Abstract

Leadership Style is one of the important factor to measure employees job satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of the leadership style toward employees job satisfaction at PT. JMS Jakarta. The method of analyze is using descriptive quantitative with the technique sample is saturated sample and 5% error level with 32 respondent as a sample. The test for this research is using correlation coefficient, determination and linear regression. The result of correlation coefficient is 0,876 which means very strong and from determination test, the result is 76,8% and from linear regression test, got the similarity Y= 12,484 + 0,692X. The conclussion of this research ,there is the significant influences of leadership style to the employees job satisfaction.

Abstract

The growing information technology, automatic demands all areas of activity to use a computerized system, without exception with the field of accounting. PT. Duta Integritas Manajemen fasilitas requires once a system of accounting information that has been computerized. That's why the author tries to make the Final Project Accounting Data Processing On PT. Duta Integritas Manajemen fasilitas using Accurate Accounting version 5.1. At this time PT. Duta Integritas Manajemen fasilitas a Sales Company . The existing system at PT. Duta Integritas Manajemen fasilitas is still using a very manual system, starting from the beginning of the month balance, journalizing, posting to ledger, making a final balance of the month balance, cash acceptance financial statements, general journal, ledger, daily journal and report profit and loss to the closing balance sheet. Using Accurate Accounting 4.0 software is the best solution to solve the problems-the problems that exist in this company, as well as with this computerized system can be achieved an effective and efficient activities in supporting activities in this company. Therefore with a computerized system better than the manual system to run more effectively and efficiently so that during the process will not happen errors in the recording, the inaccurate report resulting in delays in data processing all the company's finances will not happen again because it already uses A computerized system.

Abstract

Compensation able to improve disicipline and performance an employee for work harder. Employee will achieve their performance if they feel satisfaction with their work. The research was conducted to know the influence of compensation through employee performance at PT Bhumyamca Sekawan Jakarta Selatan. The sample used is saturated sample. The author distributed questionnaires to 35 respondents, then the author process the data using software SPSS version 20. Calculation of the correlation coefficient test obtained a value of 0,965 means that the level of a very strong relationship between compensation for employees performance. The calculation of the coefficient of determination test shows that the value of 93% and 7% influenced by other factors. From the regression equation obtained performance level of 2.625 means that if the effect of compensation is 0 then the level of employees performance is 2.625. It is estimated that the performance value 0,941, meaning that if the value of compensation rises by 1 digit or every increase in compensation by 1% will increase employees performance by 0,941.
