Abstract

The traffic in the water area such as harbor and sea strait is highly important to be monitored because it helps to minimize unwanted ships accident. As a result, we proposed an automatic detection method to localize ships contained in sattelite image. We examine several deep learning method as the classification backbone, namely MobileNetV2, DenseNet121, VGG16, and ResNet50. Afterwards, we employed the trained model for detecting the ships. To make the detection faster, inspite of using a sliding window, we use selective search to sample the object candidates from the given scene. The experiments was done using Shipsnet dataset and tested on aerial images. We also conducted a cross domain evaluation where the images were taken using Google Earth. The results indicate that MobileNetV2 has the best performance on classification and detection tasks. The MobileNetV2 is also able to detect the ships on cross-domain scenarios.

Abstract

PT Kana Bali Nature is a retail company of beauty and body care products in Denpasar, Bali, which has problems with decreased brand awareness and cost overruns due to suboptimal digital marketing implementation. This research aims to analyze and implement a thorough and comprehensive digital marketing strategy using the SOSTAC method which is flexible and effective enough to be used. The SOSTAC method includes situation analysis, setting 5S objectives and SMART Goals, STP Strategy, 7P Marketing Mix Tactic, Action, and Control with KPI metrics. The results of the 3-month research show that the digital marketing strategy carried out at PT Kana Bali Nature is quite effective. The majority of KPI indicators in each aspect managed to achieve targets such as an increase in revenue of up to 55.6% even though several other indicators were still declining. Abstract

Bali Mandara Regional Hospital integrates information technology into its healthcare services, but ransomware attacks pose significant risks to data security. In accordance with the 2016 Indonesian Ministry of Communication and Informatics regulation, Electronic System Operators (PSE) are required to ensure information security, emphasizing confidentiality, integrity, and availability. To support this, the National Cyber and Crypto Agency introduced the Index KAMI, an evaluation tool aligned with ISO/IEC 27001 standards. This study evaluates the hospital’s information security using Index KAMI 5.0, yielding a score of 177, which classifies its readiness as “Not Eligible” for ISO 27001 compliance. Recommendations for improvement include establishing clear governance policies, implementing systematic risk management, enhancing asset management with integrated inventories, and strengthening data protection through access control and encryption. Additional measures involve improving physical security with surveillance systems and fostering stronger vendor relationships through binding SLA agreements. By adopting these measures, Bali Mandara Regional Hospital can enhance its security system, protect patient data, and achieve compliance with international standards.

Abstract

Bali Artha Jaya is a business engaged in the sale of electronic goods and furniture. The sales are carried out conventionally which is still depend on SPG or SPB and do not take advantage of technology. In order to increasing the sales, we need a website that is able to answer these problems. This study aims to design an e-commerce website to provide sales facilities. The data collected during the research were profile data, sales flow data, and product data sold. The design for making a website is obtained by using the Data Flow Diagram (DFD) technique. A table design is made which is equipped with fields that are implemented in a database application program. The data collection method used is ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). System testing was carried out using the Post-Study System Usability Questionnaire (PSSUQ) method. Based on the results of system testing, satisfaction data was obtained overall with an average score of 2.40 included in the lower limit (good) category. This value illustrates that the website websites that have been created is good or successful.

Abstract

This study addresses critical inefficiencies in distribution operations at PT. AMDK Distribution Center Bali, where manual processes and system fragmentation result in document verification errors, delivery mismatches, and extended cycle times. We employed an integrated methodological framework combining the Quality Evaluation Framework (QEF) for systematic performance assessment, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) with Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) to identify underlying operational failures, and Business Process Improvement (BPI) for solution design. Process modeling was conducted using BPMN 2.0 and validated through Bizagi Modeler simulation. The QEF evaluation revealed five critical non-conforming indicators: road letter verification errors (Q6), product delivery inaccuracies (Q22), residual product inspection failures (Q23), LHPH documentation errors (Q26), and submission delays (Q28). Root cause analysis identified manual dependency, inadequate system integration, and insufficient SOPs as primary failure sources. The proposed To-Be model, incorporating automated validation, digital documentation workflows, and cross-system integration (Smartlog-SAP-OTM), achieved measurable improvements: a 17.61% time reduction in delivery operations and a 2.41% improvement in receiving processes. This research contributes a validated methodological framework for logistics process optimization in emerging market contexts, demonstrating how structured quality evaluation coupled with root cause-driven redesign can achieve sustainable operational improvements.

Abstract

Information security is a crucial aspect in maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data, particularly within government environments that manage digital-based public services. The Tabanan Regency Communication and Informatics Office plays a strategic role in managing information systems and providing public information services, thus requiring the implementation of a standardized and measurable information security management system. This study aims to evaluate the level of implementation of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) at the Tabanan Regency Communication and Informatics Office based on the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard and to formulate improvement recommendations by referring to the control guidelines in ISO/IEC 27002:2022. The research methods employed include observation, interviews, and document analysis to identify the conformity between the existing information security conditions and the 93 security controls listed in Annex A of ISO/IEC 27001:2022. The evaluation process was conducted using a gap analysis approach to determine the level of compliance and identify gaps in the implementation of information security controls. The results indicate that the overall level of information security implementation falls within the sufficient category; however, several controls have not yet been optimally implemented. The controls requiring further attention include information authentication, access rights management, and the readiness of information and communication technology to support business continuity. Based on these findings, this study proposes technical recommendations, including the implementation of multi-factor authentication, the development and strengthening of information security policies, the enhancement of information and communication technology infrastructure, and the conduct of regular information security awareness training. These recommendations are expected to serve as a reference for the Tabanan Regency Communication and Informatics Office in improving the effectiveness of ISMS implementation in accordance with international standards.
