Abstract

The aims of study were to know and analyze the performance of Bank Syariah BUMN in Indonesia seen in the concept of Balance Scorecard, especially financial perspective and compare financial performance. This study was a descriptive study that explains a picture of a particular object and result. This study described the performance appraisal results from the financial perspective of Bank Syariah Mandiri, BNI Syariah, BRI Syariah in 2016. The type of data used in this study were secondary data in the form of financial data of Bank Syariah Mandiri, BNI Syariah, BRI Syariah, which has been published year 2016. The data source is obtained from Indonesian Banking Directory published by Bank Indonesia, from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. Methods of data analysis used descriptive analysis. Based on the performance analysis of Balancae Score Card with financial perspective, it can be concluded that BRI Syariah, BNI Syariah and Bank Mandiri Syariah has a good performance in 2016. Capital ratio, Earning Assets Quality (KAP) Ratio, Profitability Ratio (earnings), Liquidity Ratio (liquidity) and Sensitivity to market risk in BRI Syariah pertained good. Capital Ratio (Capital), Earning Asset Quality (KAP) Ratios, Profitability Ratio (earnings), Liquidity Ratio (liquidity) and Sensitivity to Market Risk (BNI Syariah) were good. Capital Ratio (Capital), Earning Asset Quality (KAP) Ratios, Profitability Ratios (earnings), Liquidity Ratio (liquidity) and Sensitivity to market risk in Bank Syariah Mandiri were good. Based on the comparison of capital ratio, earning asset ratio, liquidity ratio and sensitivity to market risk in Bank Syariah Mandiri, BNI Syariah and BRI Syariah, in general the largest ratio were the ratio of BRI Syariah except capital ratio, both BNI Syariah except liquidity ratio and except market sensitivity.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dan motivasi terhadap self efficacy serta dampaknya pada loyalitas tenaga kependidikan baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif-verifikatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah tenaga kependidikan perguruan tinggi negeri di Bangka Belitung. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sensus. Maka dapat disimpulkan loyalitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi, motivasi dan self efficacy.

Abstract

This research aims to describe: 1) the implementation of youth youth empowerment in an effort to raise community awareness in waste management, 2) the results of community empowerment through waste management, and 3) supporting and inhibiting factors for community empowerment through waste management in Jelutung Village. The research results reveal that 1) Community empowerment through waste management is carried out in three stages, namely the awareness stage, ability transformation stage, and intellectual ability enhancement stage. 2) The results of community empowerment through waste management in Jelutung Village can be seen in three aspects, namely education, health and economic aspects. 3) Factors that support community empowerment through waste management, namely community awareness of environmental cleanliness; and community motivation to gain knowledge, skills and additional family income. The factors that hinder the process of community empowerment through waste management are that only a few people are interested in becoming waste craftsmen; the realization of waste banks has not been maximized; people are starting to get bored of saving their waste in waste banks; and there are no partners to market recycled waste products. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang: 1) pelaksanaan pemberdayaan karang taruna dalam upaya menumbuhkan kesadaran masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah, 2) hasil pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengelolaan sampah, dan 3) faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengelolaan sampah di Desa Jelutung. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa 1) Pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengelolaan sampah dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahapan yaitu tahap penyadaran, tahap transformasi kemampuan, dan tahap peningkatan kemampuan intelektual. 2) Hasil dari pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengelolaan sampah di Desa Jelutung dapat dilihat pada tiga aspek yaitu aspek pendidikan, kesehatan dan ekonomi. 3) Faktor yang mendukung pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengelolaan sampah yaitu kesadaran masyarakat terhadap kebersihan lingkungan; dan motivasi masyarakat untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan tambahan pendapatan keluarga. Adapun faktor yang menghambat proses pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengelolaan sampah yaitu masyarakat yang tertarik menjadi pengrajin sampah hanya sedikit; belum maksimal terealisasinya bank sampah; masyarakat mulai bosan untuk menabungkan sampah ke bank sampah; dan belum ada mitra untuk memasarkan produk hasil daur ulang sampah.

Abstract

Tourism is a sector that plays a significant role in improving a country's economic development. There are desires the development of the tourism sector is expected to encourage efforts to improve the welfare of local communities through the provision of employment opportunities. Likewise, halal tourism has now begun to trend not only in Indonesia, but is one of the core products for various Muslim-majority countries. This research is urgently carried out, so that the people of Bangka Belitung Province have a moderate perception and in the future tourist destinations such as culinary tourism, natural tourism, educational tourism and religious tourism can become icons and if they have a "core" undoubtedly halal tourism destinations in this province can become a magnet, of course many local, national and international tourists visited. This pstudy using the PLS-SEM approach.This study highlight that the Perception of regarding Halal Tourism is categorized as good. The Attitude of the society of Bangka Belitung regarding Halal Tourism is categorized as good. The relationship between exogenous variables (Perception of Concepts and Attitudes) and endogenous (development) is significant.
