Abstract

Emmetropia is a condition in which the parallel beam of an eyeball refracted by the refractory medium is precisely diretine. In this case patients use contact lenses because they want to follow the present trend and want to look more attractive. In contact lens users should be with more complicated treatments that are not in accordance with established procedures, because otherwise will cause eye disease. This study aims to determine the relationship of contact lens care with eye disease caused. Which includes: 1. How to care for contact lenses 2. Time of contact lens 3. Eye disease caused contact lenses. The method of this study is case study described descriptively that describes how the treatment of contact lens cases and cases of disease experienced by the case. From the case of emmetropia was taken one case using contact lenses with treatment that is not in accordance with the standards, among others, on the treatment where the contact lens should be replaced every day once this fluid is not done. The contact lens is selected at 6 months usage, but on the use of 3 months already feel uncomfortable and complained of red eyes, allegedly caused because the care of contact lenses are not done in accordance with the standard.Key words : Emmetropia, contact lense, eye disease, treatment

Abstract

The purchase decision process is the process through which consumers when buying a product. It can be seen as a special form of cost-benefit analysis. This study is about knowing the decision of consumers in the purchase of glasses in the form of design, price, services, promotions and materials. The type of research is descriptive research conducted with the main objective to create a picture or a description of a situation objectively with the approach used in the study is Cross-sectional namely researchers put through observation or measurement variables at one time. Research in Optics Naomy shows that in the period July - September 2019 there were 32 respondents consisting of 19 (59.4%) of female respondents and 13 (40.6%) male respondents - men. Most aged 15-25 years as many as 26 people (81.3%), not married as many as 26 people (81.3%), student / student as many as 23 people (71.9%) and earn less than Rp 1 million, 00 as many as 26 people (81.3%). The majority of respondents in the optical Naomy declare eyeweare design is Good (62,5%), the price of the glasses in the optical Naomy is Less Suitable (65,6%), services in the optical Naomy is Good (65,6%), promotion in the optical Naomy is Good (62,5%), materials in optical glasses Naomy Good (56,2%). The decision making process of consumers in the purchase of glasses in the optical Weleri in this study prefer the design (22%) and services (21.8%), materials (21.2%), price (19.8%) and promotions (15.2 %).

Abstract

Penderita kelainan refraksi dapat  melihat  dengan  jelas dengan bantuan kacamata.  Kacamata  terdiri  dari  bingkai  dan  lensa.  Lensa  kacamata  dibagi menjadi lensa kaca dan lensa plastik. Kacamata memerlukan perawatan khusus saat dipakai maupun tidak. Pada umumnya masnyarakat belum paham mengenai perawatan lensa kacamata seperti frekuensi pembersihan, penggunaan cairan pembersih, penggunaan alat  pembersih, dan cara penyimpanan kacamata yang sedang tidak dipakai. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kepedulian masyarakat penderita kelainan refraksi di Optik Mitra Husada terhadap perawatan lensa kacamata.

Abstract

Abstract The inability of a person to see a close object clearly can occur by some kind of cause, but partly because of presbyopia. While the inability of a person to see a distant object clearly can occur by some kind of cause, partly because his eyes have hypermetropia refractive status. This research is conducted by using descriptive method through qualitative approach. While the primary data obtained through survey in Intan Optical Shop Ungaran. The results showed that 40.81% of the number of consumers who get subjective refraction examination in Intan Optical Shop Ungaran were presbyopia patients with hypermetropia refraction status. In a subjective refraction examination, the measurement of lens for near vision for hypermetropia patients is based on a concept, by providing the largest spherical lens that can produce the best visus. While the measurement of lens for near vision for presbyopia patients with hypermetropia refraction status, is the accumulation of dioptri lens for near vision and addition. It can be concluded that the ultimate goal of subjective refraction examination in presbyopia patients with hypermetropia refractive status is to determine the appropriate lens size, so that glasses made with these sizes can be used as visual aids. Abstrak Ketidak mampuan seseorang melihat obyek dekat dengan jelas dapat terjadi oleh beberapa macam sebab, antara lain karena presbyopia. Sedangkan ketidak mampuan seseorang melihat obyek jauh dengan jelas dapat terjadi oleh beberapa macam sebab, antara lain karena matanya berstatus refraksi hypermetropia. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, bahwa 40,81% dari jumlah konsumen yang mendapatkan pemeriksaan refraksi subyektif di Optikal Intan Ungaran adalah penderita presbyopia dengan status refraksi hypermetropia. Dalam pemeriksaan refraksi subyektif, penetapan ukuran lensa kacamata untuk penglihatan jauh bagi penderita hypermetropia didasarkan pada suatu konsep, yaitu dengan memberikan lensa spheris terbesar yang dapat menghasilkan visus terbaik. Sedangkan penetapan ukuran lensa kacamata untuk penglihatan dekat bagi penderita presbyopia dengan status refraksi hypermetropia, merupakan akumulasi dari dioptri lensa untuk penglihatan jauhnya dan addisi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa tujuan akhir dari pemeriksaan refraksi subyektif pada penderita presbyopia dengan status refraksi hypermetropia ini adalah untuk mengetahui ukuran lensa yang sesuai, agar kacamata yang dibuat dengan ukuran tersebut dapat difungsikan sebagai alat bantu penglihatan.
