Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini peneliti akan melakukan wawancara dengan guru dan siswa tentang bagaimana pembelajaran dimasa pandemi Covid-19 dengan menggunakan E-Learning senam dengan tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di masa pandemi Covid-19 melalui media pembelajaran E-Learning senam pada siswa/siswi di MA Ghoyatul Jihad Karawang, karena peneliti merasa adanya kekurangan dalam pembelajaran E-Learning dimasa pandemi disekolah tersebut dan diharapkan mampu menggali informasi secara lebih mendalam. Untuk menjawab rumusan masalah penelitian yang telah dirumuskan, penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Observasi ini dilakukan di MA Ghoyatul Jihad Karawang dengan populasi perwakilan kelas XI yang terdiri dari setiap kelasnya 1 orang dari 7 kelas untuk mewakili sebagai informan untuk diwawancarai. Teknik sample yang digunakan yaitu Snowball Sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian di bagi menjadi 3 bagian yaitu; pedoman observasi, pedoman wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Adapula tahapan yang dilakukan yaitu tahapan orientasi, tahapan eksplorasi dan tahapan seleksi. Sedangkan untuk analisis yaitu Reduksi Data, Penyajian Data, dan Verifikasi atau Penarikan Kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Media pembelajaran E-Learning Senam dikatakan epektif dalam proses pembelajaran di MA Ghoyatul Jihad Karawang walaupun masih ada kendala sedikit yang harus diperhatikan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan proses pembelajaran yang selama ini digunakan sudah terselenggara dengan baik dan lancar namun penggunaan media pembelajaran E-Learning masih mempunyai beberapa kendala sedikit satu sisi siswa kurang aktif dan akan membuat siswa tersebut merasa jenuh serta kurang bersemangat pada saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Kata Kunci: Media Pembelajaran, E-Learning Senam, Pendidikan Jasmani. ABSTRACT In this study, researchers will conduct interviews with teachers and students about how to learn during the Covid-19 pandemic using gymnastics E-Learning with the aim of research to find out how to implement physical education learning during the Covid-19 pandemic through gymnastics E-Learning learning media for students. /student at MA Ghoyatul Jihad Karawang, because the researcher feels there is a shortage in E-Learning learning during the pandemic at the school and is expected to be able to dig up information in more depth. To answer the formulation of the research problem that has been formulated, the author uses a qualitative approach and qualitative descriptive research methods. This observation was carried out at MA Ghoyatul Jihad Karawang with a representative population of class XI consisting of 1 person from each class from 7 classes to represent as informants to be interviewed. The sampling technique used is Snowball Sampling. The instruments used in the research are divided into 3 parts, namely; observation guide, interview guide and study documentation. There are also stages that are carried out, namely the orientation stage, the exploration stage and the selection stage. As for the analysis, namely Data Reduction, Data Presentation, and Verification or Drawing Conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the E-Learning Gymnastics learning media is said to be effective in the learning process at MA Ghoyatul Jihad Karawang although there are still a few obstacles that must be considered. So it can be concluded that the learning process that has been used so far has been carried out well and smoothly, but the use of E-Learning learning media still has some obstacles, one side of the student is less active and will make the student feel bored and less enthusiastic during the learning process. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of small side games training method on dribbling ability in students participating in extracurricular football SMPN 4 Klari. This research uses a quantitative approach with experimental research methods. In this study there was a population of 36 students with a sample of 31 students. The samples used were students participating in extracurricular football at SMPN 4 Klari class VII and VIII. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The instrument used in this study was the Short Dribbling Test (Bangsbo & Mohr, 2012: 99). Data analysis techniques use t-test, namely by comparing pretest results with posttest in the experimental group. Based on the results of research that has been obtained by data analysis and hypothesis testing from the average before treatment and after treatment, there has been a significant improvement in small side games training methods on the dribbling ability of students participating in extracurricular football SMPN 4 Klari. When viewed from the average pretest of 19.35 and the average posttest of 18.51, a mean difference of 0.83 was obtained which showed that the small side games training method on the dribbling ability of students participating in extracurricular football SMPN 4 Klari showed a change of 4.48% better than before training.

