to improve students’ cognitive learning result. This quantitative research was in the form of quasy experimental design (quasi-experiment) with nonequivalent control group design types (classes are experimental and control). The research subject were 60 students of V graders in SDIT Az-Zahra, it was determined by using purposive sampling technique. Data was in the form of cognitive and psychomotoric students' learning result of science process skills, it was collected through observation, test, and documentation. The result of this study are as follows: there are differences in cognitive learning result between groups of students who follow PBL model and group of students who not follow PBL model, the value (tcalculate = 3:54> ttable= 2.74).
