Abstract

Kinerja organisasi publik diharapkan dapat meningkat setiap tahunnya demi memberikan pelayanan yang prima kepada masyarakat.Kinerja organisasi merupakan cerminan dari kinerja pegawai.Semakin tinggi kinerja pegawai, maka akan semakin tinggi kinerja organisasi. Maka dari itu, dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja organisasi, organisasi dapat memberikan dukungan dan motivasi kepada pegawainya melalui sistem yang memudahkan dan memotivasi pegawai dalam bekerja.Berdasarkan hasil survey awal yang dilakukan, terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang mengindikasikan kurangnya dukungan yang dirasakan pegawai, baik dukungan organisasi maupun dukungan dari atasan.permasalahan tersebut antara lain pegawai tidak merasa bebas menyampaikan ide, organisasi tidak memiliki sistem penghargaan lain selain gaji bagi pegawai yang rajin melakukan pekerjaan ekstra serta kurangnya feedback dan arahan dari atasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh dari persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap kinerja organisasi dengan dukungan atasan sebagai variabel moderasi. Demi memperoleh data yang diperlukan penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan kepada 255 pegawai dari 5 organisasi perangkat daerah di kotaBandung yaitu dinas pendidikan, dinas kesehatan, dinas sosial dan penanggulangan kemiskinan, dinas perhubungan dan dinas pekerjaan umum. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam pengolahan data adalah regresi hirari (hierarchical regression analysis).Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi, ditemukan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja organisasi.Dukungan atasan juga ditemukan dapat memperkuat pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap kinerja organisasi.

Abstract

Fire is one of the most frequent disasters in Bantul Regency. The increase and decrease in the number of fire disasters require fast and precise handling by the Fire and Rescue Department. This study analyzes various strategies and efforts that have been made by the Fire and Rescue Department of Bantul Regency in dealing with fire disasters in Bantul Regency. In this research, a qualitative approach was used. The data collection techniques were interviews, observations, and documentation. The results showed the Fire and Rescue Department have integrated three main aspects in their strategies, namely objectives, policies, and programs. The formulated objectives formulated have met the criteria that are clear, measurable, have a time limit, and are relevant to the formulation of the strategy. In addition, existing policies have supported the strategies while providing limitations on operational actions. The designed programs have also been aligned with the established strategies. However, several policies and programs have not been able to be implemented optimally due to budget constraints and lack of personnel. Abstract

Taxes are the main source of state revenue used to finance various development programs and public services. The success of tax collection is highly dependent on taxpayer compliance, both individuals and business entities. One of the factors that influence taxpayer compliance is the quality of service provided by tax authorities or tax officers at the tax office. This study aims to analyze the effect of the quality of fiscal services at the Majalaya Primary Tax Service Office (KPP) on individual taxpayer compliance in reporting Annual Tax Returns (SPT). Several previous studies have shown that taxpayer awareness and the quality of fiscal services have a positive effect on individual taxpayer compliance. The research method used uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the effect of the quality of taxpayer services using the dimensions of reliability, tax information systems, internal and external supervision, and responsiveness has become an effective framework. Abstract

Disaster logistics assistance is an important element of disaster management efforts. Logistics distribution in disaster situations always faces complex challenges in distributing aid to victims affected by disasters. This research aims to provide an overview of how the distribution of logistical assistance to flood victims in Pasangkayu Regency and identify the inhibiting factors in the implementation of logistical assistance, and efforts that can be made by BPBD Pasangkayu Regency in overcoming these obstacles. This research uses a Qualitative Descriptive design with an Inductive approach. The data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the logistics assistance distribution program had been carried out quite effectively, although there were still several factors that influenced the obstruction of the distribution, including limited human resources and lack of facilities and infrastructure in logistics distribution which resulted in not optimal distribution of logistics assistance in Pasangkayu Regency. The practical implication of this research is the importance of increasing the capacity of human resources, procuring adequate facilities and infrastructure, and better cross-sector coordination to ensure logistics distribution can run optimally and on time in emergency situations.
