Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategy for managing productive waqf funds through sharia investments practiced in the ACT Global Waqf (Fast Action Response) and analyze whether the mechanism for managing productive waqf funds for the Global Waqf ACT (Fast Action Response) in Islamic investments is in accordance with Islamic law. The results showed that the practice of managing and utilizing ACT-GWF productive waqf funds was stated to have been made from the perspective of Islamic law, which can be seen in terms of management avoiding usury, and their utilization was in accordance with Islamic law, namely being able to distribute its benefits to the public interest, especially in the field of humanity and education.

Abstract

The discussion of interpretation in online media today does not only cover the transition from print media to digital media, but can also include the development of direct interpretation studies. This reflects the diversity of approaches and perspectives in the discussion of interpretation on the internet today . This writing aims to identify ways the study and presentation and approaches applied to the study of interpretation are very diverse website tafsirq.com , and to understand the dominant interpretation ideology on this website . in explaining questions related to the study of interpretation on this website . This research applies descriptive-analytical method. This method is used to study and analyze sources on the study of interpretations available on the tafsirq.com website , with the aim of providing a clear and detailed picture of the interpretive approaches and ideologies used on the site. Presentation in site Tafsirq.com in data display, there are displays such as the Qur'an, the Medina mushaf, stories of wisdom, prayers, and recitations per verse, also equipped with the DSN Fatwa. on the Tafsirq.com site , there are two tafsir books Which use with discussion method​ use title (topic). This site is said to be credible because on its website , the administrator displays responsible for content and in interpreting the verses I have referred to the famous tafsir books from the Tafsir Al-Misbah and Tafsir Jalâlīn .

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi hadist, sebagai pedoman spiritual dan etika, dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat Desa Sendangtirto melalui program UMKM syariah. Pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian dengan pengumpulan data primer dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), dan survei terbatas terhadap 15 peserta program pemberdayaan ekonomi pada periode 2023-2024. Analisis data dipadu dengan teori maqashid syariah untuk mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai sejarah hadist shahih sebagai sumber rujukan utama ke dalam praktik ekonomi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan prinsip-prinsip hadist dalam pengembangan program UMKM syariah telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap kemandirian ekonomi, peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat, dan optimalisasi potensi ekonomi lokal. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan dengan rekomendasi strategis untuk pengembangan lanjutan pemberdayaan ekonomi dan integrasi nilai-nilai etika Islam sebagai fondasi pengelolaan usaha, guna meningkatkan keadilan sosial dan keberlanjutan ekonomi di tingkat desa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji peran prinsip-prinsip Alquran dalam proses pemberdayaan masyarakat di Pondok Cabe Udik. Dengan mengintegrasikan analisis konten kitab suci Alquran dan data lapangan yang diperoleh selama periode Januari 2022 hingga Desember 2022, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengeksplorasi kontribusi yang diberikan oleh teks-teks keagamaan dalam membentuk kerangka kerja sosial dan ekonomi di wilayah tersebut. Dalam konteks pemberdayaan masyarakat, penekanan pada nilai-nilai Alquran seperti keadilan, solidaritas, dan tanggung jawab sosial menjadi vital. Prinsip-prinsip ini tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai pedoman moral, tetapi juga sebagai motor penggerak dalam berbagai inisiatif yang bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat setempat. Misalnya, melalui program berbasis komunitas yang merangkul visi pembangunan berkelanjutan, masyarakat di Pondok Cabe Udik telah berhasil mengimplementasikan proyek pengentasan kemiskinan yang align dengan ajaran Alquran. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif, penelitian ini juga mengungkap bagaimana masyarakat tempatan mengambil inspirasi dari ajaran Alquran dalam praktik kehidupan sehari-hari, menciptakan suasana saling membantu dan berbagi sumber daya. Misalnya, kelompok-kelompok masyarakat yang dibentuk untuk mendukung usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) didasari oleh kebersamaan yang diajarkan dalam ajaran Islam, yang mendukung individu dalam memperkuat kapasitas ekonomi mereka. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa teks-teks suci tidak hanya dibaca, tetapi juga diterapkan secara praktis, memberikan semangat kolektif untuk mencapai pertumbuhan sosial dan ekonomi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini tidak hanya berfokus pada analisis kandungan Alquran, tetapi juga menganalisis interaksi yang dinamis antara aspek keagamaan dan kehidupan masyarakat. Hasil dari kajian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi penting bagi penelitian-penelitian selanjutnya serta bagi pengambil kebijakan untuk merumuskan strategi pemberdayaan yang lebih efektif, berbasis padanilai-nilai spiritual yang terintegrasi dengan kebutuhan dan aspirasi lokal.

Abstract

Phenomena in the modern era show that adolescents are in a phase of crisis. Many adolescents are involved in deviant behavior and criminality; this condition is caused by the lack of attention and guidance from families and significant others. Families and significant others are obligated to educate adolescents, especially in matters of decision making. The method employed in this study is qualitative research based on library research. This study examines decision making verses related to the adolescent phase. There are five thematic narratives discussed: the story of Prophet Yusuf who was seduced by his master’s wife; the story of Prophet Ibrahim in his search for God leading to the destruction of idols; the story of the Companions of the Cave (Ashabul Kahfi) who took refuge in a cave; the story of the sacrifice of Prophet Ismail; and the story of Qabil who killed his brother. Based on these verses, interpretations by Muslim scholars are presented and subsequently analyzed using decision making theory. The results of this study indicate that the narratives mentioned above do not apply all methods within decision making theory; some of them prioritize intuition. This is because they are prophets and the friends of Allah, who possess intuition aligned with the divine light (nur Allah). In contrast, adolescents in the modern era are not in the same condition; they require education due to differing family and environmental backgrounds. Educating adolescents on the concept of decision making becomes a solution to minimize failures in making decisions that may have fatal consequences for their future.
