Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami proses latihan ekstrakurikuler sepak bola untuk menumbuhkan bakat siswa di SMP Muhammadiyah 7 Surakarta. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Observasi ini dilakukan pada siang hari ketika siswa sudah mulai melakukan ekstrakurikuler di lapangan. Selanjutnya penulis melakukan wawancara kepada Iqbal Hanif Eka Saputra salah satu siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler sepak bola di SMP Muhammadiyah 7 Surakarta. Validasi data yang ada dalam penulisan ini melalui trianggulasi sumber dan trianggulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa setelah melakukan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler sepak bola adalah terwujudnya siswa yang aktif dalam bidang olahraga khusunya sepak bola dan unggul dalam ranah keolahragaan.

Abstract

Farmer groups often face various problems in terms of production activities, one of which is the problem of production efficiency. When a production activity does not run efficiently, it will have an impact on the waste of resources spent. In the end, it will reduce the profits obtained. Therefore, PIKMa Universitas Putra Bangsa proposed the Innovative Approach to Vegetable Cultivation Program by Utilizing IOT-Based Smart Farming Technology in the Jatimulyo Village Women's Farmer Group as a PPK ORMAWA activity to be funded by DIKTI. A program is expected to run effectively to ensure that the budget that has been disbursed by the government is not wasted. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the programs that have been carried out in order to see the impact of the program. This study was conducted to see the impact of the Innovative Approach to Vegetable Cultivation Program by Utilizing IOT-Based Smart Farming Technology to Increase the efficiency of vegetable production carried out by the Jatimulyo Village Women's Farmer Group, Alian District. The sample in this study were all members of the Jatimulyo Village women's farmer group, Alian District, Kebumen Regency. The data used in this study are primary data collected and then analyzed using simple linear regression which was previously tested for validity and reliability. Based on the analysis conducted, it is proven that the Innovative Vegetable Cultivation Approach Program by Utilizing IOT-Based Smart Farming Technology has a significant effect on Crop Production Efficiency in the Women Farmers Group of Jatimulyo Village, Alian District.

Abstract

Waste management has become a complex national issue in Indonesia, driven by population growth, economic expansion, and shifting consumption patterns. The Sampurna Berkah website, owned by Sidapurna Village, Dukuhturi District, Tegal Regency, was created to support an environmentally conscious community focused on recycling non-biodegradable waste. To effectively develop the information system for this website, an agile approach is essential. The Scrum framework is employed to enhance transparency, communication, documentation, and adaptability to change. This study aims to optimize the Sampurna Berkah website, which has existing issues such as a confusing user interface, unsuitable color combinations, and lack of responsiveness. Using the Agile Scrum method, stages like Product Backlog, Sprint Planning, Sprint Backlog, Daily Scrum, and Sprint Review were implemented. The optimization results show significant improvements, including a more user-friendly interface, better website responsiveness, and more visually pleasing color combinations, achieving the main development objectives.
