Abstract

Kepemimpinan merupakan kemampuan seorang individu untuk mempengaruhi orang lain atau bawahan untuk bekerja sama dalam rangka meweujudkan visi, misi dan tujuan organisasi atau lembaga pendidikan. Pemimpin memiliki peran vital dalam menggerakkan roda organisasi. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan pemimpin yang cakap, melek tekhnologi dan mampu mengatur serta mengelolah organisasi atau lembaga pendidikan islam dengan mematuhi prinsip-prinsip organisasi yang dipimpin. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian library research atau kepustakaan. Penelitian kepustakaan atau library research bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan data dan informasi yang bersumber dari buku, artikel ilmiah, majalah, dokumen, catatan, dan kisah sejarah serta kisah-kisah lainnya yang terdapat di ruang perpustakaan. Perubahan dan perkembangan zaman memberikan dampak positif dan negatif yang secara sadar merubah fungsi manusia dan digantikan dengan tekhnologi. Perubahan tekhnologi terjadi di segala sendi – sendi dan bidang kehidupan, tanpa terkecuali lembaga pendidikan islam. Hal tersebut menarik perhatian para stakeholder dalam bidang pendidikan islam dalam menentukan arah kebijakan, berinovasi, pengembanagan kurikulum dan media pmbelajaraan yang kekinian serta merubah pola pendidikan konvensional dengan cara bersinergi dengan perubahan zaman sekarang ini. Perubahan - perubahan dalam rangka perbaikan mutu layanan perlu diperhatikan untuk menjawab permintaan pelanggan dalam hal ini peserta didik dan orang tua siswa serta mampu mencetak output yang berkualitas dan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan pada lembaga pendidikan islam.

Abstract

Leadership is the ability of an individual to influence others or subordinates to work together in order to realize the vision, mission and goals of an organization or educational institution. Leaders have a vital role in moving the wheels of the organization. Therefore, it takes a leader who is capable, technologically literate and able to regulate and manage islamic education organizations or institutions by complying with the principles of the organization being led. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of library research. Literature research or library research aims to collect data and information sourced from books, scientific articles, magazines, documents, notes, and historical stories as well as other stories contained in the library room. Changes and developments of the times have positive and negative impacts that consciously change human functions and are replaced with technology. Technological changes occur in all joints and fields of life, with no exception islamic educational institutions. This has attracted the attention of stakeholders in the field of islamic education in determining the direction of policy, innovating, developing curriculum and contemporary educational media and changing the pattern of conventional education by synergizing with changes in the current era. Changes - changes in order to improve service quality need to be considered to answer customer demand in this case students and parents of students and be able to print quality output and improve the quality of education at islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

Growing and honing active and receptive language skills can be done by cultivating a passion for reading. By liking reading, it will train students to understand and interpret information and encourage them to develop critical thinking skills. This manuscript is a case study that involves the author carrying out and observing thoroughly and continuously an activity carried out by students. The aim of this Best Practice is to build the character and love of reading for MTsN 3 Jombang students through the Baresta strategy. The method used in implementing this Best Practice is experiential learning (experience-based), namely providing opportunities for students (grades VII, VIII, and IX) to apply their reading experience in writing and speaking activities, which is carried out over three semesters, namely the odd semester and the second semester. even 2021/2022 and odd 2022/2023. The results achieved in this activity are the honing of receptive and active language skills (reading, writing resumes, telling the contents of a book) and being able to publish either verbally or using YouTube, and practice critical thinking in answering questions.

Abstract

This article aims to find out how to build character in pesantren-based schools through intracurricular, extracurricular, and co-curricular activities. There is a plus value attached to this pesantren-based school because it maintains the distinctive culture of pesantren as an educational institution whose main orientation is to instill religious values ​​as forming the morality of the nation's children. This research is a type of qualitative research using a case study approach that is included in a descriptive research study. The location of this research is Islamic Junior High School Nashihuddin Bandar Lampung. Data were collected through participatory observation, structured interviews, and documentation. The results of this study can be concluded that: (1) character building in Islamic Junior High School Nashihuddin Bandar Lampung carried out thorough planning starting with the formulation of the vision, mission, and goals; (2) character building is integrated through intra-curricular, extra-curricular, co-curricular activities, such as flagship programs such as the English Club, Qiro 'Wal Hufadz and the Yellow Book Study; (3) Monitoring and evaluation of character building is carried out through (1) development of agreed character value indicators; (2) compiling assessment instruments; (3) summarize the results of indicator achievements; (4) perform analysis and evaluation; (5) follow up.

Abstract

Growing up the culture of reading fondness is carried out by families, educational units, and the community in collaboration with the government in an effort to increase interest in reading. This is stated in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 43 of 2007. This research is a type of qualitative research using a case study strategy and research strategy which involves researchers to carefully investigate a program, event, activity, process, or what is being done by a group of individuals. The purpose of this research is to build the character and love of reading for the students of MTs Negeri 3 Jombang through the SQ3R Strategy (Survey, Question, Read, Recite, and Review) based on Wacalibem Seri. The results of the research achieved are: 1) Students are able to write resumes of reading results every day, 2) be able to create student books that will be collected by Indonesian language teachers at the end of the semester, and 3) Empower students' ability to tell biographies of characters after reading biographies. The SQ3R (Survey, Question, Read, Recite, and Review) strategy based on the Wacalibem Series is able to build a character who loves reading at MTs Negeri 3 Jombang.
