Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of digital transformation assistance on the Toko Batik Pertiwi MSME, located in Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, Pekanbaru, Riau. The business faced challenges in managing financial records manually and had not yet optimized the use of digital media for product promotion. These issues limited financial evaluation and narrowed market reach. The community service was carried out using a qualitative approach through stages including field studies, in-depth interviews, system analysis, digital solution design, training, and effectiveness evaluation. The assistance program included implementing the Buku Warung application for daily financial record-keeping, creating social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook Place, and WhatsApp Business, as well as content creation and logo design for brand identity. The results showed significant improvements in financial management, increased online visibility, and stronger brand recognition. The business owner adapted well to digital tools and demonstrated increased self- confidence in managing the business digitally. This program positively impacted operational efficiency, market expansion, and improved digital literacy for MSME actors.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work stress, leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Sarana Agro Nusantara. The number of research samples used in this research was 72 respondents. The data collection techniques used in this research used interviews, observation and questionnaires. The testing techniques used in the research are research instrument tests, descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis tests. The results of this research show that the work stress variable is accepted, meaning that the work stress variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, then also the leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the leadership variable has an effect on employee performance at PT. Sarana Agro Nusantara.

Abstract

MasterSure®1007 merupakan bahan tambah kimia (chemical admixture) tipe G yang mempunyai kandungan retarder dan superplaticizer yang berfungsi untuk menunda waktu ikat beton, meningkatkan nilai workability serta meningkatkan mutu beton. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh penambahan MasterSure®1007 terhadap kuat tekan dan workabilitas dengan kadar semen rencana 409,80 kg/m3. Metode pencampuran yang digunakan adalah DOE yang sesuai dengan SNI 03-2834-2000 dan sebelumnya telah dilakukan uji properties pada material penyusun beton di laboratorium. Benda uji berbentuk silinder beton dengan ukuran diameter 150 mm dan tinggi 300 mm dengan jumlah sampel 8 buah setiap variasi penambahan MasterSure®1007 yaitu 3 sampel untuk umur pengujian 7 hari dan 5 sampel untuk umur pengujian 28 hari. Pengujian slump dilakukan pada beton segar umur 0,1,2, dan 3 jam pada beton yang menggunakan MasterSure®1007. Variasi penambahan c yang digunakan adalah 0%, 0.55%, 0.83%, 1.1%, 1.38%, 1.65%, 1.93% dan 2.2% dari berat semen yang digunakan. Hasil pengujian kuat tekan beton berturut-turut adalah 29.77 MPa, 41.82 MPa, 37.74 MPa, 45.78 MPa, 50.19 MPa, 56.59 MPa, 40.46 MPa, dan 36.67 MPa dan slump pada beton segar umur 0,1,2, dan 3 jam didapat pada dosis optimum sebesar 1.65% dengan nilai slump berturut-turut 10.5, 17, 17.5, dan 20 cm. Maka pengaruh penambahan aditif MasterSure®1007pada beton terbukti mampu menaikkan nilai kuta tekan beton secara signifikan.
