Abstract

Riba dan bunga bank merupakan persoalan yang pelik yang tidak pernah selesai diteliti. Persoalan yang masih harus di kaji mendalam adalah ketika pengertian riba di hadapkan dengan bunga bank. Dalam penlitian ini peneliti ingin membahas riba dan bunga bank dalam konteks sosio-historis dari Fazlur Rohman, dimana Fazlur Rohman memiliki metode penafsiran yang dinamakan dengan double momvent teory atau dikenal dengan teori gerak ganda. hasil dari penelitian ini adalah riba yang harus dipahami ketika ayat ini diturunkan, adapun hukum dari bunga bank menurut Fazlur Rohman, selama selama bank tidak menarik bunga yang berlipat ganda hal ini dapat dibenarkan.

Abstract

Abstract: This article addresses bullying, both physical and verbal, focusing on its prohibition in the Quran, specifically QS al-Ḥujurāt [49]: 11. This library research employs Ferdinand de Saussure's syntagmatic-paradigmatic and signifier-signified theory as an analytical tool, while considering the verse's textual and historical context. The aim is to reveal the meaning (signified) behind QS al-Ḥujurāt [49]: 11 (signifier). The article concludes that this verse prohibits bullying others, as the victim may hold a better position before Allah. Bullying here includes physical actions like hitting and torturing, as well as verbal forms such as insulting and mocking. It also encompasses all forms of bullying on social media, which fall under verbal bullying. The research highlights the Quranic stance against bullying and its various manifestations in both physical and digital realms. Abstrak Artikel ini mengkaji fenomena bullying fisik dan verbal, berfokus pada larangannya dalam Al-Qur’an, khususnya QS al-Ḥujurāt [49]: 11. Penelitian kepustakaan ini menggunakan teori sintagmatik-paradigmatik dan signifier-signified Ferdinand de Saussure sebagai alat analisis, serta mempertimbangkan konteks tekstual dan historis ayat tersebut. Tujuannya adalah mengungkap makna (signified) di balik QS al-Ḥujurāt [49]: 11 (signifier). Kesimpulan artikel menyatakan bahwa ayat ini melarang bullying terhadap pihak lain, karena kemungkinan korban bullying memiliki kedudukan yang lebih baik di sisi Allah. Bullying yang dimaksud mencakup tindakan fisik seperti memukul, menendang, dan menyiksa, serta verbal seperti menghina dan mengejek. Termasuk juga segala bentuk bullying di media sosial yang tergolong bullying verbal. Penelitian ini menekankan sikap Al-Qur’an yang menentang bullying dalam berbagai manifestasinya, baik di dunia nyata maupun digital.

Abstract

Diantara metode Al-Qur'an dalam menyampaikan pesan dan naschat adalah melalui kisah. Metode ini sangat menyentuh hati untuk menjadi sarana menumbuhkan dan menguatkan keimanan kepada Allah Swt. Bahkan metode dengan kisah ini mendominasi al-Qur'an karena juga merupakan cara yang paling disenangi orang, mempesona dan paling mengena serta mudah diterima oleh orang lain. Al-Qur'an menyebut banyak kisah, baik bekenaan dengan napak tilas perjuangan para Nabi dan Rasul. Degradasi moral sebagai isu yang berkelanjutan sejak zaman dahulu sampai dengan sekarang menjadi salah satu tugas utama kita semua. Peneliti mengkaji kisah Nabi Musa dan Nabi Khaidir. dengan menggunakan kajian profetik yang digagas oleh Kuntowijoyo, yaitu kajian yang mengacu pada tiga pilar utama: humanisasi (ta 'muruna bil ma'ruf), liberasi (tanhauna anil munkar) dan trasendensi (tu'minuna billah). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan metode kualitatif desrkriptif dengan sumber data dalam surah Maryam. Salah satu kisah penting dalam al-Qur'an yang membahas tentang pendidikan profetik adalah kisah Nabi Khidir dan Nabi Musa yang terdapat dalam Surah al-Kahfi. Dalam kisah tersebut, Nabi Musa mencari Khidir untuk belajar tentang kebijaksanaan dan keadilan, namun serangkaian peristiwa yang dihadapi oleh Nabi Musa mengajarkan bahwa kebijaksanaan dan keadilan memiliki dimensi yang lebih dalam. Dalam konteks pendidikan, pesan moral pendidikan profetik dalam al-Qur'an menegaskan bahwa pendidikan harus memperhatikan aspek moral dan spiritual, dan mengajarkan murid untuk memiliki karakter yang baik dan etis. Abstract Among the Qur'anic methods of conveying messages and naschat is through stories. This method is very touching to be a means of growing and strengthening faith in Allah SWT. Even the method with this story dominates the Qur'an because it is also the way that people like the most, fascinate and most familiar and easily accepted by others. The Qur'an mentions many stories, both related to the tracing of the struggles of the Prophets and Messengers. Moral degradation as an ongoing issue from ancient times until now is one of the main tasks of all of us. Researchers examined the story of Prophet Moses and Prophet Khaidir. by using prophetic studies initiated by Kuntowijoyo, namely studies that refer to three main pillars: humanization (ta' muruna bil ma'ruf), liberation (tanhauna anil munkar) and trasendensi (tu'minuna billah). This type of research is library research with descriptive qualitative methods with data sources in surah Maryam. One of the important stories in the Qur'an that discusses prophetic education is the story of Prophet Khidir and Prophet Moses contained in Surah al-Kahf. In the story, Moses sought out Khidir to learn about wisdom and justice, but the series of events faced by Moses taught that wisdom and justice have a deeper dimension. In the context of education, the moral message of prophetic education in the Qur'an affirms that education should pay attention to moral and spiritual aspects, and teach students to have good and ethical character.

Abstract

This article aims to examine the phenomenon of sexual violence that is currently prevalent in society, with a focus on the interpretation of Quranic verses related to this issue. The research employs a qualitative approach through a literature review, aiming to understand the meaning of sexual violence in the Quran and identify the factors influencing it. The findings indicate that one of the main factors contributing to sexual violence is the imbalance in power relations, superiority, and gender inequality. Zainab Al-Ghazali's interpretation of QS. Al-Baqarah 223 reveals the view that women are highly valuable and noble, likened to a field where life grows (maudi'ul walad). Based on these findings, the study recommends the need for a gender justice-based approach in understanding Quranic verses to support the prevention of sexual violence and raise awareness of the importance of respecting women's rights in society.

Abstract

Phenomena in the modern era show that adolescents are in a phase of crisis. Many adolescents are involved in deviant behavior and criminality; this condition is caused by the lack of attention and guidance from families and significant others. Families and significant others are obligated to educate adolescents, especially in matters of decision making. The method employed in this study is qualitative research based on library research. This study examines decision making verses related to the adolescent phase. There are five thematic narratives discussed: the story of Prophet Yusuf who was seduced by his master’s wife; the story of Prophet Ibrahim in his search for God leading to the destruction of idols; the story of the Companions of the Cave (Ashabul Kahfi) who took refuge in a cave; the story of the sacrifice of Prophet Ismail; and the story of Qabil who killed his brother. Based on these verses, interpretations by Muslim scholars are presented and subsequently analyzed using decision making theory. The results of this study indicate that the narratives mentioned above do not apply all methods within decision making theory; some of them prioritize intuition. This is because they are prophets and the friends of Allah, who possess intuition aligned with the divine light (nur Allah). In contrast, adolescents in the modern era are not in the same condition; they require education due to differing family and environmental backgrounds. Educating adolescents on the concept of decision making becomes a solution to minimize failures in making decisions that may have fatal consequences for their future.
