Abstract

Keong mas (Pomacea canaliculata L.) merupakan salah satu hama pada tanaman padi hitam. Pengendalian secara kultur teknis seperti penggunaan pupuk mimba dan pengaturan kedalaman air dapat menjadi salah satu strategi dalam pengendalian keong mas di sawah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pupuk ampas bungkil mimba, kedalaman air dan ukuran keong mas terhadap daya makan dan mobilitas keong mas. Penelitian dilakukan secara mesocosm yang dilakukan di Rumah Kaca Percobaan Ciparanje, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Padjadjaran, Kecamatan Jatinangor, Kabupaten Sumedang, Jawa Barat pada bulan April hingga Juli 2022. Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan 18 perlakuan dan tiga ulangan digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Pengamatan daya makan dilakukan setiap dua jam sekali selama 24 jam dengan menghitung jumlah tanaman yang terserang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dosis pupuk 10 ton/ha dan kedalaman air 0 cm berpengaruh nyata terhadap penurunan daya makan keong mas hingga 0%. Pengukuran mobilitas keong mas dilakukan secara rutin setiap dua jam sekali, diamati sejak awal keong mas ditempatkan hingga 24 jam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dosis pupuk 10 ton/ha dan kedalaman air 0 cm berpengaruh nyata terhadap mobilitas keong mas dewasa yaitu sebesar 4,72 cm. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah manfaat dari pengaturan tinggi muka air pada lahan sawah yang merupakan teknologi tepat guna yang efektif untuk mengendalikan serangan keong mas.

Abstract

Bangkala District, Jeneponto Regency in Sulawesi South Is an area where salt is one of the businesses that is still being carried out by the surrounding community to this day because the raw materials for producing salt are easy to find, including ponds and brine which are very abundant as the main ingredients for making salt. salt. The local salt business in Bangkala District, Jeneponto Regency, in order to develop, requires the formulation of an appropriate strategy. The purpose of this research is to determine local salt business development strategy in Bangkala District, Jeneponto Regency. This type of research is qualitative research and SWOT analysis. Based on the analysis it was concluded that the strategies that can be used in developing local salt businesses in Bangkala District, Jeneponto Regency First Quality of human resources for salt farmers by providing training on how to produce, digital marketing, and promotion by utilizing social media candone. Second Technology Production can be used to improve quality and quantity of salt Third need the right financing model for salt farmers so that they are no longer constrained by capital in producing salt.

Abstract

Desa Linggar located in the Rancaekek sub-district, Bandung Regency has implemented a website that functions as a medium of public information needed by the Desa Linggar community. In implementing the website, its user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) should accordance with the user's needs. However, the use of the Desa Linggar website is still not effective, especially in disseminating information to the Desa Linggar community because the UI/UX of the website is still less attractive. Thus, this study evaluates and improves the UI/UX on the Desa Linggar website using the design thinking method, cognitive walkthrough to test the prototype, UEQ (User experience Questionnaire) with the target respondent before repairing 45 respondents and the target after repairing 6 respondents and adopting the gestalt principle to design improvement method according to user psychology. The results of the research on the Desa Linggar website obtained a learning ability value of 90%, effectiveness of 0.10 or 10%, and efficiency of 0.02 with users completing 2% of each given task and evaluating the user experience of improvement using the UEQ questionnaire with an average value of scale. efficiency 2,583, stimulation 2,458, attractiveness 2,306, perspicuity 2,250, Dependability 2,125, and novelty 1,833 with “excellent” rate intervals.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the impact of financial performance on profit growth in companies listed on the LQ45 index of the indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period of 2021-2023. Financial performance is assessed using Return on Assets (ROA) as a measure of profitability and Current Ratio (CR) as a measure of liquidity. A quantitative methodology utilizing panel data regression analysis was applied to 28 companies selected based on specific criteria. The findings indicate that neither ROA nor CR significantly affects profit growth, as evidenced by the p-values for both variables exceeding the 0.05 significante thereshold. Additionaly, the very low coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.0049 suggests that these two independent variables are not effective predictors of profit growth variability. These results imply that factors other than profitability and liquidity may exert a more substantial influence on profit growth. This study is anticipated to enhance the field of financial management and provide a valuable reference for investment decision-making and thorough evaluations of company performance.
