Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) become one of the supporters of national economic resilience. One of the obstacles to the development of SME Candi Mas is not yet taken care of or the existence of Certificate of Household Food Production Industry (SPP-IRT). Therefore, it is necessary to assist the handling of Licensing of SPP-IRT in SME Candi Mas Bancong village, Wonoasri sub-district, Madiun district. The timing of this community service is from May to October 2017. The results are: 1) The completion of counseling and facilitation of licensing arrangement of SPP-IRT. 2) Provision of Temporary Permit on Household Food Production Certification (SPPIRT) Number: 094/2326 / 402.102 / 2017 on June 9, 2017 for Mas Candi Company, product coverage: brem products, pecel sambel, one cake, and tempe chips Madiun District Health Office on June 9, 2017. 3) The obtaining of Food Safety Counseling Certificate Number: 914/351/17 was given to Fekodin (Owner of SME Candi Mas) from Madiun District Health Office on October 31, 2017. 4) Obtaining Certificate Household Food Production (SPPIRT) Number: 2153519010914 - 22 for IRT Candi Mas from Madiun Regency Health Office, product range: brem products, pecel sambel, one cake, and tempe chips, on 31 October 2017.

Abstract

The  aim  of  carrying out  this  community  service  activity  is  to  increase  the  knowledge and  understanding  of Islamic boarding school caregivers  regarding  bullying  behavior  or violence against women and children. This community service activity is carried out by providing legal counseling at the Population Control, Family Planning and Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (P2KBP3A) Department of Madiun Regency. Bullying and violent behavior is currently very common, especially now with increasingly sophisticated technology so that violent behavior and actions can easily be accessed. Violent behavior is carried out not only by adults but also by children, in fact in recent cases there have been many cases of violent behavior being carried out by children. Socialization regarding Efforts to Prevent Violence Against Women and Children in Islamic Boarding School Units, part of how to deal with violence which is usually carried out by caregivers or fellow students, the dangerous consequences of these acts of violence and how to overcome them if they become victims, as well as educating that the state needs to protect the rights of every person. citizens through criminal sanctions for perpetrators of violence.

Abstract

Abstract This study examines the KRPPA or Women-Friendly and Child-Caring Village program in Madiun City to improve public understanding of gender equality. Legislation governing gender equality is contained in the 1945 Constitution Article 27 Paragraph (1) and Article 28 I Paragraph (2). This program exists as an effort to increase public awareness of gender equality between men and women and protection of children in Indonesia. KRPPA is expected to become a new epicenter for development based on the fulfillment of women's and children's rights. All aspects of development must be felt by residents of the Village without exception, in accordance with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (Kemen PPPA) together with the Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration (Kemendesa) developed the Women-Friendly and Child-Caring Village (DRPPA) and Women-Friendly and Child-Caring Village (KRPPA) policies. KRPPA is a sub-district that integrates gender perspectives and children's rights in the governance of sub-district governance, sub-district development, and development and empowerment of sub-district communities, which are carried out in a planned, comprehensive, sustainable manner, in accordance with the vision of Indonesian development. The purpose of this study is to examine the Implementation of Women-Friendly and Child-Caring Sub-districts (KRPPA) in Pilot Project Sub-districts in Madiun City. The method used in this study: this study is an empirical juridical legal research with a socio-legal research approach. The research location is in several sub-districts that are used as KRPPA Pilot Parjects in Indonesia. Abstrak Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang progam KRPPA atau Kelurahan Ramah Perempuan dan Peduli Anak di Kota Madiun untuk dapat meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang kesetaraan gender. Peraturan perundangan yang mengatur tentang kesetaraan gender terdapat di UUD 1945 Pasal 27 Ayat (1) dan Pasal 28 I Ayat (2). Program ini ada, sebagai upaya peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat tentang kesetaraan gender antara laki-laki dan perempuan serta perlindungan terhadap anak di Indonesia. KRPPA diharapkan dapat menjadi episentrum baru bagi pembangunan yang berbasis pemenuhan hak perempuan dan anak. Semua aspek pembangunan harus dirasakan manfaatnya oleh warga Kelurahan tanpa terkecuali, sesuai dengan tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs). Kementerian Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (Kemen PPPA) bersama kementerian Desa Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi (Kemendesa) mengembangkan kebijakan Desa Ramah Perempuan dan Peduli Anak (DRPPA) dan Kelurahan Ramah Perempuan dan Peduli Anak (KRPPA). KRPPA merupakan kelurahan yang mengintegrasikan perspektif gender dan hak anak dalam tata kelola penyelenggaraan pemerintahan kelurahan, Pembangunan kelurahan, serta pembinaan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat kelurahan, yang dilakukan secara terencana, menyeluruh, berkelanjutan, sesuai dengan visi pembangunan Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji Implementasi Kelurahan Ramah Perempuan Dan Peduli Anak (KRPPA) Di Kelurahan Pilot Project Di Kota Madiun. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini : penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum yuridis empiris dengan pendekatan socio-legal research. Lokasi penelitian di beberapa kelurahan yang dijadikan Pilot parject KRPPA di Indonesia

Abstract

Background: Kasus perundungan dan kekerasan seksual pada siswa sekolah dasar masih menjadi persoalan serius yang memengaruhi perkembangan psikologis dan sosial anak. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa, guru, dan orang tua di SDN Pojok, Magetan, mengenai bentuk-bentuk bullying dan kekerasan seksual serta cara pencegahannya. Metode: Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah Participatory Action Research dengan pendekatan edukatif-partisipatif melalui diskusi interaktif, pemasangan poster edukasi, pembagian angket, serta pre-test dan post-test kepada siswa kelas 4, 5, dan 6. Hasil: Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman siswa terhadap definisi, jenis, dampak, serta langkah perlindungan diri dari tindakan bullying dan kekerasan seksual. Guru dan pihak sekolah juga menjadi lebih sadar akan pentingnya menciptakan lingkungan yang aman dan ramah anak. Media edukatif yang dipasang di kelas membantu menginternalisasi pesan antikekerasan secara visual dan berkelanjutan. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa sosialisasi berbasis partisipasi mampu membangun budaya sekolah yang mendukung tumbuh kembang anak secara aman dan bermartabat.
