Abstract

Introduction. This study aims to determine the organizational culture in the National Library of Indonesia (NLI) based on several aspects including clan (human resource management), adhocracy (innovation organization), market (adaptation and strategic organization), and hierarchy (coordination and organizational structure). Research Methods. This study used a quantitative approach of Competing Values ​​Framework (CVF) developed by Cameron & Quinn (2011) to obtain data scores and the average of each aspect of organizational culture. Data Analysis. Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) is an organizational culture assessment instrument by using statements/questions relating to the six subsystems, namely organizational culture dominant characters, leadership, human resource management, internal solidarity, strategic management and organizational success criteria. The data was analysed by using SPSS with Pearson Correlation formula. Results and Discussion. We found that organizational culture of the National Library is cultural hierarchy. Conclusion and Recommendations. Organization culture of the (NLI) shows the cultural hierarchy. The cultural hierarchy is maintained as part of the working principles of the organization.

Abstract

Hanuman adalah sosok yang dipuja cukup lama dalam tradisi Jawa Kuna. Dalam beberapa arca, Hanuman digambarkan sebagai sosok yang membawa keselamatan dan kedamaian. Selain itu, dalam kisah pewayangan Jawa baik Ramayana maupun Mahabarata, Hanuman juga dikenal sebagai ksatria-pandita. Ia berusia panjang dan terlibat dalam berbagai pertempuran baik dari perang Alengka, Bratayuda, sampai pertikaian keluarga Yawastina dan Mamenang. Dalam khazanah naskah Merapi-Merbabu ditemukan mantra pemanggil hujan yang secara khusus mengkultuskan tokoh Hanuman sebagai pembawa hujan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang menggunakan metode gabungan antara filologis dan etnografis untuk membahas hubungan teks-teks Merapi Merbabu terkait tokoh Hanuman. Selanjutnya, pembahasan teks diolah dengan data etnografis terkait ritual pemanggilan hujan yang masih berlangsung di kawasan Merapi-Merbabu dan keterkaitannya terhadap teks tentang teks Hanuman Merapi-Merbabu dan catatan yang lain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Secara keseluruhan teks Darmawarsa berisi tentang perjalanan Sang Prtajala dan Sang Hyang Darmawarsa dalam mencapai anugrah dari Batara Guru. Dalam teks Darmawarsa ditemukan mantra terkait Hanuman sebagai sosok pembawa hujan. Relasi teks terkait sosok Hanuman yang dipercaya masyarakat Jawa sebagai pembawa hujan dan angin saat ini masih ditemukan pada masyarakat lereng Merapi-Merbabu. Perubahan kepercayaan masyarakat membuat ritual meminta hujan mengalami perubahan ke dalam bentuk baru yang disesuaikan dengan agama yang berkembang.

Abstract

The agreement to divide the Mataram region after the Giyanti agreement still leaves a long problem, especially in areas outside the capital. After the Java war in 1830, areas in the Yogyakarta and Surakarta regions were reorganized by the Dutch East Indies government commissioner. The division gave birth to several derivative agreements, one of which was related to land agreements. The research was a textual study of Pengetan Kagungan Dalem Siti Dhusun from Karaton Surakarta. This research was conducted because this manuscript is a single manuscript or codex unicus which became the basis for the study of the Kraton Surakarta in 19th century. This paper also stores data related to rural ecology in terms of structure, area and tax burden. The research uses the philological method to present text descriptions and editions. Then use content analysis to reveal the contents of the land agreement. This manuscript contains the results of the land ratification of treaties Dutch government related to the management of the Nagara Agung agreed by Sultan Hamengkubuwono V in Yogyakarta and Sunan Pakubuwono VII in Surakarta.

Abstract

There are still few studies on sexual harassment toward boys. In society, there is still a lot of skepticism and stigma about whether boys can be perpetrators or victims of sexual harassment. The purpose of this study was to explore the occurrence of sexual violence towards boys, such as the dynamics of the perpetrators and victims, the motivation of the perpetrators to commit sexual violence, and the impact of sexual violence on victims. This study used a descriptive qualitative method, with 17 subjects aged 0–18. The data collection used a study of documents collected from trial facts in the Directory of Supreme Court Decisions. The data were analyzed by the N-Vivo application for data processing, management, ideas, queries, visualization, and reporting. This study found that imitation was the main trigger for perpetrators to commit sexual harassment. From the victim's side, the impact the victim feels is a feeling of trauma, depression, and sensitivity. The role of the environment and online media needs attention in preventing and handling sexual violence against children.
