Abstract

Abstrak: The Covid-19 vaccination is one of the efforts of the Indonesian government to reduce the cases of Covid-19 infection. The success of vaccination is supported by proper cold chain management. There has been no similar research conducted in East Kotawaringin Regency, Central Kalimantan. Research conducted in Yogyakarta and Sarolangun showed that not all cold chain officers had implemented the vaccination guidelines. This study aims to provide an overview of the quality of the Covid-19 vaccine cold chain management. Method: The design of this research is descriptive observational. The data collection technique was carried out by interview method using a questionnaire instrument and direct observation of 13 cold chain management officers in East Kotawaringin Regency. Result: From the results of the study, all respondents were not equipped with cold chain tools according to the provisions. Conclusion: It can be concluded that the officers who manage the cold chain have not yet fully implemented the technical instructions for implementing the Covid-19 vaccination. The officers are expected to be able to manage the cold chain in accordance with the instructions of the directorate general of disease control and prevention of the Indonesian Ministry of Health

Abstract

The high prevalence of stunting that currently occurs is a serious problem faced. This is because stunting checks are still done manually. For this reason, an application for detecting stunting in toddlers using Arduino Uno was designed, in the form of the SIPASBU application (Information System for Preventing Stunting in Mothers and Toddlers) quickly, accurately, and able to provide early treatment using Arduino Uno tools. The problem that occurs is that there are still complaints from health workers when using the SIPASBU application. The purpose of this study is to analyze the satisfaction of SIPASBU application users, in this case health workers at the Puskesmas. Webqual 4.0 is used as a method to evaluate and analyze the SIPASBU application which is used as a medium for online stunting detection. In order for the evaluation to be carried out, assessment variables are needed that refer to three variables, namely Usability, Information, and Service Interaction. The results showed that the Usability value in measuring the quality level of the SIPASBU application was 3.32 with the Good category. The Information Quality value in measuring the quality level of the SIPASBU application is 3.22 with the Good category, for the Interaction Quality value in measuring the quality level of the SIPASBU application is 3.33 with the Good category. The overall value for the WebQual 4.0 indicator obtained is 3.29 in the Good category, so users assess that the SIPASBU application is qualified as a medium for detecting stunting of toddlers at the Puskesmas

Abstract

This research effort conducts a comprehensive analysis of the determinants affecting income inequality in Provinces in Sumatra Island during the period 2020 to 2024, using the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) methodology. The variables examined include Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), number of educational institutions, domestic capital investment and the level of the consumer price index. The findings show that domestic investment and GRDP have a positive and statistically significant impact on income inequality, indicating that financial investment is concentrated in certain regions exacerbating economic disparities. In contrast, the consumer price index shows a substantive negative effect on inequality, implying that an increase in the consumer price index can contribute to reducing disparities through a redistributive mechanism that benefits low-income demographics. Meanwhile, the number of educational institutions does not show a significant effect on income inequality. The analytical model explains 42.61% of the variance in income inequality in 8 Provinces in Sumatra Island. These findings underscore the critical need to equalize the distribution of investment, improve the quality of education, and maintain a stable level of the consumer price index to encourage more inclusive economic growth.
