Abstract

This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, which express and solve problems by describing data from empirical evidence. Analyzing data based on information obtained from interviews from practitioners and e-commerce experts, documentation, and direct observation using e-commerce applications used by the Amil Zakat Institute. The results of this study, show that in the fundraising strategy, LAZ Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT), Dompet Dhuafa (DD), Rumah Zakat (RZ) have different program objectives, namely ACT in the social and humanitarian fields, Dompet Dhuafa in health and education, while Rumah Zakat is in the field of community empowerment. Secondly, the implementation of LAZ fundraising strategy through e-commerce has had a positive impact on the collection of donations of donations, alms, waqf LAZ ACT, DD, RZ sourced from the public. The fact is that there is an increase in collection for every e-commerce that sells the LAZ ACT, DD, RZ programs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the mechanism of waqf policy in the Al-Azhar Waqf Institute so that the community response is so good and an increase in the number of participants in the waqf policy so rapidly that it reaches 200 policies. And how is the compatibility of the mechanism with the National Sharia Board Fatwa No. 066 / DSN-MUI / IXl2016 About Waqf Insurance Benefits and Investment Benefits in Sharia Life Insurance (waqf policy). The mechanism of implementing a policy waqf carried out by the Al-Azhar Waqf Institute has general and specific provisions namely; General provisions, namely waqf must be puberty, have full rights to the assets to be represented, follow the provisions of the Islamic insurance company, make a waqf pledge witnessed by witnesses, and pledge waqf legalized by a notary; Specific provisions namely endowments are given the discretion to choose waqf objects including for the construction of mosques, construction of Islamic boarding schools, productive endowments, Islamic institutions, social charity institutions, business entities owned by Al-Azhar Waqf, or endowment objects can be given to other institutions with entities law. The results showed that the mechanism of implementing waqf policies in Al-Azhar Waqf Institutions was considered to be in accordance with DSN-MUI fatwa No.106 / DSN-MUI / IX2016 regarding endowments of insurance benefits and investment benefits in sharia life insurance..

Abstract

The results of this study indicate: First, mechanism waqf in implementing the Law no. 41 of 2004 as stipulated in article 43 paragraph 1 until 3, the concept of developing and managing waqf property is to be suitable principle sharia, to be developed and managed productively under its objectives, functions, and designations, and required guarantor. Second, Cilegon City applies its productive waqf management by renting out land, shophouses, photocopy machines, kiosks, boarding houses, and more. The reason is that the waqf assets owned by Cilegon City are mostly land and buildings. Third, a productive waqf has not brought any significant impacts on growing the community's economy in Cilegon City yet. because the bureaucracy or its management is not perfect and the waqf that is produced is not comprehensive. From previous research, the author agrees with what Annisa Fitria Utami et al. said in their scientific work entitled "Productive Waqf Management Strategy for the Welfare of the People" that the problem is in the naẓir. It is the incompetencies of the naẓir in managing waqf and the insufficient government funds allocation for waqf. In addition, the low literacy of the community and wāqif is also a problem. Therefore, the author suggests that the government should be more active in advancing waqf in Cilegon City to create rapid community economic growth. Thus, to discover further about the development of waqf in growing the community's economy in Cilegon, the author collects the data and information from various sources. The primary source is an interview with the Cilegon City BWI, District Religious Affairs Office, naẓir, and the waqf beneficiaries. Then the secondary source is by collecting relevant literature. The research type used here is field research with a qualitative descriptive analysis approach that describes data and information based on facts discovered in the field regarding the development of productive waqf in growing the community's economy in Cilegon City.

Abstract

This study explores the use of digital media for zakat fundraising at IZI, explains its implementation within the framework of Sharia economic law, and its impact on increasing zakat collection. IZI's approach to digital media-based zakat fundraising is not only interesting but also educational and diverse. The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the strategy and effectiveness of using digital media in collecting zakat funds by zakat institutions, focusing on the Indonesian Zakat Initiative (IZI). Methodologically, the study used a variety of techniques, including interviews with relevant personnel at IZI, literature review within the institution, direct observation of zakat contributors to IZI, and qualitative analysis through graphical representation of zakat collections over time. This method is carried out meticulously in collaboration with IZI staff to ensure data accuracy. The result of this study is that the adoption of zakat fundraising through digital media at IZI has proven effective and diverse. Collaboration with Tokopedia through "zakatpedia" has helped increase the zakat collection significantly. Fundraising through digital media by Sharia principles provided that it does not harm other parties, supported by references to the Quran, Hadith, Ijma', Qiyas, and Fatwa DSN MUI, and the role of digital media-based fundraising in IZI has become a key factor in collecting zakat. This is evidenced by the consistent increase in zakat collection, an average of 20% per year since the adoption of digital media. In conclusion, it is important to embrace digital platforms for zakat fundraising within the scope of the Islamic economy. The innovative approach taken by IZI not only enhances zakat collection but also upholds the ethical and legal principles integral to Islamic finance.

Abstract

Based on the existence of a sharia pawnshop product called ARRUM BPKB which is specifically intended for UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan menengah/Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) who need additional capital. However, in the pawning process, the customer must pay the maintenance fee for the pawned goods or what is called mu'nah. Because of this additional cost in the process of maintaining the pawn item, there is an opinion that says that the additional maintenance costs contain riba. Therefore, the aims of this study is to find out how the determination of mu'nah (maintenance costs for pawn items) and the suitability of the determination of mu'nah based on Fiqh Muamalat. This research is Qualitative research with the type of case study. In this research, the analysis of various factors related to this problem was carried out. This research used an approach through observation to Pegadaian Syariah Kramat Raya, Central Jakarta. The primary sources in this study is the data collected by researchers from Sharia pawnshops, such as documents and interviews, while secondary sources in this study is relevant literature. The results of this study indicate, 1) the determination of mu'nah on ARRUM BPKB products in sharia pawnshops is by considering the risk amount of the guarantee itself. 2) Mu'nah determination on BPKB ARRUM products for UMKMs in Sharia Pawnshops is in accordance with Fikih Muamalah and Fatwa Number 92 / DSN-MUI / IV / 2014 regarding accompanied financing (Rahn Al-Tamwil Al-Mautsuq bi Al-Rahn) that mentions mu ' nah (maintenance or guarding services) for marhun, the amount of which must be determined at the time of the contract as referred to as ujrah in the ijârah contract.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the understanding and implementation of zakat calculation according to the Minister of Religious Affairs Regulation (PMA) No. 52 of 2014 and to develop an effective zakat distribution model at the Arrahman Islamic Boarding School in Cidadap, Serang, Banten. The identified problem was a lack of in-depth understanding among the school's administrators regarding contemporary zakat calculation standards, as well as a suboptimal distribution model that had yet to sustainably empower beneficiaries (mustahik). The method used was a participatory approach through socialization, training, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). The results of the activity showed a significant increase in the administrators' knowledge and skills in calculating zakat correctly, as evidenced by the increase in the average post-test score to 80 from an initial 55. Furthermore, a hybrid distribution model was successfully formulated, combining consumptive aid for urgent needs with productive programs aimed at empowerment. This program is expected to enhance the accountability of zakat management and maximize its positive impact on community welfare.
