Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan iklan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian motor Kawasaki. Dari kedua variabel tersebut ingin diketahui variabel manakah yang paling berpengaruh secara dominan terhadap keputusan pembelian motor Kawasaki pada PT Super Sukses Motor cabang Depok. Pengujian-pengujian yang dilakukan meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, korelasi spearmen dan uji chi square. Dari hasil pengujian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel harga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan variabel iklan promosi tidak memiliki pengaruh positif dan  signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen.

Abstract

Indonesian population growth rate was quite high especially in regions jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi). The resulted in increased demand for homes. Green Terrace Housing Project located in the street Mukti, Jati Asih, Bekasi, which was completed in 2013, contributing to the increase in demand for homes. Project finance is an information that can help investors to identify the feasibility of a project. One of the tools used in the analysis financial was capital budgeting. With the calculation method using NPV, IRR, and PI. Researchers use secondary data from PT Ritma Panca Gemilang, in form of cash flows during the project within a period, from 2009 to 2013. Results of the study were reviewed on the financial aspects through the method of calculation of Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Profitability Index (PI). The Third calculation results showed good results, so the evaluation of capital budgeting Green Terrace housing development was feasible. The results of the study were reviewed through the financial aspects of capital budgeting methods bring out the Net Present Value (NPV) RP 7,286,398,008.25, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) with a 25% percentage, and Profitability Index (PI) 2,86. The calculation results indicate an ideal outcome, so the evaluation of capital budgeting of Green Terrace housing development was prope.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the management of dodol products by Mrs. Wiwin, a micro-business owner in Caringin Village, Caringin district, can contribute to the growth of the creative economy based on Islamic economic principles. Sharia economics, which is based on Islamic principles, encourages justice, ethics, and sustainability in the economy. This object is interesting to study in the context of the development of the local creative economy. This study uses qualitative research methods that involve in-depth interviews with Ibu Wiwin and members of the local community, participatory observation, and analysis of documents related to Islamic economics. The results showed that dodol products made by Ibu Wiwin have properties that are in accordance with Sharia economic principles such as halal, justice, and sustainability. This study also found that management based on local wisdom and environmental concerns is the main focus in the production process of dodol. The income of the people of Caringin village has increased since Ibu Wiwin implemented the concept of sharia economics in the management of dodol. Community involvement in the production and marketing of dodol has increased local economic participation, which helps to reduce economic disparities. This study emphasizes how important it is to combine the concept of creative economy with the principles of Islamic economics to produce innovative solutions for the sake of local economic growth. This study shows that other micro-business actors can use this method to increase the income and welfare of the community in various places.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan model service excellence dalam meningkatkan keputusan pembelian pada platform pasar digital UMKM, yaitu PaDi UMKM. Di era digital yang berkembang pesat, platform seperti PaDi UMKM menjadi jembatan penting bagi UMKM untuk memperluas pasar dan meningkatkan daya saing mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, di mana data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pengguna PaDi UMKM. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linear berganda untuk melihat sejauh mana kualitas pelayanan, promosi, dan harga mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan, promosi, dan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Artinya, jika kualitas pelayanan meningkat, promosi lebih efektif, dan harga lebih bersaing, maka keputusan pembelian konsumen akan semakin tinggi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi berharga bagi pengembangan teori service excellence di dunia digital, sekaligus memberi rekomendasi praktis bagi pengelola platform dan pelaku UMKM untuk meningkatkan kinerja mereka. Temuan ini juga membuka peluang untuk penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai faktor-faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian di platform digital UMKM.

Abstract

This research seeks to examine the influence of online customer reviews and free shipping offers on purchasing decisions among Shopee users in Depok, West Java, both individually and jointly. A quantitative approach with a non-probability sampling technique was applied. The study population consisted of Shopee users in Depok who had made multiple purchases through the platform. Purposive sampling was employed to select respondents. Data were collected through primary sources in the form of questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that both online customer reviews and free shipping promotions, whether considered separately or together, exert a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine a new culture that develops towards increased coffee consumption every year, whether there are lifestyle factors, shop atmosphere and service quality on purchasing decisions at @AdaKopi Parung Bogor. The research method used is a quantitative type with descriptive nature with multiple linear analysis, with purposive sampling technique. Quantitative analysis includes validity and reliability tests, basic assumption tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing using the f and t test as well as the coefficient of determination (R2) analysis test and then distributing questionnaires to 383 @AdaKopi Parung Bogor consumers. Distribution of questionnaires using a 5-scale Likert scale with research testing using the SPSS 25 instrument test. The results are (H1) lifestyle towards purchasing decisions of tvalue 4.296> t table 1.966 H0 rejected Ha accepted. (H2) store atmosphere on purchasing decisions of tvalue 5.831> t table 1.966 H0 rejected Ha accepted. (H3) Service quality on purchasing decisions is tvalue 9,025> t table 1,966 H0 rejected Ha accepted. (H4) together, the size of the contribution of lifestyle, shop atmosphere and service quality to purchasing decisions is F value 342.505> F table 2.63 H0 is rejected Ha is accepted, it means that lifestyle, shop atmosphere and service quality jointly affect the purchase decision products at @AdaKopi Parung Bogor
