Abstract

Abstract— The library is a vital means of gathering, managing and disseminating information. But now the library is required to more quickly and precisely in the provision of information. In addition, also demanded convenience and comfort in terms of service. For that required optimization of the use of information technology in data processing. The use of computers and the Internet can turn the manual system into a web-based information system. This is called an e-library or electronic library. With e-library then the process of transactions that occur in the library can be monitored significantly by members within certain limits. Members can see the book stock changes they are interested in. Because of that then he can know the right time to book the book. This web-based library information system is designed to facilitate the provision of information data books and theses available in the Library STMIK Nusa Mandiri.Intisari— Perpustakaan merupakan sarana yang sangat vital dalam hal pengumpulan, pengelolaan dan penyebaran informasi. Namun saat ini perpustakaan dituntut untuk lebih cepat dan tepat dalam penyediaan informasi. Selain itu juga dituntut kemudahan dan kenyamanan dalam segi pelayanannya. Untuk itu diperlukan optimalisasi penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam pengolahan datanya. Penggunaan komputer dan internet dapat mengubah sistem manual menjadi sistem informasi berbasiskan web. Inilah yang disebut dengan e-library atau perpustakaan elektronik. Dengan e-library maka proses transaksi yang terjadi di dalam perpustakaan dapat terpantau secara nyata oleh anggota dalam batasan tertentu. Anggota dapat melihat perubahan stok buku yang diminatinya. Karena hal itu maka ia dapat mengetahui waktu yang tepat untuk mem-booking buku tersebut. Sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis web ini dirancang untuk memudahkan penyediaan informasi data buku maupun skripsi yang tersedia di Perpustakaan STMIK Nusa Mandiri.Kata Kunci— books, college, e-library, online booking, information system.

Abstract

Abstract—One of the administrative processes that occur at a university is the preparation of the curriculum. If at any time there is a change in a curriculum such as sks weight changes in a particular course or even courses that previously existed in a curriculum then deleted or replaced then in this case the study program must create a new curriculum. The curriculum generally changes after only a few years but in certain cases ,eg at the Islamic University of As-syafi'iyah, it is possible that the curriculum may change at every turn of the school year. Codeigniter is a PHP-based programming language that is very popular among software developers. This is because Codeigniter has a complete documentation and is very easy to use. Based on the above, it is necessary to develop Academic Information System or SIAK in Islamic University As-syafi'iyah that can accommodate curriculum changes that occur in a study program with Codeigniter Framework. Intisari— Salah satu proses administrasi yang terjadi di suatu universitas adalah penyusunan kurikulum. Jika sewaktu-waktu ada perubahan pada suatu kurikulum seperti perubahan bobot sks dalam suatu mata kuliah tertentu atau bahkan mata kuliah yang sebelumnya ada dalam suatu kurikulum kemudian dihapus atau diganti maka dalam hal ini program studi harus membuat sebuah kurikulum baru. Kurikulum umumnya baru berubah setelah beberapa tahun namun dalam kasus tertentu, misalnya di Universitas Islam As-syafi'iyah, ada kemungkinan bahwa kurikulum dapat berubah pada setiap pergantian tahun ajaran. Codeigniter adalah bahasa pemrograman berbasis PHP yang sangat populer di kalangan pengembang perangkat lunak. Ini karena Codeigniter memiliki dokumentasi yang lengkap dan sangat mudah digunakan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka perlu dikembangkan Sistem Informasi Akademik atau SIAK di Universitas Islam As-syafi'iyah yang dapat mengakomodasi perubahan kurikulum yang terjadi dalam suatu program studi dengan Framework Codeigniter. Abstract

During this covid-19 pandemic, Quizizz, as an Android-based educational game application, can be used to encourage students to be active and motivated in distance learning. This study aims to determine students' perceptions of the use of quizizz in motivating the students to study biology during online learning. The study population was all students of class IX MTs As-Saádah. The total number of respondents was 48 students. Data analysis was performed using the quantitative descriptive percentage technique. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires using the google form application. The questionnaire showed that 79.2% and 54.2% of students' perceptions regarding using the most preferred and good learning media were Quizizz. 45.8% of students showed interest in taking biology lessons using quizizz. 62.5% and 47.9% of students are motivated and enthusiastic about getting high scores. 89.6% and 66.7% of students agree that quizizz can improve their learning outcomes and concentration. 66.7% of students answered that the level of difficulty of quizizz questions was moderate, and 64.5% of students chose to agree that quizzz provided a new learning experience. The use of quizizz in online biology learning is a media recommendation that is appropriate, interesting and fun for students.

Abstract

Selection of the right wireless router can maximize the performance of the internet network. Especially for a company whose business is very dependent on the internet network, choosing the right wireless router is an important factor. The purpose of this study is to implement one of the Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) approaches, namely the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method in a decision support system for selecting wireless router devices to help individuals and companies determine the right wireless router and according to what the user wants. The TOPSIS method is used because it is practical in its use, and has simplicity in concept, efficiency in the computational process and the best alternative is obtained by paying attention to the distance of the closest positive ideal solution and the farthest negative ideal solution distance. The system is built with software development techniques using the Extreme Programming (XP) method which begins with the planning, design, coding and testing stages. The developed system has functions such as being able to manage alternative data, criteria data, weight data, alternative values for each criterion, perform calculations using the TOPSIS method and can display the best alternative results. The results of the black-box testing show that the developed system can function and run well. In addition, the results by calculating manually with the system show the same results.

Abstract

In designing an academic information system in the wider scope, the first thing to be built is an information system that can process master data. Examples of such master data is student data, course data, and lecturer data. This student data becomes very important because student data will become a reference or data source for other information system incorporated in an academic information system as a whole which is found in Islamic University As-syafiiyah. To build an academic information system that capable of processing master data student required an adequate framework. Codeigniter is a very popular framework as it is very light and has very complete documentation making it easy to use. Codeigniter also uses the MVC approach (Model, View, Controller) in the concept of application development so it will be easier if the development of this information system is growing or transferable in the development process. Based on the above, it is necessary to develop an academic information system with master data subsystem of students at Islamic University As-syafiiyah which can manage all student data with Codeigniter framework.

Abstract

The school financial information system if managed very well will be an advantage in the implementation of activities and become a good spearhead for an educational institution. The current problem of processing school financial administration data is ineffectiveness and efficiency in the processing of school financial data, so it greatly affects the speed in determining a decision by high-level school management. The purpose of this research is the application of the user experience design model in making the modeling of the school financial information system very effective which folds system users in every system design starting from the stages of understand, research, sketch, design, implementation, and evaluate. The results of the school financial information system modeling test using a user experience design model for testing system functionality using blackbox testing got a value of 100% according to the functionality of the system, and the test results of Web Quality 4.0 got a value of 87.69% having excellent criteria from usability testing conducted on users.
