Abstract

Abstract— Kiringan Village in serving its community has the objective of improving the welfare of rural communities and the quality of human life as well as reducing poverty through meeting basic needs, building village facilities and infrastructure, developing local economic potential, and utilizing natural and environmental resources in a sustainable manner. The community needs an optimization of public services in submitting cover letters which are still done manually. The Kiringan village office really needs a web-based information system that contains various kinds of information that can be accessed by the community including web profiles, important village information and supporting features for online correspondence. The use of a computerized system is expected to facilitate the community as users. In this study using the waterfall method. The arrangement of these methods is analysis, system design, implementation and testing. The results of this study are two kinds of users, namely User and Admin. The testing phase in this study uses blackbox testing. From the results of the tests that have been done, it is found that the features on the website are appropriate and easy to use. Keywords—: Public Service; Waterfall; Website.

Abstract

Abstract— The Madiun Environment Agency in the Field of Environmental  Pollution Control has problems with archiving letters, managing incoming and outgoing letters in the Field of Environmental  Damage Pollution Control still using a convental way which means that the filing of letters still uses the agenda book. It can cause damage to the agenda book and in archiving takes a long time. Mail archive information system will help make it easier for admins to manage mail archives quickly, precisely and efficiently. With the design of this prototype, it is expected that there will be no more problems in recording or managing incoming and outgoing letters at the Madiun Environment Agency. The purpose of this research is to analyze and design a prototype of The Mail Archive Information  System, using unified modeling language (UML) system modeling methods. The system is designed with the feature of managing incoming mail data, managing outgoing mail data and managing incoming and outgoing mail data reports. The need to add features to print incoming and outgoing mail in order to be created for annual  reports in their respective fields. This prototype information system needs to be developed and implemented at the Madiun Environment Agency as a solution to the archives of incoming and outgoing mail. Keywords—: Archive; UML; Prototype; Analysis.

Abstract

Administrasi pemerintahan  merupakan salah satu lembaga yang menjalankantata laksana pelaksanaan pelayanan yang mendukung dalam pengambilan keputusan yang dilakukan  pejabat pemerintahan yang berfungsi melakukan pengaturan administrasi, pelayanan publik, pembangunan wilayah, pemberdayaan sumberdaya dan perlindungan. Salah satu Misi Pemerintah kantor Desa Kiringan adalah memberikan pelayanan yang cepat, tepat dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. Salah satu peningkatan kualitas pelayanan di Desa Kiringan adalah memberikan informasi yang lebih meluas pada masyarakat dan pelayanan pengajuan surat permohonan. Banyak kendala penyampaian informasi yang kurang efektif dan pelayanan surat permohonan yang menyita waktu. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut pada penelitian ini akan membangun Web Desa Kiringan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempersingkat waktu pelayanan surat permohonan yang diajukan masyarakat dan penyampaian informasi secara tepat. Pelaksanaan penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan analisa kondisi internal dan eksternal pemerintah Desa Kiringan, analisa kebutuhan proses bisnis, dan membuat pereencanaan desain Web Desa dengan Enterprise Architecture Framework. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah rancangan pengembangan web Desa Kiringan sesuai dengan proses bisnis yang berjalan berupa arsitektur data, architecture aplikasi, arsitekture teknologi, arsitekture SDM dan arsitekture kebijakan.
