Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of multiple role conflicts, workload and work stress on the performance of female employees of the production division of PT Madsumaya Indo Seafood. Using a method is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. The number of samples used in this study were 68 respondents. The analysis technique for testing hypotheses uses the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The Technique analysis data used multiple regression linear analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially multiple role conflict variables do not have a negative effect on the performance of female employees in the production division of PT M adsumaya Indo Seafood, while workload and work stress have a negative effect on the performance of female employees in the production division of PT Madsumaya IndoSeafood.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Effect of Product Quality, Features, Word of Mouth and E-commerce on Xiaomi smartphone purchasing decisions. This type of research is quantitative research. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling technique with a total sample of 100 consumers who are members of the MI community application. To analyze the relationship between dependent and independent variables is multiple linear regression with classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test), hypothesis test (t-test and F test), and also model test (test coefficient of determination). The results of the t-test indicate that product quality and features influence the Xiaomi smartphone purchase decision with a significance level (0,000 and 0.005), word of mouth and e-commerce have no effect on Xiaomi smartphones with a significance level (0.311 and 0.568). Simultaneous results with the F test, product quality, features, word of mouth and e-commerce simultaneously influence the purchase decisions of Xiaomi smartphones. The determination coefficient shows that the Adjusted R Square value is 0.974 that product quality, features, word of mouth and e-commerce can be explained by the independent variable of 97.4%, while the rest is explained by other factors.

Abstract

The current era of digitalization makes people shop without using cash, this can then be related to the convenience factor that can encourage consumers to behave impulsively when shopping or without planning. At the same time consumers are also faced with a situation of ability to self control, for example when they see a new product discount and so on. Such a buying process without planning or suddenly without thinking about the benefits and functions of the item or often called impulsive buying. Another factor that can encourage is the ease of transaction. The sample was taken on students, the analysis tool used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that self-control and ease of transaction affect the tendency to buy impulsively. Therefore it is important that in the future research is carried out on all factors that stimulate impulsive tendencies both externally and internally to consumers.

Abstract

Pada saat ini peran penting Desa dalam mengoptimalisasikan potensi terbaik yang dimiliki khususnya potensi wisata, bagaimanapun wisata masih menjadi kebutuhan yang perlu segera dipenuhi dan saat ini telah menggeser kebutuhan akan produk. Persoalan yang terjadi saat ini adalah bagaimana desa mampu mengkomunikasikan potensi desa kepada masyarakat dan dapat mewujudkannya menjadi aset terbaik yang memberikan nilai tambah ekonomi bagi desa dan masyaraat. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah melakukan sosialisasi terkait dengan rencana usaha khususnya aspek pemasaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan observasi dan sosialisasi terhadap perangkat desa. Hasil Pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah telah dilakukan observasi lapangan untuk melakukan analisis lingkungan potensi desa khususnya terkait dengan potensi wisata desa,dan telah tersosialisasikannya hal-hal terkait dengan bauran pemasaran khususnya untuk produk jasa dalam hal ini adalah produk, harga, tempat, promosi, bukti fisik, orang-orang yang terlibat dan juga proses, serta disampaikan prinsip 4A dalam mengembangkan sebuah wisata yaitu attraction, accessibility, amenity dan ancilliary. beberapa kegiatan-kegiatan yang mungkin dilakukan pada masa mendatang yang dapat menunjang pengembangan diantaranya adalah pelatihan-pelatihan ke-wirausahaan seperti manajemen usaha, desaian efektuasi dan desain thinking.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of training, compensation and work discipline on work performance. Information obtained from the results of this study can be used as input for further researchers and companies. The population used in the study amounted to 99 people, using a total sampling method with a sample of 89 people. The research data is primary and secondary data, ,primary data obtained from questionnaires given to respondents and secondary data obtained from companies. The analytical model used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis model. To find out the significance of the independent variable partially to the dependent variable used the t test technique. Meanwhile, to determine the effect of the independent variables as a whole on the dependent variable, the F test was used. The results showed that partially the training variable had an influence on the Work Performance variable, compensation had an effect on work performance, whilethe discipline variable had no positive effect on work performance variables. Overall the variables tested are able to explain changes in employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of individual characteristics, work motivation and organizational support on employee performance (PNS Staff) at the Population and Civil Registry Service, Gresik Regency, East Java Province. This study took a sample of 30 people using a saturated sampling technique while measuring data using a Likert scale. The analysis technique uses test instruments (validity test and reliability test) to test the quality and consistency of measuring instruments, model test/classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test). The results of the study stated that individual characteristics, work motivation and organizational support had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Population and Civil Registry Service, Gresik Regency, East Java Province. Based on the results of the t test, the three independent variables have a partial effect. The final conclusion is that the variables of individual characteristics, work motivation, and organizational support are able to explain changes in performance variables.

