Abstract

Persaingan sektor perbankan yang kompetetitif membuat jumlah bank di Indonesia semakin banyak sehingga menuntut semua bank, baik bank pemerintah maupun bank swasta untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya. Hal yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan adalah kinerja karyawan. Jika kinerja karyawan belum mencapai optimal maka perusahaan tidak akan dapat mencapai tujuannya sehingga, untuk mencapai kinerja karyawan yang optimal, perusahaan juga perlu untuk memperhatikan work life balance karyawannya karena work life balance yang tinggi akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dan begitu pula sebaliknya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran secara umum work life balance dan kinerja karyawan pada Bank-Bank Pemerintah Kota Bandung, serta mengetahui pengaruh work life balance terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bank-Bank Pemerintah Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan metode verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada lima bank pemerintah yang berada di kota Bandung dengan responden sebanyak 200 karyawan. Pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa work life balance berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Artinya, semakin tinggi work life balance karyawan, maka semakin baik pula kinerja karyawan pada bank-bank pemerintah di Kota Bandung.

Abstract

Kinerja organisasi publik diharapkan dapat meningkat setiap tahunnya demi memberikan pelayanan yang prima kepada masyarakat.Kinerja organisasi merupakan cerminan dari kinerja pegawai.Semakin tinggi kinerja pegawai, maka akan semakin tinggi kinerja organisasi. Maka dari itu, dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja organisasi, organisasi dapat memberikan dukungan dan motivasi kepada pegawainya melalui sistem yang memudahkan dan memotivasi pegawai dalam bekerja.Berdasarkan hasil survey awal yang dilakukan, terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang mengindikasikan kurangnya dukungan yang dirasakan pegawai, baik dukungan organisasi maupun dukungan dari atasan.permasalahan tersebut antara lain pegawai tidak merasa bebas menyampaikan ide, organisasi tidak memiliki sistem penghargaan lain selain gaji bagi pegawai yang rajin melakukan pekerjaan ekstra serta kurangnya feedback dan arahan dari atasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh dari persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap kinerja organisasi dengan dukungan atasan sebagai variabel moderasi. Demi memperoleh data yang diperlukan penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan kepada 255 pegawai dari 5 organisasi perangkat daerah di kotaBandung yaitu dinas pendidikan, dinas kesehatan, dinas sosial dan penanggulangan kemiskinan, dinas perhubungan dan dinas pekerjaan umum. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam pengolahan data adalah regresi hirari (hierarchical regression analysis).Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi, ditemukan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja organisasi.Dukungan atasan juga ditemukan dapat memperkuat pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap kinerja organisasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine how the online work environment affects the health of teachers and how it affects their productivity at the Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SD-IT). Path analysis method is an analytical approach used in this study. Teachers have faced a number of challenges as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, including some degree of disruption for both teachers and students. Basically, maintaining a smooth teaching and learning process (PBM) that results in high productivity requires more than just a healthy work environment and also depends on the health of teachers. According to the measurement of the effectiveness and efficiency of teacher skills, there has been a decline in teacher productivity in online learning, which in the 2020-2021 school year ranged from only 70-75%. According to research findings, the work environment has a negative impact of 19.27% ​​on teacher productivity in terms of their physical and mental health. The priority for improvement is the work environment, followed by the creation of health conditions that will increase teacher productivity.

Abstract

With 81,000 km long coast, Indonesia has the marine economy potential equivalent to 12,000 trillion. Java and Bali is the largest producer of capture fisheries in Indonesia, and West Java ranks second largest fisheries production in Java island Java, and in West Java itself, Indaramayu District has the largest potential for marine fish. With this the largest production potential, Indramayu district should be able to increase the welfare of fishermen, but due to the sales chain system fishermen catch less in favor of the fishermen, the fishermen in Indramayu not have a competitive advantage in running their fisheries activities. This study aims to analyze the implementation of network governance in the ecosystem, at harvest, during the production process and product to the consumer. Thus the unit of analysis in this study were fishermen, wholesalers (collector), retailers and other institutions associated with network governance in Indramayu. The method used is an explanatory survey and focus group discussions. This research resulted in a contribution to the development of network governance models in the value chain to increase competitive advantage to fishing in Indramayu.

