Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the knowledge of handling sports injuries in the North Sumatra National Paralympic Committee (NPC) trainer. This research was conducted on Sunday, February 14, 2018 at the NPC Secretariat of North Sumatra Province Jl. The 22 nd Example Stadium Medan. The method used in this study is a descriptive descriptive method with the distribution of questionnaires as an instrument to obtain research data. Many of the population in this study were all North Sumatra National Paralympic Committee (NPC) trainers, amounting to 8 people, while the sample used was total sampling, meaning 8 people. The results of the study found that 3 responses (37.50%) had knowledge of handling sports injuries is classified as good, 5 respondents (62.50%) have knowledge of handling sports injuries that are classified as moderate. Based on the results of the calculation of the average score of knowledge about handling sports injuries that is equal to 56%, it can be concluded that the level of knowledge of handling sports injuries on the North Sumatra National Paralympic Committee (NPC) is classified as Medium.

Abstract

Pada dasarnya nomor lempar dalam cabang atletik merupakan salah satu nomor yang diperebutkan sejak Olimpiade kuno di Yunani sekitar tahun 779 Masehi. Kegiatan bakti ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan dan menghasilkan nomor atletik atletik di NPC Sumut dalam persiapan menghadapi PEPARNAS 2024 Aceh-Sumatera Utara. Dari tujuan tersebut diperoleh pula informasi bahwa kursus-kursus pelatihan sangat penting khususnya di kalangan KNKT Sumatera Utara, karena pelatihan bagi para atlet difabel sangat berbeda. Hal ini disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, yang sebetulnya fokus pada rendahnya tingkat kegiatan pelatihan yang mengakibatkan rendahnya update pengetahuan dan pengetahuan pelatih selama pandemi Covid-19. Selain meningkatkan kemampuan individu tentunya akan meningkatkan kemampuan kemampuan atletik dengan adanya pelatih yang memiliki ilmu pengetahuan baru. Dengan mengadakan pelatihan ini. Mulai dari kegiatan penataran terus menerus. Dimana kegiatan penataran ini diharapkan terus berlanjut di masa mendatang dan setiap tahun. Hal ini dilakukan agar berbagai unsur / aspek penting (positif) dapat tersampaikan dengan baik. Oleh karena itu, berdasarkan hasil penataran, para pelatih NPC sangat antusias melihat jawaban dan pembicara yang sangat berkualitas dari para pelatih NPC itu sendiri dan ditambah dengan nutrisi. Komite Paralimpiade Nasional (NPC) Sumatera Utara didirikan pada tahun 1962. Namun saat itu namanya masih Yayasan Olahraga Cacat (YPOC). Nama YPOC berjalan hingga tahun 1982 atau sudah ada selama kurang lebih 20 tahun. Kemudian pada tahun 1982 namanya diubah menjadi Badan Pertimbangan Olahraga Disabilitas (BPOC). Setelah berjalan sekitar 28 tahun, lanjutnya, nama BPOC diubah pada awal 2011 menjadi Komite Paralimpiade Nasional (NPC) Sumatera Utara. Digantikan oleh NPC karena nama YPOC dan BPOC seakan mendiskreditkan atlet yang bernaung di sana.

Abstract

Coaching is a factor that plays an important role in the world of sports, especially futsal, futsal coaching needs to be done as early as possible through talent scouting and scouting, nursery, sports education and training based on science and technology effectively and efficiently, due to whether the sports world itself is developing or not. The Futsalnisti Binjai futsal club (FNB) in Binjai City is one of the platforms used as a means of fostering and developing talent in the sport of Futsal, the aim of which is to help players achieve peak performance. Therefore it is necessary to analyze strength, weakness, opportunity, threats. This type of research is included in the qualitative descriptive research. The method used is SWOT (strength, weakness, opportunity, threat). Sources of research data were obtained from interviews with club administrators, coaches, athletes who excel at U-21, and parents of guardians of FNB futsal club athletes. Data collection techniques using (1) interviews (2) observation (3) documentation. The results of the study can be seen, (1) strengths include: good management according to job descriptions, licensed or certified trainers, motivation and support, talented and accomplished athletes, nursery, the relationship between administrators, coaches, players, and parents, ( 2) weaknesses include: lack of facilities and infrastructure, sources of funds, management policies for administrators, coaches, players, (3) opportunities include: being a reference for other futsal teams for the coaching process, being able to produce good players physical, mental and skill, achieve even better performance and players have high flying hours, with good performance can add a lot of additional funds from various sponsors, (4) threats include: jealousy occurs from other futsal teams due to many players who join the FNB Futsal Club.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah produk senam kebugaran yang berguna sebagai kebutuhan dimasa pandemi covid-19 di lingkungan Sekolah Tinggi Olahraga & Kesehatan Bina Guna Medan tahun 2021. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pengembangan atau development research (RnD dengan menggunakan Teori Thiagarajan dengan langkah-langkah penelitian dan pengembangan dengan 4 D yaitu define, design, development, dan dissemination. Populasi adalah mahasiswa dan pegawai STOK Bina Guna Medan. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data pada penelitian ini rubrik kriteria produk dan hasil validasi ahli senam kebugaran dan ahli media. Berdasarkan hasil validasi bahwa hasil produk dinyatakan layak oleh pakar Senam yang mengkaji dari aspek capaian pelaksanaan saat uji kelapangan dan media (IT) dan dapat diterapkan sebagai referensi latihan mandiri. Produk Senam Kebugaran STOK Bina Guna dibuat berbasis video dilengkapi dengan musik dan gerakan untuk memberikan kemudahan dalam melakukannya secara mandiri ditempat masing-masing dimasa pandemi covid-19 oleh mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Olahraga dan Kesehatan Bina Guna Medan.

Abstract

Sports activities require sports facilities and infrastructure in general. This study aims to examine the management of the procurement of sports facilities and infrastructure of the Department of Youth and Sports of Binjai City based on the management functions of Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling (POAC). This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research. The results showed that the application of management functions (1) Planning management in the procurement of sports facilities and infrastructure needs in Binjai City is carried out with proposals from the community and proposals from sports (2) Organizing management is the responsibility of the field of sports facilities and infrastructure and collaborates with stakeholders (3) Implementation management is carried out if the proposal from planning has been discussed and the budget has been determined (4) Supervision management is carried out by monitoring at every stage (5) The response of the Binjai community who felt the impact of the procurement of sports facilities and infrastructure in Binjai City got good results.
