Abstract

Abstract

Student worksheets (LKPD) are sheets containing assignments that must be done by students. Activity sheets are usually in the form of instructions, steps to complete a task. The advantage of using LKPD is that it makes it easier for educators to carry out learning, for students to learn independently and learn to understand and carry out a written assignment. This study aims to evaluate the use of Student Worksheets (LKPD) based on Problem Based Learning (PBL) among students as an educational event. The type of research used in this research is R&D (Research and Development) with the ADDIE development model proposed by Lee & Owens (2004). The research was conducted by involving 58 respondents, including 3 lecturers, 20 teachers and 35 students. The data collection tool used is an online questionnaire consisting of 5 constructs with 27 questions with a cronbach alpha of 0.941. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using the help of the SPSS program version 23.00 for Windows. The results of the study show that student evaluation of the use of LKPD in the five constructs includes: 1). Suitability of LKPD and the learning model used (4.06) in the "good" category 2). Appropriate use of LKPD and learning methods (4.08) in the "good" category 3). Completeness and arrangement of descriptions on LKPD (4.17) in the "good" category 4). Use of language, spelling of words and sentences (4.03) in the "good" category 5). The graphical component (4.09) is in the "good" category and has an overall average of 4.08 in the "good" category. Thus, educators and prospective educators are expected to be able to produce interesting and effective learning media.

Abstract

Primary school students' critical thinking skills currently face significant obstacles, mainly due to constraints on teachers' pedagogical skills, which include the use of learning methods and models, classroom practice. The aim of this research is to utilize industry 4.0 technology, one of which is an educational game based on IQ Interactive. The important urgency in developing this media is based on research by that educational games can improve students' cognitive abilities. The benefit of learning using the CTL method is changing the conventional learning system to a modern one. This research is development research (Research and Development), the development of IQ Interactive Games was carried out using the CTL Approach using the ADDIE development model. The results of the IQ Games Interactive research showed that the majority of respondents responded positively to the use of IQ Games Interactive, including ease of use, layout, access to information, effectiveness, text presentation, use of QR, color composition, systematics and efficiency. Aspects of readability and understanding of concepts are very important in assessing the quality of media, including IQ Interactive Games

Abstract

Research that uses quasi-experimental methods to reveal the impact of using virtual laboratory media on visual literacy abilities. This research involved two groups, namely an experimental group that was exposed to virtual laboratory media, and a control group that received conventional learning. Both groups underwent a pretest and posttest to measure changes in visual literacy. This research design uses "Nonequivalent Control Group Design" and applies statistical tests such as the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test, and Mann-Whitney Test for data analysis. The results showed that the experimental group was superior to the control group, indicating the effectiveness of virtual laboratory media in increasing visual literacy. This indicates that virtual laboratory media can be a valuable tool for modern education, providing a more interactive and interesting learning experience. This media is an alternative and needs to be developed further
