Abstract

The development of information technology causes a large number of digital documents, especially thesis documents, so that it can create opportunities for students to take the same and not varied topics. Thesis documents can be grouped by topic by identifying the abstract section. The results of the grouping can be seen with the trend with data visualization so that it can be analyzed to find out the trend of each topic. Retrieval of data in the repository of the University of Jember through a web scraping process as many as 490 thesis documents for students of the Faculty of Computer Science, University of Jember. The preprocessing stage is carried out by text mining methods which include cleaning, filtering, stemming, and tokenizing. Then calculate the weight of each word with the Term Frequency - Inverse Document Frequency algorithm, followed by the dimension reduction process using the Principal Component Analysis algorithm, which is normalized by Z-Score first. The outliers removal process is carried out before classifying documents. Furthermore, document grouping uses the K-Means Clustering method with Cosine Similarity as the distance calculation and the Silhouette Coefficient algorithm as a test. The test results were carried out with various k values and the optimal value was obtained at k = 2 with a Silhouette value of 0.80. Then the topic detection uses the Latent Dirichlet Allocation algorithm for each cluster that has been formed. Each cluster is visualized with a line chart and Trend Linear algorithm and analyzed to find out the trend. From the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the topic of Decision Support System Development is trending down, and the topic of IT Performance Measurement and Forecasting is trending up. It can be concluded that the topic of Decision Support System Development needs to be reduced so that other topics can emerge.

Abstract

Water flow distribution to home residents from the artesian well is affected by infrastructure. The more houses that distributed makes decreased amount supply of artesian water in every house. the longer of pipe leight and many branches traversed makes decrease of water supply because there will be many possible pipeline leaks. The more pipes used make the more expensive infrastructure cost. This problem occurs in Jubung area. These problems is one variation of the minimum Spanning Tree problems. This problem can be solved by the shortest path optimization route. It uses network method by implementing graph theory through kruskal algorithm. The first step is determined the nodes and sides. Nodes represent house and the sides represents the connecting pipes between houses. Kruskal is chosen because the kruskal focuses on the side and the graph is incomplete. focus of this study is the length optimation of the connecting pipe that is represented by side. In the pipe infrastructure figure map is representing of an incomplete graph because there are several nodes that are not connected to all nodes because it is adapted to the contour of the land that is not possible traversed the pipe. The results is there are several paths that are changed, especially the side to connect between node 1-4, 4-12, 19-20, 21-6 dispensed because forming cycles. The result of this research is kruskal can make decreasing infrastrukture cost Rp.7.535.500 with length of 201,5 meter so can save Rp.4.401.000 from Rp Rp.11.936.500.

Abstract

The SILAKAN application stands for the Banyuwangi Regency Personnel Service System developed by BKPP Banyuwangi Regency. Obstacles when using this SILAKAN service such as, services are still limited to using mobile applications, the speed when loading services is still slow, slow responses when there are problems so that users have to come to the office, and downloading documents is quite slow. This research was conducted to evaluate the quality of SILAKAN Banyuwangi services using the e-GovQual and IPA methods. Evaluation of service quality based on users, namely all ASNs in Banyuwangi Regency. The results of the study showed that the total performance score on all e-GovQual variables above Likert score 3 was 3.36 and the total interest assessment score was 3.42, resulting in a gap between performance and interests of -0.06. A negative value gap indicates that service performance still does not meet user interests. Based on the analysis of conformity between performance and interests has a conformity value of 98.23%. There are 4 attributes that fall into quadrant 1 which means getting the top priority for improvement, namely, this e-Government site successfully performs services based on the first request (RB3), this e- Government site is available and can be accessed whenever you need it (RB2), the data provided by users on this e-Government site is archived safely (TR3), employees give prompt replies to user questions (CS2).

Abstract

— Mulia Jasa Aluminium dan Kaca is a business in the retail and service sector, offering Aluminium and glass materials and services for manufacturing, installation, and repair. Currently, competition in this field is quite intense, leading the business owner to admit difficulties in increasing sales. Therefore, the business owner needs to implement marketing and service strategies to boost sales. However, the diversity of customers with varying characteristics and behaviors makes it challenging to establish effective marketing and service strategies. Thus, this study conducts customer segmentation based on purchasing behavior. The aim is to understand customer behavior and loyalty using sales report data from the business. The variables used to assess a customer's value are Length, Recency, Frequency, and Monetary (LRFM). These variables are grouped using the K-means clustering algorithm. The objective of this study is to group customers based on their purchasing behavior, thereby assisting the business in developing more effective marketing and service strategies, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ultimately increasing sales and loyalty. Using the Silhouette method to determine the optimal number of clusters, three customer groups were identified, with the highest coefficient value of 0.663063. Cluster 0 is the “Lost Customer Group”, Cluster 1 is the “New Customer Group”, and Cluster 2 is the “Core Customer Group”.

Abstract

This article presents descriptive information about the results of the performance analysis and the maturity of the business-IT alignment process at PT.XYZ through the implementation of data-based visualization techniques within the SAMM perspective. This research is divided into four stages: preliminary research, data collection, data analysis, and organizational development analysis. Based on the results of the analysis using SAMM from the perspective of top-level management of an organization, PT. XYZ has achieved maturity in the attribute of good cooperation. This indicates that the company and organization understand the need for business-IT alignment for their development. However, the attainment level of maturity in the skills and communication attributes is less than optimal. This impacts the communication process and the distribution of information in the company’s development through IT implementation. This research only provides data visualization of the maturity achievements of PT. XYZ’s business alignment and information technology are based on the SAMM method. The process of analyzing the company's strategic alignment data and providing recommendations for implementing Information Technology to optimize the company's business was not included in this research.
