As a subject of vital human development, plays a central role which will formulate the concept, planning, integrating nodes strength and potential, as well as solve problems that go it. Thus the importance of the role played by humans, it is not exaggeration if humans as subjects of development must truly have personal maturity, good science, capacity, superior capability, and reflects the character of noble character as the embodiment litasnya/its litas. In order to achieve the expected degree of quality, education need the primary human. It may be noted also that one of important aspect of development is education. Regarding at 31 paragraph (1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1945 guarantees the right every citizen to get an education. Constitutional mandate is further defined in the legislation under the Constitution. One is Act No. 20 th2003 on Education System National. Primary responsibility of the provision and delivery of education is in the hands of the Government. Folk as education goals, in addition to having the right to education as mandated by the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia th1945, also bear the responsibility for the implementation of education. Participation and community participation in education which one of them can be done by the foundation.

Islam has taught all aspects of life, both of ritual worship and muamalah, worship which is needed to maintain the strength and harmony of human relations as servants with to Allah, while muamalah is said to be rulers of the game. It is one of the noble cultures of the Indonesian people which is always inherited and continues to be preserved from generation to generation until now, from this togetherness a tradition emerges in some societies known as "building materials". This custom has become a rooted tradition in the midst of community life including in Sumberejo Village, Banyuputih District, Situbondo Regency. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that the practice of returning debts with the format of mutual cooperation in the construction of houses of them that are practiced in the form of debt-receivable transactions. Practices like this in fiqh are known as Qardh. The view of Islamic law on the practice of debt-debts with the format of legal cooperation because it has been based on the basis of mutual willingness and the existence of benefits that return to both parties.

CV Adeeva Group Besuk Wirowongso Jember menerapakan manajemen SDM yang berbasis Islam pada perusahannya. Manajemen SDM Islami yang diterapkan memiliki dampak positif bagi etos kerja karyawan. Strategi manajemen SDM Islami adalah semua kegiatan yang mengatur sumber daya manusia dan bertujuan untuk beribadah kepada Allah. Kinerja karyawan adalah suatu proses yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi, kelompok dan individu yang digerakkan oleh para manajer. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia Islaminya dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di CV Adeeva Group Besuk Wirowongso Jember. Hasil kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia Islami yang ada di CV Adeeva Group Besuk Wirowongso Jember menerapakan adanya keadilan, pelatihan dan pengembangan, konpensasi serta disiplin kerja.

Issues related to amendments to the Constitution, in other words, the 1945 Constitution have been widely voiced by Indonesian people, the above issues have been reported more and more recently, especially with the emergence of several ideas from political figures regarding Prioden's positions of President and Vice President as well as the postponement of the election which caused various upheavals and acceptances. negative in society. Amendments to the amendments to the Constitution are legally constitutional. Because the Indonesian Constitution is not a noble and holy one for a religion, it means that changes can be made but with a note that it is in accordance with the needs and desires of the people as the holder of the highest sovereignty in a democratic legal state. In this article, we examine the issues of change, history, challenges and opportunities to make changes to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. The results of the study found that amending the 1945 Constitution is legal in accordance with the provisions of Ps. 37 paragraphs (1,2 and 3) which authorize the MPR to make changes to the Constitution. However, the challenge is that the legal politics of the above agenda is feared to result in a political compromise that benefits one party, group or class. So that an in-depth study is needed by involving many parties (the community) to participate in providing suggestions and input and considerations. The historical approach, concept and literature study were chosen as the analytical knife in this article.

The neutrality of ASN in practical political activities is a problem that has not been resolved by the government or the election organizers themselves. Thus far, 2024 has been the biggest political year in the history of Indonesian democracy because it elects the president and his deputy and legislative members from the center to the regions. In the same year, regional head elections were held simultaneously throughout Indonesia. Thus, appropriate efforts and steps are needed to overcome the problem of ASN neutrality. This article aims to find the concept of regulating ASN neutrality in the 2024 simultaneous elections and future elections. Normative legal research was chosen as an analytical tool to answer the legal issues that are the focus of the study in this article. The results of the research show that efforts to prevent ASN neutrality in elections and Regional Head Elections can be carried out by strengthening them institutionally to maximize their duties and functions such as KASN, KPU_Bawaslu to DKPP, both of the ASN elements themselves by building political awareness through political and legal education. The Regional Government, BKN, BKD, or each government agency can initiate it. In conclusion, the joint commitment of all parties, including the KPU-Bawaslu DKPP to ASN and respective government agencies, is the main key in closing the space for ASN involvement in practical political activities, especially in the simultaneous and regional elections in 2024.
