Abstract

In general, economic studies are divided into macroeconomics and microeconomics. Macroeconomics discusses more about policies made by the government in order to regulate monetary and fiscal matters, while microeconomics discusses more about corporate economic actors. Company management itself consists of operational management, marketing management, human resource management and financial management. Financial management is in charge of how companies seek and manage sources of funds, both own capital and foreign capital (loans) to meet the company's needs in producing products and services to be effective and efficient. Islam exists as a value and order in business with the term Maqashid syari'ah which was first coined by Al-Syatibi. It turns out that these values can be implemented in company financial policies so that they can improve financial performance. And it can be concluded that an Islamic company is a company that implements or tries to apply the values that exist in the Maqashid syari'ah. By implementing a murabahah financing scheme in Islamic banking, the rate of return is more profitable for both companies that receive financing and for banks that distribute financing. This is due to differences in financial structuring patterns between Islamic banking and conventional banking. Kata Kuci: Maqashid Syari’ah, strukturisasi keuangan, instansi keuangan syariah

Abstract

The hijrah phenomenon has become part of the religious dynamics of contemporary society, especially among urban youth. The hijrah Youth Movement, known for its popular approach to preaching, combines religious values with popular culture and utilizes digital technology as a medium for preaching. This study aims to analyze the phenomenon of hijrah as a social construction using Berger's theory, which includes externalization, objectivation, and internalization. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, with a sociological approach and phenomenological analysis. The results showed that the hijrah movement developed as a response to social change and modernity and became a new religious identity for the millennial Muslim generation.  hijrah is not only understood as an individual spiritual transformation, but also as a collective social phenomenon that forms new patterns in religious practice. In addition, social media plays an important role in the spread of this movement, creating increasingly massive digital activism. However, the massiveness of the hijrah movement in cyberspace raises challenges to the deep understanding of the history and essence of the hijrah itself. Therefore, it is necessary to integrate the study of hijrah history into religious education to avoid distortion of meaning. Further research is needed to review the impact of this movement from a futurological perspective, especially in the face of an era of artificial intelligence that could affect future religious trends.

Abstract

This study aims to provide a comprehensive comparative analysis of inheritance systems within the Abrahamic monotheistic religions: Islam, Christianity, and Judaism. Employing a qualitative approach and descriptive-analytical methodology, the research reveals key insights. Firstly, all three religions incorporate fundamental principles into their inheritance laws, reflecting ideals of equity, familial care, and religious commitment. Secondly, while variations exist in the execution of inheritance regulations, commonalities prevail, including recognition of inheritance rights for specific heirs such as children and spouses. Thirdly, significant differences emerge in the intricate details and implementation of inheritance rules. Islam features highly detailed and structured provisions, while Judaism allows more flexibility, and Christianity exhibits denominational variations. Lastly, religious authorities play a substantial role in resolving inheritance disputes across these religions. This study offers valuable insights for shaping fair and sustainable inheritance frameworks in diverse, multicultural societies