Abstract

Background – Currently, company leaders, besides being tasked with assessing the performance of their employees, also need transformational abilities because transformational management has been proven to increase productivity in the workplace. Aim – The aims of this study were to determine the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance, both directly and indirectly through organizational culture and motivation. Design / methodology / approach – The research method refers to a positivism approach with quantitative methods, using 77 participants as a sample for filling out the questionnaire, while Path Analysis is used to analyze the data that has been collected. Findings – This study refutes the notion that transformative leadership has a direct impact on employee performance. By inspiring their employees, transformational leaders have an indirect effect on performance. Furthermore, the characteristics of organizational culture are not significantly influenced by transformative leadership. Conclusion - Transformational leaders can use various sources of inspiration to improve performance. As a result, leaders play an important role in increasing employee motivation. Research Implication - The findings of this study have managerial significance because a shift in leadership style is necessary to improve performance. These results highlight the value of transformative and motivational leadership in enhancing workplace performance. Limitations – This research only collects data from one banking company, then the characteristics of the sample have different characteristics from the others, where the bank as a sample is owned by the regional government so that it may be different if the data is taken based on ownership and also different banks.

Abstract

At this time, the important role of Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL) is felt in supporting the increase in family income, especially during the pandemic, because the economic situation affected is so broad and provides challenges and hopes to keep trying in a situation of limiting restrictions and implementing health protocols during the pandemic. Situations like this also happen to street vendors around Lontar Sewu Gresik Tourism, because after all the high and low sales of street vendors will also depend on the number of visitors to tourist sites, the more visitors there are, the higher the potential for purchases of street vendors who are around tourist sites. The problem that occurs in cooperative street vendors is that the priority activities to be carried out are business management issues, including marketing and service management and business management oriented to the implementation of health protocols. The initial study that we found in the field during our observations was that there was still traditional business management (how to sell, business packaging) services through communication that were still sales-oriented, not customer-oriented, and had not implemented health protocols optimally in their sales activities. The plan for this activity is to strengthen the capacity of service and business management that is oriented towards cleanliness and health during the COVID-19 pandemic

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Persepsi Atas Fasilitas, Harga, Kepercayaan, dan Kualitas Pelayanan Kesehatan Terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Pada Unit Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit X. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah para pasien rawat inap Rumah Sakit X dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik Non-Probability Sampling dengan pendekatan Accidental Sampling, yaitu teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan, apabila orang yang ditemui tersebut dipandang cocok sebagai sumber data. Berdasarkan analisis data satatistik, indikator-indikator dalam penelitian ini bersifat valid dan reliable. Pada pengujian asumsi klasik, model regresi bebas multikolonieritas, tidak terjadi heteroskedastisitas dan normalitas terpenuhi. Variabel yang paling berpengaruh adalah variabel kualitas pelayanan dengan koefisien regresi paling besar. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t yang menunjukkan bahwa keempat variabel independen yaitu fasilitas, harga, kepercayaan, dan kualitas pelayanan, yang diteliti terbukti secara signifikan mempengaruhi variabel dependen yaitu kepuasa pasien. Kemudian melalui uji F dapat diketahui bahwa variabel fasilitas, harga, kepercayaan, dan kualitas pelayanan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien. Kata Kunci: Fasilitas, Harga, Kepercayaan, Kualitas Pelayanan. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine how much influence perceptions of facilities, price, trust and quality of health services have on patient satisfaction in the inpatient unit of Hospital probability sampling with an accidental sampling approach, namely a technique for determining samples based on chance, if the person they meet is deemed suitable as a data source. Based on data analysis statistics, the indicators in this research are valid and reliable. In testing classical assumptions, the regression model is free multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity does not occur and normality is fulfilled. The most influential variable is the service quality variable with the largest regression coefficient. Hypothesis testing uses the t test which shows that the four independent variables, namely facilities, price, trust and service quality, which were studied are proven to significantly influence the dependent variable, namely satisfaction patient. Then, through the F test, it can be seen that the variables of facility, price, trust and service quality together influence patient satisfaction. Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi pada peserta khususnya siswa SMA yang dikaitkan dengan kompetensi dalam membuat merek adalah selama ini di dalam membuat merek peserta belum mempertimbangkan aspek kreteria-kreteria dalam pengembangan merek sebuah produk dan masih mengandalkan kemauan si pemilik produk bukan calon pembeli produk, sehingga visibilitas merek menjadi kurang menarik dan tidak tidak sesuai target pasar. Kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk membekali siswa tentang pentingnya merek melalui peningkatan kompetensi promosi produk melalui identitas merek untuk meningkatkan visibilitas produk bagi siswa di SMA Muhammadiyah 8 Cerme Gresik, peningkatan kompetensi ini meliputi; kompetensi dalam membuat merek membuat, teknik memotivasi diri dalam menciptakan visibilitas produk yang akan diciptakan, menyerap cara-cara baru, pengetahuan baru dan juga ketrampilan baru yang sangat bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan kualitas diri, persiapan diri lebih dini dalam mempersiapkan diri untuk mengambil pilihan tepat setelah lulus dan memiliki rencana, ide merek yang kuat untuk calon-calon produk yang potensial yang akan diciptakan sekarang atau setelah lulus nantinya. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah dengan model brainstorming dan sosialisasi, hasil menunjukkan bahwa peserta antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan serta telah memiliki pengetahuan.
