Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine how much influence the arm muscle explosive power, leg muscle explosive power and abdominal muscle strength on volleyball smash results at SMK Negeri 3 Palembang. This research method is using quantitative path analysis method. The study population was all students of SMK Negeri 3 Palembang, while the study sample was students who had met the criteria of 30 students. Data collection techniques in this study used two hand medicine ball put tests, vertical jumps, sit-ups, and volleyball smash tests. The data analysis technique used t-test with the help of SPSS program. Based on the results of the study it was found that the magnitude of the effect of arm muscle explosive power on volleyball smashes on students of SMK Negeri 3 Palembang was 18.9%. The magnitude of the influence of leg muscle explosive power on volleyball smashes on Palembang State Vocational School 3 students was 26.4%. The magnitude of the effect of abdominal muscle strength on volleyball smashes on Palembang State Vocational School 3 students was 16.4%. Keywords: Arm Muscle Explosive Power, Leg Muscle Explosive Power, Abdominal Muscle Strength, Smash, Volleyball Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh daya ledak otot lengan, daya ledak otot tungkai dan kekuatan otot perut terhadap hasil smash bola voli pada SMK Negeri 3 Palembang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif path analysis. Populasi penelitian yaitu seluruh siswa SMK Negeri 3 Palembang, sedangkan sampel penelitian adalah siswa yang telah memenuhi kriteria sebanyak 30 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes two hand medicine ball put, vertical jump, sit-up, dan tes smash bola voli. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t dengan bantuan program SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa besarnya pengaruh daya ledak otot lengan terhadap smash bola voli pada siswa SMK Negeri 3 Palembang sebesar 18,9%. Besarnya pengaruh daya ledak otot tungkai terhadap smash bola voli pada siswa SMK Negeri 3 Palembang sebesar sebesar 26,4%. Besarnya pengaruh kekuatan otot perut terhadap smash bola voli pada siswa SMK Negeri 3 Palembang sebesar sebesar 16,4%. Abstract

This research is intended as motivation for the community in Kembiri Village to carry out and preserve cultural tradition activities in the "Nirok Nanggok" dance at every opportunity or cultural activity both in Kembiri village and in Membalong sub- district and even throughout Indonesia. The implementation method used is to invite the community to learn each dance movement and its meaning, which in this case is aimed at young people and children from Kembiri village. Dance itself is part of culture, especially the Malay community. Dance aims to preserve culture which is national identity. In the dance itself there are several movements which are symbols of several aspects of life. Dance movements themselves have benefits not only for customs and culture but also for health. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan sebagai motivasi untuk masyakarakat di Desa Kembiri dalam melaksanakan dan melestarikan kegiatan tradisi kebudayaan dalam tarian “Nirok Nanggok” pada setiap kesempatan atau kegiatan kebudayaan baik di desa Kembiri maupun di kecamatan Membalong dan bahkan di seluruh indonesia. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan yaitu mengajak masyarakat mempelajari setiap Gerakan tari beserta maknanya, yang mana dalam hal ini ditujukan kepada muda mudi serta anak-anak desa Kembiri. Tarian sendiri merupakan bagian dari kebudayaan khususnya rumpun melayu. Tarian bertujuan untuk melestarikan budaya yang mana merupakan jati diri bangsa. Dalam tarian sendiri terdapat beberapa Gerakan yang merupakan simbol dari beberapa aspek kehidupan. Gerakan tari sendiri memiliki manfaat tidak hanya untuk adat dan kebudayaan melainkan juga Kesehatan.

Abstract

Discipline is a significant cultural value to be instilled and developed in every student's life at school. This article examines the effect of group tutoring services on the time discipline of students in grade X of SMA Negeri 1 Mendo Barat. The study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design. The instrument used is the scale of student discipline. Data analysis using score and percentage of N-Gain. The results showed that there was an influence of group guidance services on the time discipline of grade X students of SMA Negeri 1 Mendo Barat was in the medium category with an average N-Gain value of 0.47, and the N-Gain percent of 47.40% meant that the group guidance services provided were less effective in improving student learning discipline. Some limitations and implications of the results of this study are discussed.Kedisiplinan merupakan nilai budaya yang penting untuk ditanamkan dan dikembangkan dalam setiap kehidupan peserta didik di sekolah. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh layanan bimbingan kelompok terhadap kedisiplinan waktu peserta didik di kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Mendo Barat. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi eksperimental. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah skala kedisiplinan peserta didik. Analisis data menggunakan Skor dan Persen N-Gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh layanan bimbingan kelompok terhadap kedisiplinan waktu peserta didik kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Mendo Barat berada pada kategori sedang dengan nilai rata-rata N-Gain sebesar 0.47, dan persen N-Gain sebesar 47.40% bermakna bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok yang diberikan kurang efektif dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan belajar peserta didik. Beberapa keterbatasan dan implikasi hasil penelitian ini dibahas.

Abstract

Creativity is one of the provisions stipulated in Government Regulation No. 19 of 2005 on National Education Standards article 19 paragraph 1 (a) which states that the process of learning in the educational unit organized in an interactive, inspiring, fun, challenging, motivating the students to participate actively, and provide enough space for innovation, creativity, and independence in accordance with their talents, interests, and physical and psychological development of learners.. Seeing the importance of creativity in learning problems, then this paper tries to explore the creativity of academic learning around issues including the definition of creativity in learning, the importance of creativity, the characteristics of creativity, and the role of creativity in learning in the development of learners. Abstract

Pemilihan karir peserta didik harus sesuai dengan kemampuan yang dimiliki. Faktor eksternal yang dapat mempengaruhi pemilihan karir yaitu status ekonomi keluarga. Dengan hal ini peserta didik belum bisa menentukan perencanaan pemilihan karirnya karena beranggapan orang tuanya tidak mampu memenuhi kebutuhan kuliah, namun ada juga yang bisa menentukan pilihan karirnya akan tetapi dilarang orang tua dan ada juga yang ingin melanjutkan pendidikan yang lebih tinggi tetapi terhambat dengan keadaan ekonomi keluarga. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekonomi keluarga terhadap pemilihan karir peserta kelas XII di SMA Negeri 1 Puding Besar. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif metode asosiatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner (angket) dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa besarnya pengaruh ekonomi keluarga terhadap pemilihan karir peserta didik sebesar 3,2%, dimana nilai dari R square atau nilai koefisien determinasinya adalah 0,032 yang dibulatkan menjadi 3,2%, dan tidak terdapat pengaruh antara variabel ekonomi keluarga terhadap variabel pemilihan karir. Artinya tidak terdapat pengaruh anatara ekonomi keluarga terhadap pemilihan karir peserta didik kelas XII SMA Negeri 1 Puding Besar. ABSTRACT Student career selection must be in accordance with their abilities. External factors that can influence career choice are family economic status. With this, students cannot determine their career choice planning because they think that their parents are unable to meet college needs, but there are also those who can determine their career choices but are prohibited by their parents and there are also those who want to continue higher education but are hampered by the family's economic situation. . The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the family economy on the career choices of class XII participants at SMA Negeri 1 Puding Besar. This study uses a type of associative quantitative research method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire (questionnaire) and documentation. The results showed that the magnitude of the influence of the family economy on students' career choices was 3.2%, where the value of R square or the value of the coefficient of determination was 0.032 which was rounded up to 3.2%, and there was no influence between family economic variables on career selection variables. . This means that there is no influence between the family economy on the career choice of class XII students at SMA Negeri 1 Puding Besar