Abstract

This study aims to help solve the weaknesses in kicking skill training Dwi Chagi. It can also provide theoretical benefits in kicking exercises Dwi Chagi and practical benefits for researchers, institutions, coaches, athletes, and general readers. Researchers in this paper are working on model development, trying to create and innovate on the design of reaction rate-based training models for electronic body reactions, existing or new, to solve a problem. As with kick training Dwi Chagi, research and development (Research & Development) will produce a reaction speed-based training model product electronic body reaction on kicking skill training Dwi Chagi for taekwondo athletes aged 14-16 years. This research is intended to produce a new and valuable addition to the advancement of science in Taekwondo, especially in exercise, biomechanics, and physiology. This study uses the ADDIE method; in ADDIE, research has five stages: analysis, design, model development, implementation, and evaluation. The research results produced a product in the form of a kick reaction speed training model, a Dwi Chagi-based electronic body reaction. For 14-16 years of taekwondo athletes, it was carried out with 30 male and female athletes. Data was collected through documentation, interviews, and observation activities. Data analysis was carried out descriptively. The research results are in the form of a model book for kick reaction speed training Dwi Chagi-based electronic body reaction. The study's results prove that the training model is quite effective in applying and developing kicking techniques Dwi Chagi.

Abstract

The problem contained in this study is the lack of maximum students in doing dollyo chagi kicks, student kicking power in performing basic dollyo chagi kick techniques in extracurricular Taekwondo. The purpose of this study was to examine the PNF warm-up method affects the results of dollyo chagio kicks in Taekwondo extracurricular students at SMPN 59 Jakarta. This research uses descriptive quantitative using experimental methods. The population used in this study were 25 Taekwondo extracurricular students. The research design used a one group pretest-postest design. The instrument in this study used pretest and postest. The data analysis used is descriptive statistics displayed in percentage form. The research results show that the t value is 18.384 > t table 1.711 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted or it can be said that the PNF warm-up method really has a significant effect on the results of dollyo chagi kicks for taekwondo extracurricular students of SMPN 59 Jakarta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh metode latihan taktis terhadap gerak dasar passing pada ekstrakurikuler bola tangan di SMAN 1 Telagasari. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian eksperimen. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMAN 1 Telagasari. Populasi penelitian ini adalah anggota/peserta didik eskul bola tangan yang berjumlah 28 orang. Teknik sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu total sampling. Bentuk desain penelitian menggunakan pre-eksperimental design dengan bentuk one-group pretest-postest design. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen tes proses gerak dasar passing dari penelitian ini adalah rata-rata sebelum perlakuan dan sesudah perlakuan mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan yaitu mean pretest 52,9 menjadi mean posttest 77,9 untuk passing chest pass dan mean pretest 54,7 menjadi mean posttest 78,5 untuk passing overhead pass. Sedangkan, hasil perhitungan pengujian hipotesis uji Paired Sample T Test dengan data yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) 0,000 0,05, Artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara rata-rata nilai sebelum perlakuan dengan rata-rata nilai sesudah perlakuan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode circuit training dapat berpengaruh dalam latihan gerak dasar passing terhadap ekstrakurikuler bola tangan di SMAN 1 Telagasari.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate and analyze the effect of zig-zag run training on theskills of Sisawa's crescent kicks in extracurricular pencak silat activities at MAN 2Cianjur. The research method used is experimentation with a quantitativeapproach. The research population consisted of 20 students who were membersof the pencak silat extracurricular, who were taken using total samplingtechniques. This research design uses a pre-experiment with a one-group pretestposttestmodel. The instrument used for data collection was the sickle kick skilltest. The data obtained was analyzed using SPSS 26 for Windows. The researchresults showed a significant increase in students' sickle kicking skills, with a meanpretest score of 66.60 and a mean posttest score of 76.85. Hypothesis testingusing a paired sample T test gives a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 which issmaller than 0.05, indicating that there is a significant influence between thevalues before and after treatment. Thus, it can be concluded that zig-zag runtraining has a positive influence on sickle kick skills in pencak silat extracurricularactivities at MAN 2 Cianjur.
