Abstract

Kegiatan Pegabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihanketerampilan dan kreativitasi guna meningkatkan penghasilan rumah tangga terhadap parastaff ataupun peserta. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan adalah bekerjasama dengan BapakLurah Kelurahan Ciputat, yang beralamat di Ciputat, Tangerang Selatan dan memberikanpelatihan keterampilan dan peningkatan kreativitas untuk meningkatkan rasakewirausahaan. Setelah dianalisis maka kami memberikan pelatihan dan pemaparanpembuatan Masker yang di hias dengan baik dan indah sehingga memiliki nilai jual. Hasilkegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sebelum pelaksanaan PKM, para staff kelurahan Ciputatbelum mengetahui hal apa saja yang bisa dilakukan untuk meningkatkan penghasilanrumah tangga, namun setelah pelaksaan kegiatan PKM ini diketahui para pesertasetidaknya sudah mempunyai sedikit bekal dan dapat memahami bagaimana membuatkerajinan yang murah dan mudah sebagai penambah penghasilan lain. Kegiatan PKMberperan positif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pengharapan untuk selalumeningkatkan jiwa berwirausaha.Kata Kunci : PKM, Keterampilan, Kreativitas dan Wirausaha

Abstract

This community service activity aimed to enhance business management skills among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) actors in Situ Gadung Village, Tangerang Regency. The background of this program is the limited managerial knowledge and skills among local MSME entrepreneurs, which hinder their business growth and sustainability. The purpose of this activity was to improve the participants' capabilities in managing their businesses effectively through targeted training and interactive learning methods. The activity was conducted on May 4, 2025, in Situ Gadung Village. It was carried out by a team of 12 lecturers from Universitas Pamulang. Participants consisted of 19 MSME entrepreneurs and 7 general community members. The program included material presentation, practical exercises, discussions, and Q&A sessions to facilitate active learning and skill development. The results showed a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of business management concepts and their ability to apply these skills in their daily business operations. Participants reported increased confidence and motivation to implement better management practices, contributing to the potential growth of their enterprises.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of competence and work motivation on employee performance at PT Mitra Koleksi Mandiri Tangerang. The research adopts a quantitative method with an associative approach and utilizes a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, and hypothesis testing. The results reveal that employee competence significantly influences performance, indicating that knowledge, skills, and attitude play a critical role in shaping work outcomes. Similarly, work motivation is found to have a significant impact on employee performance, particularly in aspects related to recognition, security, and working conditions. When tested simultaneously, competence and motivation jointly contribute to improving employee performance with a very strong level of correlation. The study highlights the importance of developing employee competencies and maintaining motivational drivers to enhance productivity and achieve organizational goals. These findings offer valuable insights for human resource management practices in the service sector.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Pelatihan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, penelitian ini bersifat asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada pada PT. Transderma Express Logistic, sedangkan sampel yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 63 responden. Adapun cara mengambil sampel ini dengan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara kuesioner, dan Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisa diketahui bahwa pelatihan dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Transderma Express Logistic. Secara simultan pelatihan dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja sebesar 19,8%, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.
