<![CDATA[Diabetes Melitus merupakan penyakit kronis dengan pengobatan jangka panjang yang memerlukan kepatuhan. Salah satu intervensi yang komprehensif untuk penyakit DM adalah home pharmacy care untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan pasien. Kepatuhan minum obat pasien Diabetes Melitus yang dilihat dari parameter Modified Morisky’s Adherence Scale (MMAS-8), Gula Darah Puasa (GDP) dan pill count. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat hasil intervensi Home Pharmacy care terhadap kepatuhan minum obat pasien Diabetes Mellitus tipe 2 di UPTD Puskesmas Ungaran dan UPTD Puskesmas Ambarawa pada periode Mei hingga Juni 2018.  Hasil penelitian dengan uji T berpasangan ditinjau dari MMAS-8 didapatkan p value 0,118 pada kelompok kontrol dan 0,000 pada kelompok perlakuan. Sedangkans ditinjau dari GDP didapatkan p value 0,223 pada kelompok kontrol dan 0,000 kelompok perlakuan. Dan dengan uji T tidak berpasangan berdasarkan pill count didapatkan p value 0,000. Maka dapat disimpulkan pemberian home pharmacy care dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan minum obat pasien DM tipe II di UPTD Puskeskmas Ungaran dan UPTD Puskesmas Ambarawa.Kata Kunci : Home pharmacy care, Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2, Kepatuhan.Diabetes Melitus is a chronic disease with long-term treatment that requires adherences. One of the most comprehensive interventions for DM patients is Home Pharmacy Care, that can monitor patient compliance. The study aims to determine the effect of Home Pharmacy Care DM against medication adherence which is seen from the parameter of Modified Morisky’s Adherence Scale (MMAS-8), blood glucose (GDP) and pill count. This research was a quasi experimentpretest-posttest with control group design, the study conducted in Ungaran and Ambarawa public health center from May to Jun 2018. The sampling method was accidental sampling technique. Samples obtained were 62 people and divided into 2 groups of control group (31 people) and treatment group (31 people). The result of paired t-test indicated that p value of control group reviewed by MMAS-8 was 0,118 and treatment group was 0,000. Based p value glucose blood (GDP) of control group was 0,223 and treatment group was 0,000. The result of independentt-test by p value of the pill count was 0,000.
