Abstract

Guru adalah pendidik profesional yang memiliki tugas sebagai pendidik, pengajar,pembimbing, pelatih, menilai serta melakukan evaluasi terhadap peserta didik. Namun, seluruh pengabdian yang telah dilakukan guru berbanding terbalik dengan tingkat kesejahteraan guru yang masih tergolong rendah, termasuk di wilayah-wilayah terpencil. Bagi guru tingkat kesejahteraan yangmemadai sangatlah penting untuk menopang kebutuhan finansialnya, dengan begitu guru akan fokus dan profesional dalam profesinya sehingga tidak ada guru yang mencari pekerjaan sampingan di luar profesinya sebagai guru. Guru yang memiliki tingkat kesejahteraan yang tinggi akan berpengaruh terhadap tingginya kinerja guru tersebut dalam bekerja. Kinerja guru yang baik akan berpengaruhterhadap suksesnya proses pembelajaran dan keberhasilan peserta didik. Pada kenyataannya pemberian tunjangan profesi belum maksimal di semua wilayah, termasuk di Kecamatan Pringgarata Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Pengaruh tingkat kesejahteraan guru terhadap kinerja guru di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Huda Arjasari. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Huda Arjasaridengan sampel-yang diambil dari perwakilan guru kelas, kepala yayasan, dan kepala madrasah. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan Wawancara dan dokumentasi.Kata Kunci : Kesejahteraan Guru, Kinerja Guru

Abstract

People are the key to the success of an organization. With leadership management and the workload of village administrative staff, these are two important aspects that need to be considered in the implementation of village government. Good leadership management will be able to create a conducive and productive work environment, while a balanced workload will be able to improve employee performance. The aim of this research is to analyze women's leadership management and the workload on administrative staff in the village of Saguling, Saguling district, West Bandung district and focus on leadership management which can reduce the workload on administrative staff in Saguling village. With this type of Qualitative Research, the research informants are the village head and administrative staff of Saguling village, data collection using documentation, observation and interview techniques. The data analysis used consists of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. From the research results, it is known that the village head as a female leader can develop appropriate management strategies to manage the workload of administrative staff, including appropriate task delegation, efficient work systems, provision of adequate support and resources, as well as the use of appropriate female leadership styles. situation. By paying attention to the leadership style and internal and external factors, the village head can improve the welfare and performance of staff in carrying out their duties and one of them is serving the community more effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

A company is greatly affected by employee performance. Hence, the company tends to always make efforts to enhance employee performance in the hope of achieving the goals that have been set. This research aims to identify the impact between the work environment and rewards or compensation on employee work performance. Quantitative methods were used in this research and the data analysis technique used was Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) via SmartPLS software. Data was collected through a questionnaire, with a population and sample consisting of 32 Perhutani Legok Haji employee respondents. Data analysis and hypothesis testing using outer and inner models. The results of the analysis show that there is an impact between work atmosphere and rewards or work compensation which has a good influence on employee worker performance. Therefore, it is recommended for Perhutani leaders to improve the work environment and compensation so that they can optimize employee performance in order to meet the company's demands.
