Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan agar para orang tua dapat mengerti dan memahami karakter anak-anak yang masih dalam tahap pertumbuhan sehingga dapat menerapkan pola asuh yang tepat bagi anak-anaknya serta meberikan pendidikan moral, mental dan kemandirian serta disiplin kepada anak. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini, adalah metode penelitian deskriptif-kualitatif melalui penelitian kepustakaan, yaitu suatu metode yang meneliti status kelompok manusia, suatu obyek, suatu kondisi, suatu sistem pemikiran, atau peristiwa melalui peninggalan tertulis, baik literatur atau referensi umum maupun literatur atau referensi Buddhis. Kecerdasan spiritual anak merupakan faktor yang sangat penting. Kecerdasan akademiki atau berpikir tanpa diimbangi dengan kecerdasan spiritual dapat membahayakan. perkembangn ilmu pengetahuan hendaknya dibarengi dengan perkembangan batin yang sehat. Perekembangan batin dimulai dengan pelaksanaan kemoralan, minimal Pancasila Buddhis. Orang tua seharusnya mengerti apa yang menjadi kebutuhan anak dan tidak mementingkan kepentingan sendiri dengan mengorbankan hak-hak anak dalam menentukan suatu pilihan. Janganlah orang tua menentukan sesuatu yang tidak diinginkan oleh anak, akan tetapi orang tua bertindak sebagai motivator dan kontroler saja. Anak tidak dijadikan sebagai subjek dalam rangka mencapai tujuan dan cita-cita yang diinginkan oleh orang tua.

Abstract

Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) is the most efficient instant payment method which is a collaboration product between Bank Indonesia and the Indonesian Payment System Association (ASPI). Non-cash payments in the digital era have made Bank Indonesia innovate non-cash payment systems by promoting and socializing to the public about the Quick Response Code Indonesia Standard (QRIS). The presence of QRIS can improve non-cash payment system services efficiently. QRIS has become an increasingly common technology used in electronic payments in Indonesia, and this research aims to understand how QRIS affects transaction patterns, customer convenience. Consumers are the parties who encourage the implementation of QRIS in transactions. A consumer is someone who buys goods or uses services. The public's enthusiasm for using QRIS is a momentum that can be used to accelerate the acceleration of QRIS. There is high interest from the Indonesian people, the majority of whom consist of the millennial generation, to be able to make digital payment transactions easily, quickly and safely. The many conveniences provided by QRIS make people carry out completely digital transactions. Of course there are advantages and disadvantages to using the QRIS payment method.

Abstract

Startups have become the driving force behind digital economic innovation in the era of disruption. The success of a startup is not solely determined by technological advantages, capital availability, or market opportunities, but by the quality of leadership capable of managing uncertainty, fostering organizational agility, and instilling a vibrant culture of innovation. This article develops a conceptual and empirical study on the relationship between dynamic leadership, organizational agility, and innovation culture in startup success, integrating data and reflections from both the Indonesian and global contexts. Through a descriptive qualitative approach and cross-case analysis of Gojek, Tokopedia, Traveloka, as well as Tesla and Zoom as global comparatives, the research finds that dynamic leadership serves as a key catalyst in building organizational adaptive capacity. The results show that innovation culture acts as a mediator, strengthening the impact of dynamic leadership on startup success through enhanced organizational agilityd.
