Abstract

Nowadays, utilization of internet services is very important to do all jobs online, especially in pandemic of Corona Virus, whereas all employees from every institution must work from home. Therefore, the number of people using internet services increased dramatically. However, availability of internet network is not enough to complete those tasks. The other mainly important role to arrange all these chores is quality of service of its internet. In addition, other ordinary activity which must be prepared to execute is streaming video about many things. Consequently, all those workers must use YouTube application. Aim of this paper is to determine quality of service in internet network of one private Internet Service Provider company in Pekanbaru, related to real conditions on each of 40 clients, Outputs of this study is qualification of each Throughput, Delay, Packet Loss and QoS Parameters based on TIPHON. Results of the research show that QoS Parameters in this Internet Service Provider are Unsatisfied and tends to be Bad because there are only two users who obtain Satisfied, none of clients procure Very Satisfied, 25 clients experience Bad quality and 13 users face Unsatisfied category when using the internet network.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia mempunyai kontribusi yang penting sebagai penopang perekonomian. Kendala yang dihadapi oleh para UMKM untuk berkembang, diantaranya adalah masalah keterbatasan modal dan askes terhadap pasar. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan oleh tim Kuliah Kerja Nyata Universitas Wijayakusuma Purwokerto pada pelaku UMKM di Desa Lumajang untuk membantu pelaku usaha dalam mengembangkan usahanya melalui pemaparan materi dan pendampingan dalam sosialisasi Permodalan Yang Legal, Cepat dan Efisien Melalui KURDA (Kredit Usaha Rakyat Daerah) di Desa Lumajang. KURDA hadir sebagai solusi yang ditawarkan pemerintah untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui wawancara dan observasi terhadap pelaku UMKM, pihak terkait, serta lembaga penyedia KURDA. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peningkatan sosialisasi dan pendampingan kepada para pelaku UMKM agar dapat memanfaatkan KURDA secara maksimal.

Abstract

Work environment, reward, leadership style is a factor that influences work dicipline with work motivation as an intervening variable. With the work environment, reward and high leadership style is expected to be able to improve work dicipline with work motivation as an intervening variable. The variables in this study are the work motivation as an intervening variable. The variables used in this study are the work environment, reward, leadership style, work motivation anad work discipline. This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment, reward and leadership style on work discipline with work motivation as an intervening variable at PT. XYZ. This study used a quantitative approach. In this study, the population was 110 operator employees at PT. XYZ. The data processing method used in this study was the descriptive approach. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based Partial Least Squares (PLS) with the help of software SmartPLS3. The results of this study indicate that the work environment, reward and leadership style has a positive and significant partial influence on work motivation and work discipline. Work environment, reward and leadership style have a positive and significant influence simultaneously on work discipline with work motivation as an intervening variable. The implications of these findings can be used as a basis for improving a positive work environment, reward good and effective leadership style so that it can increase work motivation which in turn will encourage increased employee work discipline.
