Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Market Opportunities and Environmental Conditions partially or simultaneously on the Income of Honey Guava Farmers in Binjai City. The population in this study was all Honey Guava Farmers in Binjai City using a sample of 63 people. To obtain data in the preparation of this thesis, the author uses inasutionrumen; documentation studies and interviews, as well as questionnaires. In analyzing data using multiple linear regression, t test, F test and determination test. Based on the results of the partial test (t-test), it can be concluded that Market Opportunities have a positive and significant effect on the Income of Honey Guava Farmers in Binjai City. The more often Market Opportunities are carried out, the higher the level of Income of Honey Guava Farmers in Binjai City. Environmental Conditions have a positive and significant effect on the Income of Honey Guava Farmers in Binjai City. The better the environmental conditions, the higher the income level  of Guava Honey Farmers in Binjai City. Market Opportunities and Environmental Conditions together have a significant effect on the Income of Honey Guava Farmers in Binjai City. Market Opportunities and Environmental Conditions are able to explain their effect on the income of Honey Guava Farmers  in Binjai City by 55.2%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and determine the effect of local tax contributions, local ownsource revenues, regional user fees and tax revenue-sharing on regional spending with economic growth as a moderating variable. The approach in this study uses the associative approach Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA) where this study wants to test the influence of independent variables and test moderating variables. The target population in this study is the report on the realization of regional income of North Sumatra Province totaling 33 City Regencies. Data collection techniques using documentation studies from APBD reports. Data analysis techniques using multiple regression and moderating test. Multiple regression was performed to test simultaneously (F test) and partial (t test), while the moderating test used Residual test. simultaneously on Regional Expenditures. Partial test results can be proven that the Regional Tax Contribution significant effect on Regional Spending in North Sumatra Province. Locally-generated revenuesignificant effect on Regional Spending in North Sumatra Province. Regional Retribution significant effect on Regional Spending in North Sumatra Province. Tax Results no significant effect on Regional Spending in North Sumatra Province. The results of the moderating regression analysis (MRA) test can be concluded that economic growth is not a moderating variable that strengthens or weakens the relationship between Contribution of Regional Taxes, Regional Original Revenue, Regional Retribution and Tax Sharing on Regional Spending in the Province of North Sumatra

Abstract

This study aims to formulate and estimate three main models to obtain an overview of the demand for property credit at the Low-Income Community (MBR) level. The empirical model used for estimation is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The design of this study is quantitative based on explanatory research. The research data were obtained from distributing questionnaires with a sample of 96 respondents. The results of this study prove that Financing Behavior affects Financing Supply. Specifically, the research findings conclude that Financing Behavior can increase Financing Supply. The second hypothesis test proves that Financing Behavior affects Financing Demand. Specifically, the research findings conclude that Financing Behavior can increase Financing Demand. The third hypothesis test proves that planning from Financing Expectations influence on Financing Supply. Hypothesis testing s The fourth proves that planning from Financing Expectations does not affect Financing Demand . Specifically , the research findings​ m e n y o n g​​ that​​ Financing Expectations have not been able to increase Financing Demand.
