Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran berbasis STEM pada materi pokok elektroplating terhadap pemahaman konsep dan keterampilan berfikir kritis siswa. Penelitian pendahuluan menemukan bahwa pembelajaran yang digunakan di SMA Negeri 1 Yogyakarta belum berorientasi pada keterampilan abad ke-21 yaitu melatihkan keterampilan berpikir kritis, kreatif, kerjasama, dan komunikasi. Siswa dipersiapkan tidak hanya untuk melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi, tetapi harus bisa menyelesaikan tantangan dan masalah-masalah yang dihadapi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pre-Experimen Design dengan metode One-Group Pretest Posttest Design menurut Sugiyono (2018:74). Desain penelitian ini adalah One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design yaitu diberi perlakuan pretest sebelum diberi perlakuan agar hasil perlakuan dapat diketahui. Uji validitas isi (content validity) untuk instrumen penelitian berupa angket variabel diperoleh melalui pendapat ahli (expert judgment) yaitu pakar ahli dari Widya Iswara PPPPTK IPA sebagai pakar ahli model pembelajaran dan materi instrumen untuk menelaah instrumen penilaian berfikir kritis siswa. Implementasi pembelajaran berbasis STEM pada materi pokok elektroplating dapat disimpulkan bahwa Model Pembelajaran STEM PJBL pada topik materi electroplating dapat meningkatan keterampilan berfikir kritis siswa melalui lima tahapan belajar yaitu refleksion, reseach, discovery, aplication, dan communication serta meningkatkan pemahaman konsep siswa dengan nilai rata-rata pre-posttest 61,19 menjadi 90 dengan skor N gain sebesar 0,74 dengan kategori tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif pembelajaran berbasis STEM materi elektroplating terhadap keterampilan berfikir kritis dengan skor nilai 2,66 dari rentang 1-3 atau 88,50.

The study discusses the role of the Foreign Apprenticeship Association (AP2LN) in improving the quality of apprenticeship programmes in Japan. AP2LN has an important responsibility in monitoring and ensuring that Indonesian interns receive training in accordance with the established standards. Through cooperation with companies in Japan, AP2LN plays a role in improving the quality of training, enhancing the technical capabilities of the participants, and making sure that the rights of interns are protected. This research uses qualitative methods with in-depth interviews as the primary data collection tool. The results of the research show that the active role of AP2LN not only improves the skills of the interns, but also helps to strengthen the relationship between Indonesia and Japan in the field of human resource development.

This research aims to analyze the performance of the Professional Certification Institute (LSP KP) for Marine and Fisheries during the period of 2019-2023. The performance of the LSP KP is measured based on indicators such as the number of certifications issued, the pass rate of competency test participants, and the level of stakeholder satisfaction. Data was collected through surveys, interviews, and related document analysis. The analysis results indicate an improvement in performance regarding the number of certifications issued; however, there are still challenges in service quality and the efficiency of the certification processing time. This research also identifies the factors that influence the performance of LSP, such as the availability of resources, the competence of assessors, and regulatory policies. The main conclusion of this research is that although the performance of LSP KP has improved, further enhancements are needed to reach higher standards. Recommendations are made for strengthening the capacity of assessors, improving infrastructure, and refining operational procedures. The implications of these recommendations include an improvement in the quality of certification and industry trust in LSP KP, which can ultimately contribute to enhancing the competitiveness of the workforce in the maritime and fisheries sector.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies for halal products in improving branding of sharia businesses. This research approach collects data through literature studies, which involve reading literature from various sources including books, articles, journals and reports using qualitative and deductive approaches. The findings in this study are that digital marketing strategies are an important element in improving branding of sharia businesses and halal products. By utilizing search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, influencer marketing, storytelling, e-commerce and marketplace optimization, and email marketing, sharia businesses can build strong branding, increase customer trust, and expand market reach globally. Through the implementation of appropriate and consistent digital strategies, sharia businesses can compete in a wider market, reach more Muslim customers, and have a positive impact on the development of the global halal industry.

This study aims to explore the role of marine fisheries students in the hotate aquaculture internship program at the Hotate Business Fishery Cooperative Association in Japan. This internship program is designed to provide practical experience and in-depth knowledge of the hotate aquaculture industry, one of the important fisheries sectors in Japan, especially in Hokkaido. Students who participate in this program are directly involved in various aspects of hotate cultivation, including seed selection, environmental maintenance, catching, processing, and distribution. This study uses a qualitative method with in-depth interviews and participatory observation to collect data from participating students, mentors, and program managers. The results of the study showed that participation in the internship program provided significant benefits for students, including improved technical skills, an understanding of best practices in hotate farming, and the ability to adapt to modern technologies and methods in the fishing industry. In addition, the program also strengthens the relationship between educational institutions and industry, as well as opens up career opportunities for students in the global fisheries sector.This study concludes that the internship program at the Hotate Business Fishery Cooperative Association has an important role in developing quality and competitive human resources in the fishing industry, as well as contributing to sustainability and innovation in hotate cultivation in Japan.

This research investigates research trends related to obstacles in registering halal labels in Indonesia. This research is a literature review. The analysis uses a systematic literature review method. Data sources include journal articles, research reports and government publications from 2019 to 2024. A literature search was carried out through major academic databases with relevant keywords, followed by a selection and synthesis process of the data obtained. The search is carried out with the help of the Publish or Perish program. Through an in-depth literature review, this study identifies the main factors that hinder the halal registration process and evaluates their impact on various stakeholders. The obstacles identified include costs, bureaucratic complexity, awareness and understanding of business actors, and the capacity of halal certification institutions. These findings offer insights that can help stakeholders formulate effective interventions to increase the number of halal label registrations, which is crucial for meeting domestic and global market needs and increasing the competitiveness of Indonesian products.

Sharia economics in Indonesia has great potential to develop. However, one of the main challenges in developing Sharia Economics is the limited number of competent Human Resources (HR) in this field. This research aims to determine the relationship between the role of the Indonesian government in increasing the quantity and quality of human resources in the Sharia economy. This research uses a mixed method research method. Data was collected through surveys using questionnaires and literature studies. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using a regression test using the SPSS program. The research results show that there is a significant relationship between the role of the Indonesian Government in increasing the quantity and quality of Sharia Economic Human Resources. The Indonesian Government's efforts to increase the quantity and quality of Sharia Economic Human Resources have shown positive results, but there are still several factors that hamper these efforts. Therefore, it is necessary to make several policy recommendations to increase the effectiveness of the Indonesian Government's role in increasing the quantity and quality of Sharia Economic Human Resources.
