Abstract

Abstract This training was motivated by the situation in one of the community groups, TPQ of Nurul Hikmah Gunung Anyar Surabaya, the majority of them were young women who did not work. Their hopes and desires are to have income without leaving the house. However, the problem is the lack of knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship. Therefore it is necessary to hold training to support young mothers to be independent. The mentioned Craft Skills Training is flannel training. This training uses only simple tools such as needles, pencils, rulers, scissors and glue gun. Through this craft skills training is expected to be the initial provision to open a business and is expected to be wider able to open job vacancies. This training produced handicraft products in the form of pencil cases, key chains and cellphones. The results of these skills can be sold online or offline, one of them by utilizing the social media they have. The implementation method to achieve the goal, is divided into three stages: first, counseling about the importance of having skills. Secondly, empowering housewives through training and thirdly, increasing production and marketing. The participation of TPQ Nurul Hikmah ladies greatly determines the success of the program that has been implemented. Keywords: independence, training, crafts Abstrak Pelatihan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keadaaan di salah satu kelompok masyarakat, yaitu di perkumpulan TPQ Ibu-ibu Nurul Hikmah Gunung Anyar Surabaya mayoritas dari mereka adalah ibu muda yang tidak bekerja. Harapan dan keinginan mereka adalah mempunyai pendapatan tanpa harus keluar rumah. Akan tetapi yang menjadi kendala adalah minimnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam berwirausaha. Oleh karena itu perlu diadakan pelatihan yang menunjang agar ibu-ibu muda bisa mandiri. Pelatihan Keterampilan Kerajinan Tangan yang dimaksud adalah pelatihan kain flanel. Pelatihan ini hanya menggunakan alat-alat sederhana seperti jarum, pensil, penggaris, gunting dan lem tembak. MelaluiĀ  pelatihan keterampilan kerajinan tangan ini diharapkan menjadi bekal awal untuk membuka usaha dan diharapkan lebih luas mampu membuka lowongan pekerjaan. Pelatihan ini menghasilkan produk-produk kerajinan berupa tempat pensil, gantungan kunci dan tempat HP. Hasil keterampilan ini bisa dijual dengan cara online maupun offline, salah satunya dengan memanfaatkan sosial media yang mereka miliki. Adapun metode pelaksanaan untuk mencapai tujuan, terbagi menjadi tiga tahap: yang pertama, penyuluhan tentang pentingnya memiliki keterampilan. Yang kedua, pemberdayaan ibu-ibu rumah tangga melalui pelatihan dan yang ketiga, peningkatan produksi dan pemasaran. Partisipasi ibu-ibu TPQ Nurul Hikmah sangat menentukan keberhasilan terhadap program yang telah dilaksanakan. Kata Kunci: kemandirian, pelatihan, kerajinan tangan

Abstract

Abstract The rapid development of ICT and the digital world has changed many things. Education in the new normal era must innovate to integrate ICT. This study aims to determine the digital literacy competence of Accounting students FEB UPN Veteran East Java; and Formulating strategies to improve digital literacy competencies for Accounting students of FEB UPN Veterans East Java. In addition to digital infrastructure, it is necessary to design learning models such as curriculum that is integrated with digital literacy (Stein and Graham, 2014). European Commission Digital Competency Framework 2.1 (Carretero, Vuorikari & Punie, 2018), covers five aspects, namely information/data literacy; communication/collaboration; digital content creation; security; and problem solving. This research method uses mixed methods (survey/interview). Quantitative and qualitative data analysis. The results showed that from the five aspects of digital literacy competence, Accounting students of FEB UPN Veteran Jatim were categorized both in the aspects of Information/data literacy and Communication/collaboration. Next is the aspect of creating digital content; Security; and Troubleshooting, need improvement. Strategies to improve digital literacy competence are to direct students to: think critically; using digital media; manage online identity; managing digital distractions; digital experience practice; and get out of your comfort zone.

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving era of technology, the need for innovative and effective Islamic education for young children is becoming increasingly pressing. Therefore, this research aims to explore the effectiveness of the film "Rara and Nussa" as a means of Islamic education for young children in the digital age. Against the backdrop of changing dynamics of life and the need for innovation in Islamic education, this research presents an analysis related to the validity and reliability of the research instrument as well as the effectiveness of the film. Through data collection using questionnaires distributed to 50 respondents, and analysis using SPSS software, the research findings indicate that the film "Rara and Nussa" has a strong correlation with understanding Islamic values, reinforces moral values, and enhances the quality of Islamic education. Statistical analysis results show high correlation values and convincing significance, as well as instrument reliability that can be trusted. This conclusion confirms that the use of appropriate research methods and accurate data analysis can strengthen research findings regarding the effectiveness of films as a means of Islamic education for young children, providing a significant contribution to the development of Islamic education in the digital era.