Abstract

Work environment change during the Covid-19 pandemic caused symptoms of health problems. Since the online school, teachers at the Nurul Islam Integrated Islamic Elementary School, Cahaya Ilmu Elementary School, and Al-Iman Elementary School have experienced mental and physical health problems. Mental health disorders such as work stress, both stress that comes from within themselves and from the organization/environment. Physical health problems felt by the teachers were eye nerve disorders, joint disorders, muscle and spinal disorders. The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of the work environment on the health conditions, especially for the mental and physical health of teachers, the sample in this study is 138 people. The data collection techniques used surveys, interviews, and distributing the questionnaires, and the data processing and analysis techniques used simple linear regression methods.  The results of the partial analysis there is a negative amount of 20,6% influence between the work environment on healthy conditions, this means that any unfavorable high state of the work environment will deteriorate the teacher's physical and mental health.

Abstract

The manufacturing sector in the city of Bandung contributes approximately 25.45% in 2013 but the contribution decreases by 24.29% in 2014 and 2015. This is caused by the decrease in employee performance of SMEs in this sector as a result of the low personal intelligence and organizational culture. This research studied 10 SMEs (medium scale) of Muslim fashion industry in Bandung, registered in BPPKU Kadin (chamber of commerce) Bandung. This study is aimed at determining the effect of personal intelligence and organizational culture on employee performance of SMEs either partially or simultaneously. The method used is explanatory research. The results showed that personal intelligence and organizational culture significantly influence employee performance of medium scale SMEs of Muslim fashion industry in Bandung either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the Islamic leadership and internalization of Islamic work ethic implemented in the sharia hotels. Besides, this research tries to explore the effect of Islamic leadership and Islamic work ethic on the employee productivity in the sharia hotels in Bandung. The unit of analysis and observation in this research are employees of sharia hotels in Bandung. The sample was taken using a simple random sampling method, and the data were processed using the Partial Least Square (PLS), expected to describe the effect between the variables and the degree of the manifest variable in constructing the latent variable within the limited observation unit. The results showed that the Islamic leadership and internalization of Islamic work ethic in the sharia hotels in Bandung are strong. The Islamic leadership and Islamic values positively affect the productivity of the employees.

Abstract

The role of entrepreneurs becomes more influential in the current business world. Due to lack of entrepreneurial spirit, many entrepreneurs experience unsuccessful result in their entrepreneurship journey. Entrepreneurial spirit results from a combination of someone’s hereditary factors, experience, and environment. This gives HRM wide room of discussion to find suitable stimulating factors to improve entrepreneurial spirit. Growing evidence shows various intelligence can contribute to someone’s entrepreneurial spirit including intellectual quotient, emotional quotient, spiritual quotient, social quotient, and adversity quotient. This research aims to examine which of each quotient has the most influential factor to the entrepreneurial spirit. This study was conducted using 30 small-and-medium-scale fashion entrepreneurs in Bandung and analyzed using weighting approach and ranking method. Based on the findings, this research suggests that SQ (Spiritual Quotient), followed by adversary quotient, has the strongest influence in shaping the entrepreneurial spirit.

Abstract

The problem studied in this study is that employees at startups are required to work extra and voluntarily work beyond their targets for the sustainability of the startup business, but this is suspected by the low organizational citizenship behavior of millennial generation employees in startup Bandung. This study aims to find out how the influence of psychological capital on organizational citizenship behavior through work engagement to millennial generation employees in Bandung city startups. The sample in this study used convenience sampling with the results of a sample calculation of 220 respondents. The questionnaire was used as a data collection technique in this study and was studied with a verifiable and descriptive method, using the SEM data analysis design and the analysis tool used, namely IBM SPSS AMOS 24. The results showed that there is no significant influence between psychological capital variables directly on organizational citizenship behavior. Furthermore, related to the findings of psychological capital, it has a positive and significant effect on work engagement, and work engagement has a significant and positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior. In this study, engagement shown to mediate the influence of psychological capital on organizational citizenship behavior positively and significantly.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh karakteristik pekerjaan dan budaya organisasi terhadap semangat kerja pada karyawan PT TASPEN (PERSERO) KCU Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan jumlah sampel 31 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada responden. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Secara parsial karakteristik pekerjaan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan, begitu pula budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan. Secara simultan karakteristik pekerjaan dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan. Kontribusi variabel karakteristik pekerjaan dan budaya organisasi terhadap terhadap semangat kerja karyawan sebesar 72.7% dan sisanya 28.3% merupakan kontribusi dari variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil ini perusahaan disarankan untuk meningkatkan semangat kerja maka perusahaan hendaknya memberikan pemahaman yang baik kepada karyawan mengenai karakteristik pekerjaan dan budaya organisasi yang ada di PT TASPEN (PERSERO) KCU Bandung.
