Abstract

Hasil belajar siswa pada pelajaran IPS di Kelas XII SMK Negeri 10 Merangin masih rendah. Rendahnya hasil belajar siswa karena kurang bervariasinya metode pembelajaran yang digunakan guru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendekripsikan apakah terdapat perbandingan metode pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Problem Based Learning dengan metode konvensional terhadap hasil belajar IPS terpadu kelas XII SMK Negeri 10 Merangin. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII. Sampel penelitian ini adalah kelas XII TSM sebagai kelas kontrol, dan kelas XII TKJ sebagai kelas eksperimen. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan cara melihat nila terendah dari dua kelas tersebut. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan teknik tes tertulis berbentuk essay untuk mendapatkan data hasil belajar. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan rumus t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data yang dilakukan terhadap tes akhir dengan nilai rata-rata pada kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran Problem Based Learning yaitu 78,61 dan pada kelas kontrol yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran konvensional yaitu 63,05. Dari perhitungan thitung = 2,359 kemudian dibandingkan dengan ttabel pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 diperoleh ttabel = 2,042 maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, artinya terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar IPS menggunakan metode Problem Based Learning dan metode Konvensional.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low level of student motivation which is characterized by a low level of student attendance at school and low student academic learning achievement. The research objective was to determine the effect of learning motivation on student achievement in class XI IPS. The research method used is quantitative with simple linear regression analysis techniques. Research respondents were 102 students of SMA Negeri 6 Merangin. Collecting data that researchers do with questionnaires or questionnaires. The trial of the research instrument is the validity and reliability test. The test for classical assumptions uses normality test and linearity test with the help of SPPS 21 application. The results show that learning motivation has a significant influence on learning achievement shown in the regression coefficient of 0.454 and terminated R Square coefficient 0.640.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low self-concept of students which is characterized by a lack of student confidence in themselves and low motivation to learn in students. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-concept on student learning motivation in social studies. The research method used is quantitative with simple linear regression analysis techniques. The research respondents were 50 high school students of SMA Negeri 7 Merangin. Data collection by researchers is done by questionnaire or questionnaire. Trials on the research instrument of the researcher are validity and reliability testing. The test for classical assumptions using the normality test and Linearity test with the help of SPPS application 20. The results showed that students' self-concepts have a significant influence on student motivation which is shown in the regression coefficient of 0.728 and the R Square coefficient of 0.403 is terminated.

Abstract

Community service looks at business financial management which has not been implemented optimally by business actors. This becomes a problem and instability in running a business. Community service is implemented in four stages. The four stages are related to each other so that solutions can be found to existing problems, including the lack of clarity regarding profit distribution in financial reports, so that financial management is traditional. Community servive was carried out at shop X in Riau Province. The implementation of community service ran smoothly, supported by good cooperation with partners.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that inspires previous research and modifies the research being carried out by adding new variations in the form of moderating variables. The data used in this study are primary data that researchers obtained from fifty tax officials and fifty taxpayers spread throughout Indonesia. The data obtained by the researcher was analyzed using the smart LS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show all hypotheses used in this study can be accepted and proven. In the first hypothesis, the E-Filling variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on the Taxpayer Compliance variable. This is because the P-Values ​​are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.008. This means that the implementation of E-Filling can make someone know more precisely how much tax should be paid and immediately decide to pay tax. This, of course, can increase Taxpayer Compliance. In the next hypothesis, the Tax Sanctions variable can also moderate the influence of the e-Filling variable on the Taxpayer Compliance variable because the P-Values ​​are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000, which is more significant than direct testing.
