Health services are efforts to prevent and cure disease and restore health to family groups and communities. The purpose of this study was to determine and identify the relationship between health services and perceptions of the elderly in Sekuru Tuare Village, the area of the Sekban Health Center, Fakfak Regency. The research method used was non-experimental research with a cross sectional research design. The samples taken were 25 respondents who had been adjusted to the inclusion criteria. Data were collected using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity, and analyzed using the Rank Spearman test. The results showed that there was no relationship between gender, education, and occupation with perceptions of the elderly in elderly posyandu services. The results of the analysis using SPSS 22 obtained ρ value 0.01 (α 0.05), thus there was no significant relationship between health services and perceptions. elderly about posyandu for elderly in the village of Sekuru Tuare expansion. It is hoped that the Puskesmas As program implementers, through health workers and elderly posyandu cadres it can improve the quality and quantity of services according to the needs and desires of the elderly so that a healthy standard of living and knowledge of the importance of posyandu among the elderly can increase.                                                                 Keywords: Quality of healthy life, health services, Elderly Perception

Abstract

ABSTRACT Globally, the prevalence of very short toddlers (stunting) in the South-East Asia region with the highest stunting prevalence rate (31.9%) in the world after Africa (33.1%) (World Health Organization, 2019). Indonesia is included in the countries in the South-East Asia region with a stunting prevalence rate of 36.4%. Based on data from the 2018 Basic Health Research (Riskesdas), the stunting rate in Indonesia was 30.8%. Based on the results of the Indonesian Nutritional Status Study (SSGI), the prevalence of stunting in toddlers was 24.4% in 2021, which means that almost a quarter of Indonesian toddlers experience stunting. To determine the Effect of the Anthropometric Kit using the Stunting Early Detection Spinner toward Growth Status in Toddlers. This type of research is a quantitative research with a Quasy Experiment with a Non-equivalent control group design with pre-test and post-test. The sampling technique was Purposive Sampling. The subjects of the study were toddlers in the Fakfak Fakfak City Health Center Working Area. This type of research is a quantitative research with a Quasy Experiment with a Non-equivalent control group design with pre-test and post-test. The sampling technique was Purposive Sampling. The subjects of the study were toddlers in working area of Fakfak Public Health Center. There is escalation of Mean value of Growth Status and there are a significant difference (p<0.05) after being given Stunting Early Detection Spinner on the intervention group. There is no escalation in the Mean value Growth Status and there was no difference (p>0.05) in growth status in the control group. There is a significant difference (p<0.05) in the difference in growth status scores in the intervention and control groups. Stunting Early Detection Spinner is a variable that is closely related to growth status (p<0.05). Abstract

Kata Kunci:  Antropometri, Balita, Stunting, Deteksi Dini, Tenaga Kesehatan, Kader ABSTRACT Globally, the prevalence of very short toddlers (stunting) in the South-East Asia region with the highest stunting prevalence rate (31.9%) in the world after Africa (33.1%) (World Health Organization, 2019). Indonesia is included in the countries in the South-East Asia region with a stunting prevalence rate of 36.4%. Based on the results of the Indonesian Nutritional Status Study (SSGI), the prevalence of stunting in toddlers was 24.4% in 2021, which means that almost a quarter of Indonesian toddlers experience stunting. Stunting Early Detection Spinner (SEDPIN) is part of the Anthropometry Kit for early detection of stunting which was developed to determine the growth status of stunted children. SEDPIN is a circle containing a classification of the growth status of stunted children that can be used in children aged 0-60 months. Stunting Early Detection Spinner (SEDPIN) is an innovation and prototype development of the Stunting Early Detection Kit (SEDEK) and the Stunted Early Detection Tool (SEDT). The purpose of the community service activity is to improve the understanding of health workers, health cadres and mothers of toddlers regarding determining the classification of the growth status of stunted children. The Community Service Method is in the form of health socialization. The number of participants in the activity was 60 people in the Fakfak City Health Center work area. The results of this community service activity went well and in accordance with the objectives. The socialization provided can improve community understanding before and after education where before education as many as 60 respondents (100%) had a level of understanding that strongly disagreed. While after the provision of the Stunting Early Detection Spinner, most respondents with a level of understanding strongly agreed as many as 49 respondents (82%), and there were no respondents with an understanding that disagreed. It can be concluded that the Socialization of Anthropometric Measurements Using the Stunting Early Detection Spinner (Sedpin) as an Effort to Detect Stunting Early in Health Workers and Health Cadres. It is recommended that for the sustainability of the program, other approaches or ongoing assistance can be carried out related to Early Detection of Stunting efforts. Keywords: Anthropometry, Toddlers, Stunting, Early Detection, Health Workers, Cadres
